    I have used Frosty's for about two years now on the recommendation of my neighbor. All work had been good up until now (hence the 2 stars and not the minimum 1), but that changed in March. On Friday, March 18, 2022, a technician came to our unit to perform annual maintenance on our HVAC system, as well as to chemically flush our tankless water heater. From what I understand, the technical portion of his work was done well and I have no complaints. However, during the course of the latter task, he used our bathtub to fill his bucket and broke the shower valve cartridge. He turned off the water with pliers, finished flushing the water heater, and then departed, leaving our tenants without a workable shower. When my tenant told me what had happened and I saw the description on the invoice (see attached), I immediately called Frosty's and left a message with the answering service. I did not receive a return call. Because Frosty's was unreachable to discuss the matter and because my tenant needs a working bath/shower, I hired a plumber to repair the damage to the tune of $350. Frosty's disclaims any damage under item 7 of the invoice terms and conditions, but also offers a Satisfaction Guarantee on their website which states, in part: - "They [technicians] will clean up when they are finished and take personal responsibility for your satisfaction." - "If, when they have finished in your home, they have not performed in accordance with these high standards, we won't consider the job done until you are satisfied with the results." In this case, the technician left the home in further disrepair than when he entered and therefore did not "clean up". He also did not "take personal responsibility", as he passed both the blame for the damage and the responsibility for the repair on to the customer. Furthermore, he only disclosed the damage to the tenant, who is neither the owner nor financially responsible; I had to find out after the fact. I reached out to Frosty's several times via phone and email about rectifying the situation - perhaps with a refund or even an account credit in the amount of the plumbing bill. Over 5 weeks and I have yet to receive a response. Frosty's cannot by their own words "consider the job done" because I am certainly not "satisfied with results." Additionally, Frosty's has a picture of their Better Business Bureau accreditation displayed on Yelp, but if you go to BBB you'll see they are not accredited any longer.

We pushed off the replacement thinking our unit would survive one more winter, but of course of furnace went out unexpectedly in the middle of the night during one of the coldest stints of the season. Called Residential Express the following morning, they pulled up my quote from 4 months prior, verified the price hadn't changed and were able to schedule me for a full HVAC replacement the next day. Freddie and Flavian arrived on time and were very professional moving through our house and working in our backyard and utility closet. They explained any changes they needed to make, went over the new setup and recommended service intervals, and hauled all of the old equipment away, leaving our house looking better than when they arrived. Very happy with our experience with Residential Express and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

All I needed was my dryer vents / duct cleaned and I called MVM home service because of these reviews and I wanted to write one too No frills. Seem very honest. They sent a technician named Edwardo. He was super professional and kind. Explained everything beginning and end. Didn't lie about the charges. Said it was 165 over the phone and thats all I paid. I liked them a lot and plan to use them for hvac maintenance in the future. I highly recommend!

Of course the owner of MVM said the leak started after they put in 7 quarts of refrigerant. I have no proof when it started. Did he fail to find a leak before he put in all that refrigerant? I will never know. I know we are out $1,796. The tech who came out said he would order a part and it would be here in 2 or three days.. after a few days i contacted him and left messages but he responded once but I texted again and he never responded. The owner never responded to my texts. Several days passed so I contacted another company. Krafft Service was recommended so I called them last week. They got a coil in a week and was installed today. MVM Home service has a lot of 5 star reviews, but reviews are not always honest. I'm not saying those for MVM are not honest but I have had companies on Yelp and Amazon offer me gift cards or money if I will remove anything negative I have written about them and some even offer me something before I write anything, I don't trust MVM Home Service. They don't take responsibility
