I first encountered this dealership & Greg Bullard when I submitted an email request for pricing information on a car (New 2016 Kia Soul) I found online. I would never have visited this dealership as it's not in close proximity to my home. Typically when I submit an email inquiry I intentionally leave my phone number off the submission as I do not want to be hounded by sales people. In this instance we had just had a VERY negative experience last week at a different dealership (see my Crest Nissan review) and I was hesitant to even check out a different one. I've bought over a dozen cars in the DFW metroplex (I have 3 teenagers and we survived a very bad hail storm in 2016). That being said, Greg was very prompt in his response, he didn't hound me for my cell # through email and when I explained that I was interested in this vehicle for my daughter for a surprise on her 16th birthday, he jumped into action and helped me with the logistics. I submitted the credit app online, I negotiated the rate / payments via text message with Greg (15 texts total). Greg made sure the car was ready to go, even went so far as to arrange a big red bow to be on it, and to call me the morning of pick up to "plan our story" so the surprise went smoothly. I had let him know ahead of time that we weren't interested in any extended warranties etc. I should add that AFTER we had agreed on price, he realized we were eligible for another $400 military rebate and he disclosed that, so our price dropped further. When we got into finance, I was curious to see how that would go as we had already "surprised" my daughter. While we were signing, Greg was outside helping her pair her phone and get to know her car. The finance guy "little Mike" was extremely friendly, not pushy at all and respected our decision to pass on any add ons. They do their documents electronically which makes the process very fast, smooth and easy to handle. Even when I ran outside and came back in, there was another salesman that opened the door for me. He asked "Hi there - are you working with someone?" This is an example of a team that works well together, as opposed to dealerships that are vulture like in how they greet customers. The 2016 Kia Soul we bought is our first Kia. I can already tell it will not be our last, and I can tell that any future car buying experiences will be with this dealership, specifically Greg. I could not more highly recommend this dealership and these employees based on our fast, easy and painless process. I wish we lived closer to utilize their service department as well. read more

The experience was going great until the sales person we had been communicating with was busy with someone else which was fine because I gave a guess of when I would be there. A kid named Christian was sent to help us but seemed like he didn't want to help. The whole reason we were there was to get a trade in value and talk numbers if we were to purchase one of the incoming vehicles we were interested in. He kept making comments like "I mean I can get you the value but the used car market changes all the time and that car won't be here until June so your price could change" I said I understand I worked in the car industry but that's the whole point we came all the way here. I texted the sales guy saying we would like a trade in value and talk numbers (estimate) before I commit to putting down a deposit. Christian kept making excuses and said he couldn't really do that. Wifi and charging station also available! Can't say enough about this dealership and their service department! I love my van too, but even if I found it mediocre I would select this dealership for the sheer pleasure of dealing with them! Service department - brought my Kia there last week for back wiper blade, inspection and TWO recalls. They were awesome. Super quick. They called within days for the part they ordered was already in. They washed the car, too!. Everything done within the hour. The people were ALL super nice. The service advisor and the tech who worked on my car were very professional. When they say an hour they meant and hour no more, no less. They seem like honest people and friendly to boot. I will only be coming here for future oil changes or anything really. So I go to this dealership to get some recalls worked on and while I am there I might as well get my headlight lights changed (one was out but why not replace both), as well as my license place light. It was 87 BUCKS!!!!!!! Not only that why were ALL my preset stations on my radio changed and EVERYTHING taken out of my center console and placed on the passenger seat! Pulled in for a prepaid service to change the oil and the customer service representative advised it will be 90 minutes or less. I quickly asked if service is backed up due to i have to pick up my wife. Customer service representative advised the normal time is 90 minutes or less. I replied, i understand the normal time frame is 90 minutes or less but is the service area backed up? The guy proceed to repeat himself and all I can think is are you serious right now? I can't ask you a question that requires you to think only auto response, got it... Brand new facilities and i would think you would like to provide the best customer service, but I guess not..... Updating 6/21. 2 mgrs reached out to address issue. Kudos for taking the time to deal with it. We did return later in the fay and they had brought in the vehicle we wanted to look at. We wound up purchasing it that evening. Everyone makes mistakes and they stood up, owned it and made things right. Clear communication 8s the key. Write down your must haves if you need to and give it to them so all is clear. 6/20. Used to have great faith in Moritz. Bought 4 new Kia's and 1 used Dodge from them. Just experienced a classic dealer move at Alliance that has eroded my trust in Moritz. Note: I did get a call from sales mgr after I sent an email to them, but not sure its going to help. We were looking at Souls and looked over two 2018s that were more than we wanted to pay and the miles were too high. I said no to them and asked about a 2017 in Ft Worth. They said they could bring it to Alliance so the sales rep wandered off to her sales manager. Instead of coming back with info on the 2017, she had an offer on the 2018 we had already said no to that was still over our max price & payment. Still debating if I will return. Sales mgr looking to find a car for us, but he never did offer to bring up the one from Ft Worth. We'll see read more

