The food was amazing! Drinks were top tier, and service was excellent. I don't have anything bad to say about this experience especially for it being my first time. The manager came around to check in on us and ask about our experience and I was even gifted a free dessert for us celebrating a small win for me :) The servers were all so attentive and friendly with a nice and private atmosphere with house music playing overhead. The dim lighting and wide booths just made the experience a little more intimate. So perfect for date night and celebrations!! 8/10 would recommend!

My God doesn't play about me... I had a long day, plus I was bummed this hotel doesn't have a pool. As I headed to the hotel, at my left turn I saw the sign and was quickly a reprieve for the pool. Yes, that's how much this is my favorite. I have dined at many, many, many steakhouses and this has remained my favorite since 1996. Yep, 1996! Dining as a party of one at the tall tables in Las Vegas. The attendants always cared for me as the old school mob did. The ambiance is so gangster. Top tier classy with magnificent, relaxing ambiance taking the attention off the scale of dining you are experiencing. Kyle was my server today and he is kind. Carmen the Manager stopped in to confirm that experience. Welcome home to me

It's my first time here and I was doing a special $60 for three items. The Cheesecake was really good. The last tail was fresh the server he was very nice. The place is very nice and quiet. Easy to talk in. Private parking was decent too especially for a home game.

I was staying by the Arch and looking for a gluten free option nearby. Online ordering was turned off so I called the restaurant and was told I'd have to order in person. Ordered a petite filet (medium rare) and a plain baked potato (at a whopping $13). I was told it would be 20-25 minutes so I waited at the bar. I ordered an espresso martini, which was fabulous and was never visited again. After over an hour, I finally got someone to check on my order. 1.5 hours later, my food arrived. Steak was medium and the baked potato was cold and hard. No apologies for my food taking so long. I'll be back in a couple weeks and will be sure to try elsewhere.

I had two dinners on a Sunday and Monday evening at Ruth's Chris Steak House while staying for the ACEC IT Forum conference at St. Louis Missouri. Both of my meals were outstanding! This Ruth's Chris steak house is located in St. Louis inside the Hyatt Regency downtown, right next to the Archway! As soon as you enter the Hyatt Regency's main entrance, the restaurant is off to the right side! While I was visiting the city for the conference, Ruth's Chris was the go to place for dinner. This restaurant was recently renovated in 2023 and has been upgraded! The upgrades include redesigning the private dinning rooms, updating the bar area, and introducing elevated décor! The menu has a wide range of steaks, seafoods, lamb chops, desserts, and classic sides like potatoes and vegetables. Reservations are recommended for Ruth's Chris Steakhouse. This restaurant has four private rooms that can accommodate private dining and events! The rooms are equipped with modernized technology such as AV technology, and sound systems if you're going to provide a presentation at a scheduled event! My first night dining at Ruth's Chris steak house was with a private event and the second evening was with several colleagues in the general dining area. The service was fantastic! The team members at Ruth Chris followed up with our table several times, refilling drinks or asking how the food was! I ended up getting a Filet Mignon cooked medium well both times. I did get to try out a few sides such as the mashed potatoes, salad, and the French Fries. The Crème Brulee dessert and the bread pudding was yummy! My favorite was the steak though! It was perfectly seasoned and wasn't over cooked! The service was great here and the food is fantastic. If I'm back in St. Louis and looking to go to a restaurant for a special occasion, I'd come back to Ruth's Chris steak house again!

Service was great at the bar. Food was great. We saw a couple next to us with the chicken, they highly recommended it, so we tried it, it was surprising good. A waiter suggested we add truffle crust, and it was good, the herb stuffing was the star of the dish. Lamb chops were good and the Cajun bite's appetizer was delicious. Would definitely visit again.

Sweet Potato Casserole and a 16 oz. New York Strip.

