I did push the golden raisins to the side because I found them unnecessary for the dish, and the cauliflower was pretty raw (I don't think it was supposed to be) but still full of flavor. When making the reservation I was advised of the policy; cc hold, if you cancel at the last minute and the 15-minute grace period. Every time I have dined here if I had a party of 6 or more, I was advised that at least half of the party needs to be present before you can be seated. There were 2 people in my party who could not make it and one person was running late due to traffic. 7 people was there waiting on one (1). The hostess told me that ALL of my party has to be there before we are seated, I said no, every time I have dined here I was told half of the party not the entire party needs to be present. At this point the manager, Walker, comes out and said that the policy states the entire party has to be here and the policy is the policy. My reservation was for 5pm, this was not 5:09pm and still waiting for one person. Walker then tells me, if that one person was not there is 6 minutes he would cancel the whole reservation. When I got there, I let them know that instead of 10 it would be 8. When my 8th person arrived we were seated. When at the table I get a notification from my credit card company that my card was charged for $20 by Sacred Pepper. I asked about it and Walker told me the policy was the policy, it is non-refundable and it's nothing that he can do. Now, the charge was because of the change in the size of the party, instead of 10 it went down to 8. I told him that was not what I was told when I made my reservation, and it was not in the message I received for confirmation. Let's remember I have dined here before with party's I have made reservations for. This has never been the case. Also, while talking to Walker when I was voicing my issues, he shrugged his shoulders and said oh well, the money is non-refundable. It was my husband's dinner and others were there, other than that I would have left. I told him OK, I have been here many times, but this will be my last time. Walker said "Ok". I have recommended this restaurant to many people. I will not be dining here again, I will be letting all the people whom I recommended, what happened. Walker was rude and unprofessional. There are so many places I can spend my money, and it will never be here again.

Now, the bowling lanes do use the string‑pin setup -- so it's not the official league-style pin reset -- but honestly, it didn't take away from the fun at all. It's still bowling, still laughs, still a good time.