They worked with us diligently until we were able to get into a good vehicle at the price within our decided upon budget. We recently returned for a maintenance issue on another one of our vehicles and happened to show up on their official Grand Opening Celebration! It was another great experience. When my 2020 Kia telluride started overheating in the pick up line at daycare I called Taylor in the service department literally 5 minutes before they closed and he was a godsend. I really appreciate him walking me through what to do to make sure that I safely got home and then had my car towed to the service center. Taylor helped me get a rental car so that I would be able to continue to work and made sure everything was well documented so that if anything happens again kia could take the next step. I had to get a car again very quickly as I was starting back to work and my daughter had totalled one of our cars. This led to sudden visits to many dealerships in Fort Worth and Dallas looking for a reasonable car; and I have to say, most of the experiences were shockingly negative. Moritz, however, shined as a light in this dark cesspool of unethical sales and sociopathic manipulation. They were very upfront and fair and did what they said. We got a great car and a great price and they even took my old trade. They did not add any mystery fees or try to pressure me into buying things that had nothing to do with what I needed. It was the price negotiated minus trade plus ttl and documentation. Excellent! I want to particularly single out our sales representative, Sandra Olisaeke, as being particularly sympathetic, honest, and helpful. She was also pleasant to talk to. If I could give this dealership's service department "0" stars, I would. Read the paperwork they give you after you get a service done. They claim they explain everything, but they don't. They put info in their system so if you have an issue when you come back, they claim that they advised you. Have had the vehicle for 1 year and all four tires need to be replaced with less than 20,000 miles on them. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. read more

Giving them 1 Star is too much. I wish there was a negative Star Ranking. Please do NOT take you car to Kia at Alliance in Ft Worth,TX. The Service Department are EXTREMELY rude. My 1st experience dealing w/them I was told I had to leave my car for 2 days to get an oil change and it was 1st come 1st served ONLY and I couldnt make an appointment and if I didnt like it, I needed to get over it. Seeing I need a car for I live in the Metroplex and dont have a spare car, I left and went somewhere where else and they were able to change my oil in 45 minutes. I went in about 3 months later in hopes the bad customer service was a fluke b/c my lights were acting up while on Auto. I was told I had no choice but leave my car for at least 3 days (Again I was not allowed to make a appt) and asked why it was a big deal when I could just turn on and off my lights manually and I was wasting THEIR time! I again, took my car somewhere else and it turned out it was a very simple fix and took an hour to take care of it. Then my engine started making a horrible noise, so we left the car with Kia at Alliance to see what was wrong. Turns out we needed a new engine and we were told our engine didnt qualify under our warranty and we should have taken better care of our car and not treated it as a kid's playground. Keep in mind we had a 2013 Sorento (currently it is Aug 2019) and it only had 67,000 miles on it. Our warranty (that we paid extra for when we purchased the car brand new) was to cover the car for 100,000 miles/10 years. Due to the HORRIBLE customer service, we requested them not to do anything and it took another 2 days (after having our car for a week and in half) to put the car back together. Kia did offer a trade in value, but it was a joke. Carmax in Irving,TX offered us TRIPLE the trade in value and treated us with respect. As for the salespeople, they are VERY aggressive. Everytime I pulled into the lot there were at least 4 salespeople chasing down my car so they could get to me first when I parked and only walked away b/c I pulled into Service. Who wants to be attacked by a salesperson before ya even park your current car to look at new ones? I know how to find a person to help me if I am interested in a car. What is worse, I have shared my story w/my neighbors and those who have been to the Kia in Alliance for service have the same experience. Their warranties were also denied. I am not sure if the management make their employees so miserable they take it out on customers or if Kia is a unreliable brand of car. Either way, we will NEVER get another Kia or use them to service our cars ever again. read more

