MCC Motor Cycle Center was not the first, or even the second Motorcycle Shop I attempted to contact, three times wasn't even a Charm for MCC. However, in this world of Internet Shopping, MCC has learned something the other three Motorcycle Shops have failed to grasp; If you ignore a potential customers first contact, that customer is just one mouse click away from being in a competitors Show Room, and you have probably lost that customer forever. None of the first three Motorcycle Shops I attempted to contact even bothered to send a reply. MCC Sales Rep Nikita on the other hand responded in less then 5 minutes, continued to follow up, and gave me such a great price on a new 2014 Triumph Thunderbird LT, I rented a car and made the 3 1/2 hour drive to Villa Park. Had an awesome experience at Motorcycle Center in Villa Park. Huge shoutout to Kenny and Jim for taking care of me and making the whole process of buying my new 2026 Ducati Panigale V2 actually enjoyable. Before coming here, I had been shopping around pretty hard. I went to Suzuki in Carol Stream, Harley-Davidson in Villa Park, Rich's Yamaha, and iMotorsports trying to find the right bike and, more importantly, a good deal. Honestly, none of them really seemed interested in working with me on the price. I was ready to buy, but it felt like they basically gave me a number and that was it. Then I came to Motorcycle Center and met Kenny, and it was a completely different experience. He was super genuine, easy to talk to, and actually wanted to work with me. No weird pressure, no games. We talked everything through, worked out a deal I was happy with, and I ended up leaving with my brand-new Panigale V2 delivered right to driveway. Just purchased a brand new Norton 961 Commando Cafe Racer from Motor Cycle Center (MCC). I used to own a Ducati that they had serviced. My salesperson Peter Lengsfeld was top notch - one of the nicest most knowledgable people when it comes to bikes, great guy to buy a bike from, standup guy! The owners Geoff & Greg are great guys too, they helped setup the bike and deliver it...and it is amazing. The whole staff is great at MCC and they all ride and love motorcycles. I recently had my older Ducati serviced at the new, much, much larger MCC location. These guys, Geoff, Greg and staff, always did a great job, even in their old, small building. But now, they finally have room to show off their great bikes and customers are still treated personally and professionally. Their new store is very well done and a great place to shop for your new bike and accessories! I have bought 2 Ducati's and a Triumph from them over the years and even though I don't hang around there, (In fact, I only stop in a couple of times a year) they always recognize me and greet me by name. I have a 2011 Tiger 800 roadie -had the bike in for routine service on four different occasions to MCC. Michael Suchara the service manager was great to work with-bike was ready as promised and everything was handled very professionally. Cant speak to the sales guys because when I went looking for the Tiger they didn't have one in stock and I traveled to Milwaukee to buy. However, the new dealership is a gem compared to the old location which was really tight for a showroom. Parts folks are friendly and professional-I do a lot of maintenance work myself because I enjoy it -when I've needed parts they have either been available on the spot or within a couple of days. read more

I ordered a special seat that lowered the seat one inch. I received an email as well as a voicemail that the part was in and they held it for me. When I picked it up I asked about how easy it was to replace. Not only did the parts person know that sometimes it can be tricky to put on, but he walked outside and showed me what to watch out for in putting it on, and helped me tie the old seat to the bike. A chearful pleasant experience from knowable staff.. My first service was scheduled in a day, done at the rigt time and completed on time while I waited. I bought a Ducati Monster from a local BMW dealership in Countryside. Needless to say, never buy a bike without a PPI on a "Gentleman's Agreement." I had an absolutely horrid buying experience, da da da DAA MCC to the rescue. MCC is the FANTASTIC because Mike, Greg, and crew treated me with the utmost respect and didn't hide a thing. The bike needed some work to get it running correctly; MCC's fair prices and helpful, honest, generous staff made it painless. Easily one of the best motor cycle shops in town, hands down. This was no two bit poser motor-cock shop. These guys don't come across as anything other than casual, smart laid back professionals. I'd recommend anyone to see these guys when they want to get a fine motorcycle. I bought the Ducati Multistrada and had a great experience working with the folks at MCC. Great team! I had spoken to Mark W. early in the summer about the Brutale Dragster, and the one they had was gone as soon as it showed up. Two months later Mark called and said a 2015 came in, and saturday morning, after a couple test rides on other bikes, I was on my way home with a new bike. 1. Great follow up after a couple months with the actual bike that i wanted. 2. Paperwork was done quickly 3. Helped with the gear (had to refresh the helmet, and a few other items) 4. Bought a 2003 triumph speed four. Went to bring it in for service and got harassed for not buying the bike there. What does it matter, are you in the business of making money or crying? Now I just called to see if they had any street triples in stock, and was asked a dozen questions about how much I know about the bike, that my speed four is nothing like that bike, that I would be lucky to find a deal on one going into winter, just a absolute dirt bag. I've been a regular there since showing up with a '95 900SS/SP six years ago. The team at MCC knows their customers and their bikes. And they've seen everything I have from 907ie sport tourer to 996SPS race bike. Yes, the appointment book is usually full, but that speaks for itself. That said, one Saturday I pulled in on the 851 and Gregg noticed the brake light wasn't lighting. He slipped me into the shop and replaced the reed switch at the handbrake just to keep me safe. I recently traded in my Triumph bought a new Husqvarna TR650 Terra at MCC. John & Nickita were very helpful and made the whole transaction go as smoothly as possible. I just love this dealership. Ordered a tire on Wednesday and dropped my wheel off in the service dept.. I get a call Thursday that my tire was there and I could pick it up in the afternoon.
