I was curious to try this after they offered their made to order dim sum ayce brunch and lunch for 68$ a person. Ive eaten here before they were ayce brunch on weekends. I made a reservation and i think you're supposed to. While you make a reservation you can opt to get the Pluma Iberico pork for an extra 68$ or the peking duck at various prices starting from 138$ and 278$. They have you add those items during your reservation and you may or may not get it according to supplies. The inside of mot 32 is gorgeous but a bit cramped with the table arrangements. Its not as big as hakkasan but its elegant and classy. Some of the take aways from here is that the iberico pork was the best pork I've ever had but the duck salad was inferior to the duck salad at hakkasan. Hakkasans price is 58$ per person and they have a lot more items.. with mot 32, you have to pay extra for seafood items or speciality items. To add meat to your chow mein is an extra 8$. It can get really pricy. The dim sum items were just OK. It didnt really hit with me, but the pork ribs were phenomenal! I had a mottail and it was fantastic. The lychee lemonade drink was refreshing! The best thing about this place is the stellar service! This is why Mot 32 gets a 5! This is one of the best service I've ever had. My server, Angel, was super! He was vibrant, lovely, and enjoyable to be around. The table clearer/bussers, food runners, to the drink refiller and food presenter was absolutely perfect. Such professionalism, quality, and a high level of service in every role each person had! I personally think hakkasan tastes better and they have my stir fried egg noodle, but the service at mot 32 is one of the best! I will definitely be coming back again. She explained the menu and process clearly and gave an excellent recommendation. I knew I have to gave up trying their apple smoke Peking duck that's is famous in LV. My honest, unbiased opinion of Mott 32 Las Vegas. Is it worth the price, the hype, and the experience? We all know Mott 32 is a fancier and very popular restaurant in Vegas, so I wanted to give my honest opinion based on the food, service, atmosphere, value, and whether I personally think it's worth trying. For reference, I came for dinner. Service: The service was great overall. You can tell the staff are trained very well, and they were definitely attentive. However, I did feel like there were moments when they became a little too comfortable. We came to enjoy our dinner, and sometimes the staff wanted to chat, tell stories, and continue conversations when we were really just trying to eat. There's a fine line between being attentive and overstepping, and I think they crossed that line a few times. That said, the service itself was very good. Ambience: The restaurant is beautiful, clean, and definitely has that upscale Vegas feel. The only thing to be aware of is that it is VERY dark. If you have trouble seeing in dim lighting, you may struggle at your table, especially because the menu has fairly small print. But aesthetically? They absolutely nailed it. Food: This is where I have mixed feelings. Some dishes were genuinely amazing, while others were honestly just... meh. And for the prices, I expected more dishes to really wow me. We would have loved to try the famous Peking duck that so many people order when they come here, but it took too long, so we went with the barbecue instead. We got roughly 8 pieces, and I have to admit--it was really good. But was it worth the price? Did it change my life? No. The crab fried rice was another one that was just okay. I've had better fried rice at other restaurants for much less. The eggplant, however, was phenomenal. I'll absolutely give them that. That was one of the dishes that really stood out to me. We ordered another 3-4 dishes, and unfortunately, those didn't stand out enough for me to remember. Because of that, we ended up skipping dessert. By that point, I just didn't have enough faith that dessert was going to impress me. So, is Mott 32 worth it? If you're going for the aesthetics, atmosphere, and experience, then yes, you'll get that. The restaurant is beautiful, and I can understand why it's such a popular Vegas spot. If you're going strictly for the food, though, I have mixed feelings. Some dishes can leave you speechless, while others may leave you thinking, "Wait... what was so special about that?" Would I recommend trying it? Yes. I think it's worth going at least once, especially if you're curious about the hype. But personally, I don't think I would come back. It just wasn't consistent enough for me to put it on my list of top restaurants in Vegas. Is it worth the price? Honestly, no. But at the same time, considering it's Vegas and located inside The Palazzo, the pricing isn't completely shocking for what it is. We were a party of 7 ladies celebrating our last night together in Vegas, and Mott 32 made the evening extra special by giving us a private dining room with our own private restroom. It was perfect for our group as it was