Today Eduardo let us know he had resigned but our info was given to the car managers. Then Brad called us and said just come on down I know we can meet your numbers and do this deal. After a test drive of the Niro in Red hubby and Brad talked numbers changed those numbers to what we wanted and we were sitting in front of Matt the finance guy. The service was exceptional, friendly, professional, and accommodating even to the fact I didn't make an appointment ahead of time. My first experience here was pleasant, but some things took a turn. I found a car I liked, went through with the paperwork and bam, it was mine. There were a couple cosmetic details I noticed that Nicholas, the sales consultant that I spoke with, offered to take care of while the car was put through the shop for a final inspection. I went and paid for the car on Friday and was told it would be ready Monday, no big deal right? I get a call Monday saying it's almost done with detailing but won't be ready until the next morning, a little inconvenient but not a huge deal because he offered to drop it off to me at work with a full tank of gas. Tuesday around noon he calls me to let me know he's here with the car, and I come outside and immediately notice a crack in the windshield that wasn't there when I looked at the car on the Friday before. I point it out to him so he knows (I don't know how the crack wasn't noticed before) and he says it must've happened on his drive over to drop the car off to me. He says the next time I'm in the area I can come by and he'll talk to the service team about filling the crack, great right? Well as I'm driving the car home from work I notice it's putting out clouds of white smoke as I accelerated, also something that didn't happen when I test drove it on Friday (not sure how you don't notice that either). I tried calling Nicholas that day when I noticed but he didn't answer so I figured he was off and the dealership was closed. I was able to get ahold of him the next day and he said "yeah that's an issue, bring it in when you can". Fantastic. Two NEW issues already after having the car for less than two days. Two issues that were given to me from the dealership that I now have to go out of my way to go back and get them fixed whenever it's convenient for THEM. I was told that they're busy on weekends so I wouldn't be able to get it fixed in the same day if I were to bring it in tomorrow (Saturday), so I have to figure out a way to get my car over there as soon as I can to get it fixed, while also figuring out how to get to work and make time to get there in the limited free time I already have. None of this would've even been an issue if they didn't give me a car with new issues that occurred while it was in their possession. If they had told me "hey, we noticed this and this so it might take a few more hours to get the car to you", I would've been fine with it as long as they had left me with the reliable car I thought I had bought. I'm so disappointed in the lack of communication and effort coming from this dealership. We'll see if things change. read more

So really after all that BS that's all your dealership can do is to give me that. So after that I never was contacted by anyone from the management team. They gave me a ride home since the work was going to be at least three hours long. Then they came back and picked me up to get my car when it was ready. Very nice, polite and helpful. They gave me a complete run around. They had me come to the dealership twice only to have me discover they couldn't do anything that I had requested. They were going to finance the car for 19% interest and told me the price of the car was around $19000 and my payments were for 72 months which would make the car end up costing me $36,000. 8/3/2019 Be cautious when dealing with Moritz KIA Alliance Fort Worth Texas. On August 3rd 2019 we attempted to purchase a KIA for my father. All parties agreed on a price for car and amount for trade. It wasn't clear on the finance rates since father usually pays cash, however we verified several times with sale rep Andy S. and Finance Rep Joseph B that if we decide to pay the difference in cash that price would NOT change. Here is my warning Mark the new car sales manager for Moritz Alliance walked over and said that Moritz has to charge us $1000 more for the car if we pay cash, this happened even after verifying 2 times and with 2 different agents that the price would not change if we choose not to use their financing. This dealership wasted several hours of our time obtaining title for trade and running around to obtain funds. I take part ownership of the problem as buyers should always verify dealerships like Moritz KIA Alliance reputation with Better Business Bureau, or the Texas Attorney General Office. Update Response: 8/7/2019 I have to add that not all dealerships are like this. Two days later I contacted Central Kia of Plano and informed them that we would most likely being paying cash. We agreed on a deal and the entire transaction took less than 1 hour and we ended up paying $475. less for the exact same color, make and trim level. Your experience may not be the same, I felt it was my responsibility to let our community know that this dealership's management chose to handle our visit in this deceptive manner. read more

