Got a new transmission did not put it in correctly, created many more problems, do not recommend at all. Also charged us 2,000 for a brand new built transmission, we scanned the barcode and label, and turns out they got it from a junkyard inside a jeep with over 250,000 miles on it. Absolutely horrible, do not trust, do not recommend. Don't go here. read more

I recently had some car problems, and my car broke down right by this place. A buddy of mine raved about this place. And that since I was already there, I should leave my car there. I dropped it off on a Saturday and went back up on a Monday. I forget the gentleman's name I dealt with, but he was great to deal with. He explained that he might not get it in that day. I understood why because everyone is short-staffed these days. I was surprised when he called me and explained what needed to be done. I am pleased with the level of service they provided. responding to the lie the owner told in my last review . you didn't check the car or even look at it. I'm not a mechanic you are , I cant diagnose the car I can only tell you what happened , you job is to diag the car and tell me what's wrong , not ask me what's wrong and then say you can't help without looking at the car .. you all have engine and transmission AND diag listed as services but you RFUSED me service with out even looking at the car AFTER wasting my time and telling me to wait to bring it today and you won't even look at it .. as far as I know the only thing wrong with it is the check engine ..... al of their 5 star reviews are fake and if you are white don't bother they will flat out lie to you and they don't answer the phone !!! I called multiple times before wasting gas and I get there to see the guy at the desk licking a slush it out of a cup and ignoring the phone ring . Go read how he responded to the review and decide for yourself . Absolute dog Poop place absolute dog poop customer service . Well, this was the place where my inner demon came out and brought hellfire with it. I made quite a furious spectacle of myself. I've never had this happen to me, but this place does not take debit cards that don't have a chip (my debit is the old fashioned swipe-kind.) So I called my husband and asked him to come pay the bill with his chip card. He said he would, and so I relayed this information. But no- Zak wasn't going to give me my car - not without payment, no sir. Well, I had a babysitter at home and a hungry kid, and I needed my car. After some very choice words by me, Brad gave me my keys and I got on my way. They did not charge my husband for the service, due to my meltdown, which was very nice. And, as it turns out, it was appropriate, since whatever they did on my car did not fix the problem. But other than that it was a great experience. I felt so badly about my tirade that I sent them an apology pizza the next day. I would suggest to Morisette that they make it widely known that they will not accept swipe cards. read more

So, my battery went out the other day. I jumped it and took it into this place to see if my battery was really dead or just run down. He tested it and said I needed a new one. So, I had them put in a new battery and the cost was $521! I said $350 for the battery seems really high and that I was seeing costs on Autozone of between $70 and $275. He said he was passing along the cost of the battery he bought at the dealership, said I was getting dealership cost - along with a "well, you've got an expensive car". I called two local Audi dealerships and got quotes for $260 and $272. This guy also charged med $30 for "shop parts" - whatever that is. Long story short, he not only ripped me off, but he flat out lied to my face. But hey, he did it all with a smile! Bottom line - beware if you're in a tough spot, he'll take maximum advantage of you. And be especially careful if you're driving a foreign car - with guys like this it just puts a target on your wallet! Had he been fair with me I would've probably brought my car back when I needed further service. But after this, he'll never get my money. Unethical. read more

Took my car in for an alignment. They called late in the afternoon and said they couldn't align it because it needed new bushings. They quoted the total cost at $400. I agreed. They said they couldn't finish it that day so I d have to wait till the next day. They called in the morning and said the "Cradle" was rotted and they would have to replace it. Cost estimate was now $1000. I said no thanks. They said OK and they'd call me when it was put back together. A friend of mine lives one block away. He said it was in the parking lot so I immediately went over, without their call, to pick it up. They said there was no charge because they hadn't done a thing. They wasted 2 days! The following day I took it to a Firestone dealer and they aligned it, with a guarantee, in 2 hours! These guys are "RIP-OFF CITY". Stay away! read more

Wouldn't call these people again on a bet. Daughter called and asked their price to install four tires ordered on TiresEasy, quoted her $20/tire. She ordered the tires. I called this morning to make an appt and when I tried to confirm the time and price, he suddenly only installs his own tires. Can't help but wonder... read more