intimate, comfortable, and spacious enough for us to relax, chat, and enjoy a long dinner together without needing to yell over any noise. We preordered the Peking duck with the additional soup and char siu, and the duck was definitely one of the highlights of the meal. The skin had that satisfying crispness while the meat underneath remained tender and juicy, giving it a great contrast in texture. I especially loved the pancakes that came with the duck as they were incredibly thin and springy, yet sturdy enough that they didn't tear easily when wrapping the duck. The crispy sea bass was another standout. The outside was crispy while the fish inside stayed tender and flaky. What really made it memorable was the smoky flavor, which added another layer of depth without overpowering the fish flavors. The lobster fried rice had fantastic wok hei, with that delicious smoky, slightly charred aroma and flavor you want from properly cooked fried rice. It was packed with flavor and had enough lobster to make it feel substantial rather than just being ordinary fried rice with a few pieces of seafood mixed in. The Wagyu beef short ribs were rich, tender, and incredibly satisfying. The meat almost melted in our mouths and was extremely flavorful. We also ordered the snow pea tips, which were fresh, crisp, and nicely cooked. They provided a lighter, more refreshing vegetable dish to balance out all the heavier dishes we were sharing. And of course, the char siu was a great addition to our spread. They were incredibly tender and flavorful. Overall, this was such a fun and memorable dinner. The combination of excellent food, attentive service and having our own private dining room made it especially perfect for a large group. Got the flaming duck experience at Mott 32, where they cut the Peking duck table side. Duck had great flavor! The skin was excellent and crispy and the duck meat was really delicious. We also ordered the short rib which was excellent! Really tender cut from the bone with a lot of meat! And the string beans and xiao long bao! Which had an abundance of juice inside!!! The way an xlb is supposed to be! I really enjoyed this meal a lot. Especially the duck and xlb! The service was also good, nothing extraordinary. Mott 32 has an "Express Lunch" deal - I don't know if it's new or not but it's a winner. Was this a perfect meal? No. But it was a great deal and I definitely think you can get an excellent meal here by making good choices. The room is pretty. There is, however, what has become almost standard in too many Vegas Asian restaurants: loud and strangely out-of-place club music. WHY? There are a couple of set lunch menu options as well as a huge a'la carte menu available. There is the Express Lunch Set at $38 per person and the Mott Exclusive Lunch Set at $68 per person. We went with the Express Lunch. For starters, we had the Signature Crispy Sugar-Coated Pork Buns and the Shrimp and Vegetable dumplings. I really loved the dumplings, although they arrived completely stuck to the paper at the bottom of the steamer and required a bit of work to free them. But worth the effort! I didn't care for the buns at all but my partner liked them and didn't love the shrimp so it worked out. If we go back, I wouldn't do the pork buns. We both chose the hot and sour seafood soup next. It's a thick version and the flavor isn't bad, but for me, it tasted very fishy. I know it's a "seafood" version... but I was hoping for maybe an errant shrimp or two... not just an overall fishy taste. I would skip this next time and try another soup. Main courses were where the meal really shined. We got the General Tso's chicken and the Wok Fried noodles with Black Angus Beef (a $10 upcharge for this). I generally don't love General Tso, but this version was special - perfectly fried, lightly sauced chicken that actually maintained a crunch. Probably the best version of this dish I've ever had. The Wok Fried noodles were also great. The Black Angus beef, of course, is delicious, and the dish has just enough sauce to bring it all together. The entree portions aren't large, but with the soup and starters, I thought it was all perfectly reasonable for lunch. The service is professional although a bit "hover-y". My iced tea was filled after almost every sip. Not necessary. They are definitely watching and trying to anticipate your needs. I don't think enough good things can be said about this amazing restaurant. Yes, I'm guilty. I brought my family here because of the videos that were posted from TikTok. In Vegas, you are never short of great restaurants to try, and this is a MUST TRY spot. Trust me, you won't be disappointed. We were lucky to snag a reservation during the time that we visited. So, I'm not sure how or if walk-ins can be accommodated. The decor is jaw-dropping. It gives an old-timey, upscale vintage Chinese vibe. The lighting is low to enhance the ambiance and soften everyone's (mainly mine) imperfections. :) Danny was our server. He was fabulous! We were so impressed with