First experience and genuinely enjoyed every minute. I called to verify my attire would be acceptable because they have a dress code. Speedy response and you could hear the receptionist smiling while talking so that initial interaction made me put my guard down. Every staff person was overly friendly. They went the extra mile to celebrate a birthday that we didn't make reservations for. Birthday person was provided light decor, desert, and photos! Omg. It is such a cute restaurant. Food was delicious. I ordered steak frites that are based with a sauce I did not like, but the food was fresh and worth the price. The restaurant is located inside the casino so you can park in the garage, valet, or street (if you're lucky). Also, if you're hard of sight, it is extremely dim so have a flash light or sit at the bar. I have great , but had to use a light and they weren't able to adjust the lights inside. Will absolutely return.

Update to last review, still a visit for Happy Hour, still an awesome time, Joel at the Bar is still awesome!

#Disappointed We were excited to dine at Morton's. We had been regulars at the Clayton location and, with the plethora of great steak restaurants in StL, we hadn't yet dined at Morton's since the move from Clayton in February 2025. Downtown StL Restaurant Week was the perfect time, or so we thought. We arrived on time for our 7pm reservation and waited ten minutes for a host to greet us and seat us. The host seemed surprised that we wanted a DSLRW menu and had to locate one for us. (7:10p) After another ten-minute wait, we were greeted by server Peter and our drink orders were taken. (7:20p). After another ten-minute wait our dinner & dessert orders were taken. (7:30p). Server Peter was clearly irritated that we ordered from the DSLRW menu. After another ten-minute wait, we were asked if we wanted Onion Bread. I asked about our cocktails and Peter shrugged, saying "I don't know. I put the order in." (7:40p). At 7:45p, a full 45 minutes after our arrival, we received our cocktails. As the photo shows, I was served a half-filled martini glass. Fifteen minutes later, at 8:00p, we received our entreés. As the photo shows, I was served a Well-Done (TOUGH!) steak although I ordered it Medium. And ... the Rémy Martin Sauce Au Poivre was served refrigerator cold. Literally five minutes after receiving our entrées, Peter returned to our table to ask "are you ready for me to put in your dessert order?" I responded, "we would like to eat our entrées first." At the proper time we received our desserts, and our check. (why are they in such a hurry to move us along at 8:30p??) Additional notes: 1) for a restaurant that posts a dress code everywhere, they don't enforce it at all; 2) the restaurant was not busy, or even half-filled ... at no time was there more than seven parties split upon multiple servers; 3) maybe attrition and the move to Downtown caused a restaffing, but the old Morton's would be mortified at learning of my experience. #Disappointment

My sister and I came for Downtown St. Louis Restaurant Week (10/20 - 10/26). Despite arriving on time for our reservation, we had to wait about 10 minutes for a host to greet us, and to take us to our table. Once seated, we waited another 10 minutes for our server to arrive. He gave us their regular dinner and drink menus, but never mentioned Downtown St. Louis Restaurant Week, or offered us the menus for it. So we had to ask him for them. It was odd that the staff wasn't proactively promoting this event. After the server took our drink orders, we waited another 10 minutes for him to return to take our dinner and dessert orders. At this point, we still don't have our drinks. After another 10 minutes, he returned to ask us if we wanted bread. We said yes, and asked about our drinks. He shrugged and said, "I don't know. I put the order in." He then left to check on them. Five minutes later, he came back with our bread. Five minutes after that, he returned with our drinks, and apologized for the wait. A few minutes later, he returned with our first course. Ten minutes later - about an hour after we arrived - we finally got our entrees. Later, as we're still eating our entrees, he asked us if we were ready for our desserts. Clearly we weren't, so we asked him to give us a few minutes. While the food was OK (not great, though), the service was poorly executed. We waited entirely too long in every step of the process. I also didn't like the pacing of the drinks and dinner courses. And this is despite the fact that the dining room wasn't particularly full. I especially didn't like that the dress code wasn't being enforced. In fact, at one of the other tables, just about everyone was wearing ball caps, jeans, and sneakers. Overall, this dining experience didn't live up to our expectations, despite paying a premium price for it. Very disappointing.

You cannot beat the food, staff or atmosphere here. Absolutely our favorite place to celebrate and have the best service.

Complimentary Bread thats always so delicious.

We have never been to this location. I have patron other Morton's while traveling but I have to say this one is by far the best. The place was beautiful and clean. Our server Edward, was not only knowledgeable about the menu but he made my daughter's sweet 16 so special with bringing birthday confetti and bringing a card with our photo saying Happy Birthday. Edward was so personable and it was nice being served by someone who genuinely loves what they do. The customer service he provided was excellent. It's seldom when you can patron a place and the server makes you feel like a guest in their home. The food was excellent and the tomahawk bone in rib eye was cooked perfectly. All the side was on point. If you go to this location ask for Edward, he smiles and provides outrageous service. Thank you for the great service and food.

Filet mignon and Lobster Tail was baked potato

Steak was super small. Was like cutting through a rubber shoe. Lobster tail small as well. Service was worst part. Server didn't even ask me why I was in town, but I'm here for anything. Just took my order and left and never came back. Definitely the worst fine dining experience I've had. All this for 90 b

Very nice laid back spot for fine dining and a good steak The servers are top notch but that's to be expected because of the place tho Servers give you conversation The bar area is just as nice if you don't have an event planned just come to the bar for the same style of service this location is nice as well Many fellas so they don't have to keep telling you Fine dining is like a church house when you come in you remove the hat on your head! It's respect and keep it off til leaving the building! All and all 5/5 for me

Peanut butter and banana bread pudding

If you're looking for a classy place with the best steaks in town, this is the place. This place has the best atmosphere, with great customer service. The food is so good, split the Tomahawk it's so good! Don't miss the peanut butter banana bread pudding. My waiter was Steven and he did an amazing job taking care of us.

