Had a flat. Came here, was told it would be $10 to fix it. The gentleman pulled the tire off the spare rack on the back of the car, took the cap off, and found the valve stem was loose. Tightened it up, air the tire up, and put the tire back on. No charge. read more

Fast, polite service and they stand behind their work. My partner went in to Motion Tire II on two separate occasions and the service received was great. We went in to get tires mounted and they replaced the center cap on his aluminum wheels without having to ask for it. Didn't even know they would have the cap he needed! Went in today with a spare with a slow leak and Jay fixed the valve stem without hassle and then mounted it back under his truck without asking for the help. Would recommend them to anyone and will be using them in the future! read more

This place is great. They never give you the run-a-round, and are straight up with you. Dennis the owner is really friendly and works to get you the best price and on time. I recently had a tire that was leaking air and took to Firestone 3 times, and still had to add air everyday. 1 trip to Motion Tire and I haven't had to add air in over a year!! read more

A million good reviews does not correct just plain bad character. I left my motorcycle in front of this shop last night at midnight, when it broke down. I live just down the street and came back at opening time with a truck to haul it in. The guys from the tire shop had just walked out, and were putting screwdrivers to it, removing accessories from my handlebars. One said he thought it was stolen and being stripped, so I said "And that makes it yours?". Pathetic. read more

We have had some issues with the tires and they have gone out of their way to make things right and correct the issues. On this visit, I purchased LT285/60R18 BFG All-Terrain T/A KO3s, and they fit my truck perfectly. I have a 2-inch lift and had already done an alignment. On my first visit, I wish the initial employee had taken a little more time to walk through my questions, though he did say the tires would fit. When I came back for the install, Jose completely turned the experience around. He was professional, took the time to come out, listen, and double-check everything. He was honest about a possible slight rub and made sure I felt comfortable before moving forward. That customer service made a big difference. There was a small appointment mix-up, but nothing major. Wait was about an hour, which didn't surprise me given how busy they are. Overall, great service, tires look great, and I appreciate the team. Thanks to Jose and the American Tire crew in Ventura.
