I found the best deal for the Panamera Turbo here. Great trade in value for my macan and my friend's RS5. Garret is a cool guy to work with. Also his buddy. This is an amazing showroom to visit.

From the moment I first stepped into the showroom and met Jarrod it was clear that he is a real car enthusiast.

Awesome!! Nic Hupp, and his management team, REALLY saved me!…read moreLocally, we'd just been hit with a huge snow storm and freezing temperatures. And that's just when my alternator/belts stopped me dead in my tracks. I'm a VanLifer - from California, so without the ability to drive or charge my house batteries, I was stuck, and could freeze, without help. Chantilly Merc was booked solid - weeks out, and yet - given my situation, like triage in a hospital emergency room, juggled things enough to accommodate me the morning I arrived. They got me fixed up, and done by end of day, while I waited in their cozy comfortable lounge. 5 STARS for Nic Hupp, and the management team at Chantilly Mercedes! I'll be forever grateful. They restored my Hope.

I chose Mercedes-Benz because I expected honesty, transparency, and a premium customer experience…read more Unfortunately, my visit was the opposite. My Mercedes has only 4,344 miles, yet I was charged $639 for an annual service and oil change. My biggest concern wasn't just the amount--it was the lack of pricing transparency. Based on what was communicated to me during check-in, I understood the service would cost around $69. I was then sent a digital authorization on my phone with text so small that it was not reasonably readable. I was simply asked to sign with my fingerprint, without anyone clearly reviewing or explaining the total charges. Only after the work was completed did I discover the final bill was $639. I immediately raised my concerns and explained that I believed the charge was unreasonable. The only response I received was, "We're sorry." Customers deserve clear pricing, transparent communication, and authorizations that are easy to read before agreeing to any work. That was not my experience. I will continue pursuing this matter in hopes of having these charges reduced or refunded. After this experience, our family's next vehicle will definitely be American-made and from an American brand.

After searching for a car for my daughter for over a month, I decided to visit this dealership…read more Before going in, I spoke with X, who runs the used car department and is apparently very hard to get a hold of. He was confident and reassuring, and through a younger salesperson, I was given multiple guarantees: new tires, new brakes, scratches removed, and full detailing so even seat stains would be gone. I was told I needed to pre-purchase quickly or the car would be gone. With a competitive price, and based on those promises, I moved forward. Two days later, after the test drive, it became clear the car was not what was promised. Only two tires had been changed, and only the rear brakes were replaced. There was a strange noise coming from the front brakes, which required me to spend almost three hours at the workshop just to get someone to listen to it. Marcus claimed he couldn't hear anything during his test drive, so I had to convince him to drive with me--yet the sound was still there. He then promised it would be looked at. After that, the salesperson Xx, who handled most of the sale, contacted me and suddenly claimed that none of the earlier promises had been made. I was then ghosted on Friday. On Saturday morning, when I went to pick up the car, a new explanation was given--this time in front of my friend, who was also present on the first day. I was told, "Sorry for the confusion, the car only went through a car wash, so the scratches were never removed." The interior detailing was never done, and while I was told the brake noise was "fixed," nothing had actually been replaced--only adjusted. Two weeks later, the noise returned. I eventually took the car to a Toyota dealership and paid $200 for an inspection. The diagnosis: cheap brake parts that were poorly installed. The repair cost was $1,400. Bottom line: this dealership operates much like many others--big promises and guarantees upfront, but little accountability afterward. In the end, you'll likely pay about the same as you would at a certified dealership, without the peace of mind or honesty.

Rude and snarky when speaking with the Sales Manager Tony Hafiz…read more I wrote to inquire about a BMW to ask for maintenance records. He referred me to the CarFax. I said that in 2000 miles that the timing belt was going to need replacement as well as the water pump which can run from $3000-3500 and that is why people tend to trade them in at that point...to avoid that expense which gets passed along to the next owner. I apologized and said that I would pass as I did not want to purchase a vehicle that will need $3-4k worth of repairs 2 months into ownership. He came back at me saying they have timing chains not belts and if I assume all of the go out that I "should call BMW because he is sure they would like to know that". Written using capital letters being very snarky. (timing chains or more labor intensive than timing belts so he essentially shot himself in the foot by pointing that out by the way) I thought that was quite rude and had choice words for him. He did respond and apologize (because I said that I would write a review letting people know how he spoke to me). He said that he didn't mean to be rude that it was meant as sarcasm. Does that make it any more acceptable to be sarcastic with a potential customer?? It shows a lot about his character. To treat people as if they were below him. And the fact remains that most BMWs have timing chain/water pump issues as well as oil leaks. Imagine that in 2000 miles of ownership (the car has 78k miles) that if a mechanic tells you this needs to be done and gives you and estimate for $3500. Do you think Tony is going to cover that cost? No. Do you think Tony is going to warn a customer of the possibility of this expense? No. He acquires a BMW cheap right before this maintenance needs to be done. Polishes the car to look new. Flips it for a profit. Why do you think a BMW that costs $40k new a couple of years ago is being sold for $12k? Because people buy them new, keep them while they are under warranty, then trade them when the warranty is up for another new one leaving the VERY costly repairs for the next owner.
