Off all the breakfast joints I have been to here in AZ the last 10 years, this place had the freshest of the fresh breakfast. Ordered few different items off the menu, and the Chicken in Chicken and waffles was tender, crispy on the outside the gravy and was just the right consistency, ofcourse can't forget the waffles which was the right amounts crisp and not under cooked inside. Green Chile pork skillet was really flavorful as well. Service was top notch, will definitely be looking forward to coming back here again, great ambiance, interior decor also pretty clean inside, great addition to our downtown. Came here this past weekend to grab breakfast with family. We sat at the bar and received excellent service from the bartender Alicia. She was very attentive and made great suggestions! I asked her what syrup she thought would go best with an iced chai to which she responded the maple spice and wow, it was absolutely amazing! We are here visiting for a concert so needed a place to eat. Looked here on Yelp for somewhere nearby - and happened upon Morning Squeeze. The atmosphere was relaxing yet upbeat, and smelled wonderful. We ordered coffee (on the strong side, but was delicious), the California Benedict, side of bacon (they ask how you want it!!!), and a "morning squeeze" omelette. It's very rare (especially in current times) to find a restaurant that is run well, has great food and the employees are happy. My waitress and all the staff were super friendly and welcoming. We were downtown after attending an Expo, looking for a nice place to grab some brunch and this place seemed to fit the bill. The wait was going to be 20 minutes and after 30 minutes, I asked about our status for being seated and apparently we had been forgotten about. The gentleman at the counter was quick to seat us at this point. We were then seated, given menus and then left with no acknowledgment at all from any staff, waiters, bussers, anyone, for 15 minutes. The place was slightly busy, so it was one of those instances where you kept giving them the benefit of the doubt, not wanting to be impatient or be rude. We left without ever being spoken to by anyone, except by the same gentleman that seated us, who said "thank you for coming" to which we replied, "well, we didn't get served, but thank you". Probably would not recommend or come back due to poor service, we are unable to review the quality of the food (would have been nice to). read more

Horrible! My Mom and I went down for the Tempe art festival. We had them remake our eggs Benedict. We would never go back!

Just left here and was completely disappointed with the service. Waitress took our order. Nice and all. It was completely dead in the restaurant and there were about five servers just chatting there and we were waiting on one pancake. After ten minutes of getting the rest of our order the pancake came out and I kid you not, THE WORST PANCAKE EVER. It was so thin that it was almost see through. I literally had to waive the servers down for a check because I guess they are just getting paid to chat and have social hour. When receiving the check she did comp the pancake but the bill was the most expensive breakfast. Almost $50 bucks for two pjs and two carne meals?! Tip to this place, even if you have five servers on , there's always ways to find work with an empty restaurant. Or put less people on during the week so it's not social hour. First time in phoenix and I'm so not coming back. read more

Place an order, I arrived 15 mins after the pick up time. They couldn't find the order, they use a tablet for Grubhub orders, well... that tablet was off and the order was never input in to the kitchen. Now I have to wait 10 - 15 mins to get my food. This was at 12:30 pm when they open at 7am, maybe your opening routine should included turning on your tablets to avoid this In the future. read more

Sitting at the bar and I have had to literally flag down my server to refill my coffee and juice. Restaurant is busy but not slammed so I'm not certain what the issue is.