I love Ruth's Chris steakhouse. For me there's something nostalgic about steak sizzling on a hot plate of butter that reminds me of my childhood eating at the one in New Jersey outside the Lincoln tunnel. Over the years, I've always enjoyed my meal there, however the St. Louis location in 2026 did not live up to my memory. I had a New York strip steak. It was thin, but big, filling the plate. It looked more like a ribeye than a strip steak. It was somewhere between three-quarters of an inch and an inch thick. (At home, I've gotten used to a nice thick butcher cut of New York strip steak an inch and a half thick and well marbled, well seasoned. At home I sous vide my steak to a perfect medium rare before pan searing it with salt, pepper and garlic powder. I also finish mine with some truffle butter.) I ordered the steak medium rare and the first bites were closer to medium and the last bites were closer to well. The meat was somewhat tasteless, if not for the butter, you might have thought they forgot to season the meat. I also had a lobster bisque and a side of sweet potato casserole, which was more brown sugar topping than sweet potato. The bowl was smaller than I can ever remember... the photo makes it look larger than it was. It was a relatively forgettable meal for $100, until I got back to my hotel and I spent the next hour running back-and-forth to the bathroom with stomach problems. I can't say for sure it was the food. But something didn't agree with me. I probably wouldn't have written a review to complain about the food if it was just a thin, overcooked, tasteless piece of meat, but the diarrhea led me here today. Admittedly, I make a good steak at home and rarely order steak when I go out because it's usually an expensive subpar experience, but when traveling for work and finding an iconic steakhouse, I'm willing to bite the bullet. I have my regrets. One thing I will admit is that the service at Ruth's Chris is always impeccable, and I have no complaints about my waiter or the management who did check in on me several times (I'm just not one to make a big fuss about the temperature of the meat). I'm sure if I told them I wasn't happy with the steak, they would've made me a different one but again my issue was once I returned to the hotel.

The service was amazing. When we first walked through the door, they asked if we were celebrating tonight. Food was amazing. Bone in Filet had a lot of flavor. Sweet potato casserole was to DIE FOR. Very warm even while it was sitting on the table.

Always a consistent excellent meal at Ruth's Chris! In the lobby of the Hyatt, next to Gateway Arch National Park. A beautiful, prime porterhouse steak with mushrooms, asparagus and a bottle of Pessimist. Perfection!

Undercooked which had to be a challenge given the thin cut. The best part about the steak was the crunchy sea salt that topped it. Even Cracker Barrel fills your water. Our waters were never refilled. The menu prices did not meet the low bar standards for every part of this dining experience from the service to the poor quality of the food. Since then, Olive + Oak has moved to its current location, which is spacious, airy and filled with light. And somehow, our experience last night was even better than what I remembered. I was having dinner with three friends I used to work with, and Abby, our server, was outstanding from start to finish. I arrived first and had a chance to chat with her before everyone else got there. Her energy and personality immediately stood out, and I knew she was going to be a hit with our group. Hard to believe she has been at Olive + Oak for only six months. She kept taking care of us throughout the evening. She really wanted us to try the grilled carrots, so she brought us an order on the house. Later, one of the managers stopped by with wine glasses and poured us some wine, also compliments of the restaurant. Those unexpected touches made an already great evening even more memorable. With four of us, we were able to explore quite a bit of the menu. We started with the Chicken Wings, Charred Octopus and Lion's Mane Steak. All three were distinctive and delicious. The Fried Green Tomato Salad was enormous, easily enough for all four of us to share, and packed with flavor. We learned it was leaving the menu after that night, so our timing was pretty good. For my entrée, I had the Grilled Flank Steak with crispy Parmesan potatoes, along with a side of Olive + Oak fries. Incredible. The fries were world-class, and Abby even tracked down some barbecue sauce for me to dunk them in. And those Grilled Carrots Abby insisted we try? Wow! Definitely one of the surprises of the night. We finished by sharing two new desserts, the Cloud Cake and Samoa Cookie Cake. Both were super delicious and a great way to end the meal. We ultimately spent more than three hours at Olive + Oak, and never once felt rushed. We were there to reconnect, tell stories and enjoy being together again. Great food certainly mattered, but the warm, attentive service made the evening even better. Eight years was way too long between visits. Olive + Oak remains my favorite St. Louis restaurant.
