Unfortunately I can't see myself coming back for lunch - brunch - or dinner. ( sadly ) Let me start by saying - customer service is 5 stars on service - being attentive / courteous & friendliness. I came in on a Sunday around 12 noon to try their lunch / brunch ( weekend ) menu.

We were finally able to try Mothers! I'm so happy it's now in my backyard. I opted for the osso bucco. It was delicious and large enough for 3 meals! The entertainment was phenomenal. The food and service by Brian were great!

Have eaten at Mother's restaurant three times since it reopened at a new location recently and have not been disappointed. Ordered meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and brussels sprouts twice and the Cajun chicken pasta once (adding sausage). I was not disappointed. The food is delicious and the service is efficient and friendly, especially at the bar.

    Ossobuco

Had a great experience at Mothers. We stopped in on a Monday evening and were pleasantly surprised by the live music and overall atmosphere. The food was excellent. The Ossobuco was incredibly tender and flavorful would highly recommenf, and the Juicy Lucy burger paired with sweet potato fries was sooo good. Everything was prepared well and arrived exactly as expected. Joel, the bartender and owner, who crafted some of my favorite cocktails and provided outstanding hospitality throughout the evening. Between the quality of the food, the live entertainment, and the welcoming atmosphere, Mothers is a place I'd happily recommend and look forward to visiting again. Can't wait to go back

Service was great. Eclectic style and more elevated than most chain restaurants in north Tampa. Meatloaf sliders were on point! And they have a great wine selection. Also, they have live music most nights.m, which adds to the ambiance. Stop by on a Thursday for 50% off bottles!!!

The experience at Mother's as great! We really enjoyed the bartender Tony... he really made our time at Mother's enjoyable. We will definitely be back

I got the birria empanadas - the consumme was really good, the empanadas were good but not my favorite birria I've had, they just felt very heavy, even while eating them. The flavor was good though. Our daughter enjoyed the chicken tenders and our toddler liked the kids chicken and rice bowl - there's a good variety of options on the menu which is nice. Our service was great - our server was attentive and on top of everything despite being the only one on the floor at the time. We'll be back, we enjoyed our lunch and this is a cute little spot to grab some food.

The level of service honestly reminded us of Bern's Steak House--professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Our server, Alvaro, was outstanding. He was knowledgeable about the menu, made great recommendations, and was attentive without ever being overbearing. Paul greeted us when we arrived and checked on us throughout dinner, which made us feel truly valued as guests. We started with the Caponata Siciliano "Bruschetta Style," and it was the perfect way to begin our meal. It came with 4 pieces of bread, we couldn't resist eating 2 of them before the photo. For our entrée, we had the Tortellini alla Panna, which was rich, creamy, and absolutely delicious. We ended the evening with chocolate, pistachio, and strawberry gelato, and were pleasantly surprised with complimentary cannolis--a thoughtful touch that made the night even more special. It's rare to find a restaurant that delivers both exceptional food and equally exceptional hospitality. Esposito's exceeded our expectations on every level. The garlic rolls were delightful and my hubs loved the arancini although I personally didn't prefer them. We also got some sort of mozzarella fried bread slices and it was okay- tasted sweet. Our server was wonderful! I really enjoyed his satirical humor and honesty of the menu. I remember back when this restaurant was Carmel and you could still see the bones of it. The restaurant is deceiving bigger on the inside than it looks on the outside. I enjoy how one room was dimly lit for a more elevated dinner essence while the other section of the restaurant was brighter. The music was fun and I actually knew lots of the songs! This was a last minute birthday dinner for a relative and I'm so happy we were able to be accommodated and enjoy what Esposito's had to offer for my first visit.

The appetizers were calamari, meatballs, goat cheese baklava, and a broccolini flatbread. I have to say these were all the least favorite plates for me. I couldn't eat the meatballs because I don't eat pork, but my husband said they were delicious. Others said the honey goat cheese baklava was one of the best things they have eaten. The calamari doesn't have tentacles, which is actually my favorite part. I thought it was good, not great. And I would skip the flatbread. It was just a regular flatbread to me. Then they brought out a Caesar salad. It's a wedge Caesar salad and it is absolutely delicious. I loved it, but it does have anchovies if you are not an anchovy person. This is a get every time salad for me. For the Mains, we got sides of mushroom, sides of mac & cheese, sides of brussels sprouts, the ribeye, Cacio E Pepe, Sicilian chicken, grouper piccata, and mafaldine basil pesto. My favorite was the Cacio E Pepe. They said the noodles were made in house and they definitely taste that way. They are thick and al dente and absolutely divine. The ribeye is fatty so if you like fat meat, this is for you. The mashed potatoes were also delicious that came with it. My husband really liked the Brussel sprouts, they were pretty good. I loved the mushrooms and would get it again. Neither of us were a huge fan of the mac & cheese. I thought all of the chicken was OK. I also like the grouper. But honestly, if I came back, I would go straight for that pasta. Then for dessert, we had the salted chocolate chunk cookies, which were amazing. They do cookies very, very well. We also had the crème brûlée which was OK and the sacred Sunday, which comes with vanilla ice cream, chocolate ice cream and pistachio ice cream. It was good, but honestly, my favorite was the cookies. There was also a wine pairing with each course. I'm not a huge wine person, but it did end up being a lot of wine. Overall, we had a fantastic time here, I love the decor of this place, you will not look out of place dressed up. It is an older crowd since we are in the heart of Carrollwood, but I would definitely come back.

Providing many different entertainment options including karaoke, games for tickets, VR gaming and special event nights. They had a Latin dance night which is cool but not for me. I have no problem with people coming out to dance and have fun but the music was a little to load. It's pretty open concept so the music bounces all around but while in bowling alley I could barely hear the person sitting next to me. We sat at the bar for happy hour, and of course, I had to order one of everything on the happy-hour snack menu. The bartender was incredibly friendly and made some great drinks. The tuna tartare was delicious! The cold crunch from the watermelon, the brininess of the capers, and the sweet, zippy dressing all complimented each other perfectly. Magical. The cauliflower was perfectly grilled and had just the right amount of salty funk from the blue cheese. The Iberico skewer literally fell apart in my mouth. It was so well seasoned, and the mole sauce? I could've licked it right off the plate. But I didn't. Unfortunately, we were in public. The gnocchi?! I thought it was going to be super heavy, but somehow it was still light despite its creamy texture. So good. Of course, I couldn't stop there.