The pulled pork is some of the best I have ever eaten and the Mac and cheese was delicious. The burgers are exactly what you should expect from a good BBQ joint. Anything that tastes a little bit more time to prepare they will bring out to you on the floor. Keeps things flowing very well. I got the four bones (baby backs), broccoli salad (premium side, one dollar up charge), and coleslaw. I also grabbed a piece of sweet cornbread with honey butter, and fried green tomatoes with a lemon aïoli. The bones were not rendered as much as I would've liked, the fat layers were still too thick. But the flavor was good. And every table has six different sauces and you can have as much sauce as you want. I tried them all, and my personal favorites were the Carolina mustard, and the Texas hot sauce. The white barbecue was also very interesting. But they're all good. Fried green tomatoes were terrific! Broccoli salad and the coleslaw were pretty tasteless. As was the cornbread. Really wouldn't describe that as sweet cornbread. It seemed a mostly just wheat flour cornbread. The honey butter on its own was really the best side. I'm not unhappy that I came here, but would I seek it out again or try something else in the area? I would try something else in the area. And for that reason I am leaning toward 3 starts. Although the staff is terrific and really hustles here, and that is why I have to bump this up to four stars.

We arrived right on time for our reservation, stood for quite a few minutes in a half-empty house before being seated, then waited a very long time between visits from our apparently over-stretched waitstaff. The first cocktail I chose wasn't available; nor was the first entree. I settled on the "red wine flight", and it arrived in three glasses. The server recited their names, but I didn't catch them. Food was middle of the road. A smoked sirloin sandwich was tasty, though rather well-done. And the order of "salmon cakes", which the menu says is made of "smoked salmon, roast corn, tomato, cucumber, creme fraiche, and capers" was in fact just one cake (not cakes!), smaller than a hockey puck (about 1/2" thick max) and seemed to be made of canned fish, not the bright orange of smoked salmon. It was accompanied by five thin slices of cucumber and three or four halved grape tomatoes. No corn, no capers. It was so boring, and an overpriced disappointment at $23. If this Bridge is actually closing and focusing on the event space, they've gone out with a whimper. And if they're actually continuing service, I hope they get the food a little closer to the menu descriptions. Our drinks and water glasses were empty for long stretches. Our server was very pleasant and polite, but must've had way too much to do.

Whether this was intended as a joke or not, it reflects a serious failure in professionalism, food safety, customer service, and leadership. Guests should never have to question whether their food has been handled safely or whether their special moments will be respected by the people serving them. What is equally disappointing is the apparent effort to limit public discussion by turning off comments rather than addressing the concerns directly. Restricting the conversation does not erase what people saw. A responsible business should respond with transparency, accountability, staff retraining, and a clear explanation of how this type of behavior will be prevented moving forward. Customers are being extremely intentional about where they spend their money right now. Businesses cannot afford to treat guests carelessly and expect continued support. When customers no longer feel respected, safe, or valued, they will take their money elsewhere. Without customers, businesses lose revenue, employees lose opportunities, and establishments eventually close. I expect better from management, better from the service staff, and better from the overall leadership of 360 Rooftop Bar. This situation deserves more than silence. It deserves accountability, corrective action, and a sincere public response.

I'm a huge fried chicken fan and I've been to them all - Porter's, King Edwards, Hodaks, Kentucky Fried, Churchs, Gallagher's across the river. Every time I visit a new area, I look for the used book stores and the chicken restaurants. The pieces here at the St. Louis Room are huge and meaty. Perfectly done and juicy - I have never gotten an over- or underdone piece. The skin is crispy and crackly. Not much seasoning at all, so you can taste the chicken. The restaurant is on the 6th Floor and it is an all-you-can-eat buffet, but you can also get the chicken plated in the 2nd floor restaurant. Along with the fried chicken are two surprisingly good and large buffet tables. On the hot foods buffet: mashed potatoes (instant - ugh! - substitute a yummy baked potato instead, found on the end of the buffet), a creamy gravy with a touch of what tastes like nutmeg (weird, but it *works*), two soups (their famous French onion soup is also available - request it from your waitress), spaghetti, cornbread and greens. Also on the hot foods buffet is a taco / baked potato bar. On the salad buffet is a wide assortment of fresh veggies to help you compensate for your guilt in overeating that fried chicken! There's a small selection of desserts, and you can request their fabulous bread pudding from the waitress - it tastes exactly like my great-grandma used to make back in the day. Service is always good and extremely friendly. Most of the waitresses have been there for *years* - I always sat in the wait area of Ms. Mildred for 20+ years, until she passed away recently, and you'll often see people waiting for a table to be cleared in "their" waitress's area. There are two lines for checking out - one line takes cash or credit, the other line takes cash only. I recommend you bring cash to get out quicker because the credit line takes much longer. Everything is available for take-out as well. My only complaint is that they sometimes temporarily run out of chicken due to the high volume of customers. It only takes a couple of minutes before they bring out fresh trays, and then you'll see the waiting crowd fall on them like starving birdies on a winter's day will fall on bread crumbs. The cost for this never-ending feast of fabulous fried chicken is $9.00: drink, dessert and tax included.