I wish I could give less stars. Initially, when I went to buy my car, the salesman acted extremely frustrated the entire time, tried to rush me into buying and never smiled. I should have left right then but I was desperate and needed a car soon. I was ripped off on the price and with less then 40k miles on my car, things started to break. I let the dealership know I was interested in a vehicle before coming to the dealership and that I would be in that evening. It was over an hour drive each direction to the dealership. When I got to the dealership they had the car of interest already pulled up to the front so that we didn't have to walk back on the lot to look at it. Even though it was not a Kia vehicle, the Internet Manager, Bruce did his best to study the car and its features before I arrived so that he was able to let me know what features the vehicle had. I was greeted immediately and the process took less than 2 hours between test driving, paperwork, financing and driving my new car home! Great experience all around! After having a miserable buying experience two months ago purchasing our Kia Soul at Patterson Kia, I decided to try Moritz Kia Alliance to buy another Kia Soul to replace our second car after reading all the positive reviews. They lived up to the reviews and I couldn't have asked for a better experience than I received at Moritz. Everyone we dealt with was so polite and professional starting with the salesman who greeted us in the parking lot. Internet Sales Manager Bruce Lindeman was a pleasure to work with and extremely personable, professional, straight forward, honest, and efficient. I liked him from the moment I met him. We were pleased with the car price and the offer we got for our trade. The finance person, Mike Ford, was equally impressive and funny too. He had us in stitches laughing and made all the dull paperwork signing fun. From the moment we stepped on the lot to the moment we closed the deal was two hours. Two hours people! I've never purchased a car that fast. Because the car we bought was just recently taken in as a trade, they needed to keep it to do all the certification inspection and prep. However, Bruce got us a nice loaner car to use until our car was ready. Kudos to Moritz Kia Alliance. They now have a customer for life and even though they are an hour drive from my home, I will gladly drive that far to get my two Kias serviced at Moritz rather than Patterson Kia which is 15 minutes from my home. I went with my daughter to buy a 2017 Sportage. It was a profoundly unpleasant experience and a complete waste of time. My daughter and I were very offended when the sales manager manufactured a bizarre story to convince my daughter that her car was worth less than it is. Since both my daughter and I knew we had just been lied to and therefore we were not going to do business with this company, we left fairly quickly. I contacted the general manager by email to express my discomfort with being lied to. The general manager and I exchanged emails during which he did not even seem to understand that dishonesty by an auto salesman is both wrong and bad business. His main point was to relay his sales manager's opinion of my personality defects. We bought a new Kia from another dealer and my daughter traded in her car for 20% more than the amount that Moritz Kia was badgering us to accept. If time with your family is precious, do not spend any of it at Moritz Kia. In my opinion, they are less honest and have less respect for buyers than any business should. I feel as if I was treated like a potential victim instead of a potential customer. read more

Service Dept - Ask for Jason Burkhart!! I will gladly trust the entire crew with all of my service needs for as long as I own my Kia. This dealership is aesthetically beautiful and their lounge has everything you need, including a huge bay window to check in on the work being done on your vehicle, and a play room for my 4 year old. I have an interlock on my vehicle currently, which has been a nightmare working with other shops. Not for Jason & the crew at Moritz Alliance. I never had to worry about a thing. Jason is incredibly honest and I appreciate that as a female seeking to get my vehicle taken care of and not be taken advantage of. I ended up having to have more service done than anticipated due to shoddy work at a prior shop, which I'd been suspecting. Without talking down to me or over my head, Jason gave me every bit of detail I needed to understand the why's and how's and even gave me a heads up to some coupons that would shave a few dollars off the cost. He gave me documentation to take to the insurance company and got me sent on my way much faster than anticipated. Can't recommend this shop enough. read more

They are the WORST. I was talking to them and mentioned the price of a vehicle they had listed online. I had the tab pulled up on my phone, so I wake up the next morning and the price has gone up 3k overnight. I literally watched the page refresh to be 3k higher. This is Greg Bullard, their internet sales manager. He would not honor the price that I had been looking at for weeks before I mentioned it to them. He claimed there was some error and they couldnt honor it. They are just trying to trick you so they make more money. Save your $ and time and dont go here. read more