his service, knowledge, and the delicious food that we came back the next day for brunch and asked for him again. He definitely took care of us! When I come back to visit, I will definitely request him again. He is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. I didn't speak with him in any other language, but maybe he's fluent in other languages too. He advised his recommendations and with only a small adjustment, our meal was taken to the next level. We got pre-ordered all you can drink menu and also the apple smoked duck which wr highly recommended and many other tables ordered it as well. The brunch event is amazing and each dish size was perfect. We tried a few vegetable dishes and various dumplings. Each bite was memorable and in a way tasted better than a buffet where food is sitting out for a while. In addition, we sat in the red room called the boom boom room. The tables were glass sat on top of Chinese coins. Even the chairs are comfy! Our server Michael was amazing and was very attentive to our drinks and food orders. My friends and I came here for lunch. We each got the Mott Express Lunch Set. I got: - the dim sum platter (extra charge): everything here was nice. No complaints. - minced beef egg congee: this was better than the dim sum platter. lol! It was filling and had a good soft flavor that was soothing. - Shanghainese noodles, vegetable: absolutely skippable. Very underwhelming. From presentation to taste, disappointing. I also had my friend's fried rice which tastes like any fried rice you'd get anywhere. Nothing special. My other friend got the General Tso's Chicken and this was much better. Sixty 42 day dry aged Peking ducks prepared daily with an impressive sell out rate Mott 32 inside Palazzo is definitely worth returning to. My colleagues and I put our trust in Alex yesterday and he recommended some phenomenal options. He was patient and guided us through each dish which I really appreciated. The Peking beetroot salad was a 10/10. Great flavor and the crunch from the taro chips alongside the duck was so good. The crispy salt and pepper seabass was golden brown and another great option for my pescatarian friends. Snow pea tips cucumber salad and so many great sauces from vinegar to peanut dipping sauces. This was my first time trying dim sum and the king prawn Har Gow was delightful. The Tso chicken was very simple but tasted amazing. The lobster fried rice was my least favorite. At $82 I expected to like it more but the rice was a bit too heavily sauced for me and I just didn't enjoy it the way I expected to. Now back to the Peking duck because WOW. The presentation was an experience on its own. Watching it being carved seeing the perfectly cut pieces and that crispy skin!!!! So delicious. Dessert was next level. The pomelo coconut was by far my favorite especially the homemade ice cream with honeycomb. The almond chocolate bao was a close second because that center piece was SO good. If you haven't heard of it, do a quick YouTube or Instagram search - the hype is aggressively 100% justified. We practically held the full brunch menu hostage, and every single item delivered--super satisfying without that tragic, heavy Vegas buffet hangover where you need a mobility scooter to reach the elevator. Service was like well oiled machine. Staff was super attentive and not overbearing. I dropped a chop stick, and within seconds a new pair was handed to me lol. The absolute star of the show is the lunch AYCE brunch menu. All their dumplings arrived fresh with wrappers so delicate they make couture silk look cheap. The crab shumai is dangerously tasty; and honestly, whatever dark, delicious witchcraft they are doing to the Zhenjiang Braised Pork Ribs back in that kitchen is working; just order it! We also completely decimated both pork soup dumpling offerings, Grouper prawn chili dumplings, shrimp toast, and a plate of crushed sugar pork buns that I am definitely going to dream about tonight. I hadn't had Chinese food in a very long time, mainly because I'm Vegan and it's not usually very vegan friendly at most authentic Chinese restaurants, but Mott 32 had an exceptional menu for strictly vegans. I was happy to go out with my meat eating friends and boyfriend and to have a wider variety of options to choose from. I wound up choosing the flat noodle dish and lettuce with minced mushrooms. The food was so full of flavor, I literally ate every bite of both dishes. My boyfriend and our friends loved the soup dumplings and we all chose some signature cocktails. I had a pea flower cocktail with edible butterfly and also the autumn breeze cocktail. Both were exceptional. I didn't need dessert with drinks that flavorful that hit the spot and cleansed the palate. I love the black and white films featuring Anna Wong on screen and the very elegant china and glassware all the food was served upon. For a high end Hong Kong inspired restaurant, Mott definitely brings HK flavours and stays true to the authenticity with a slight American touch. Their cocktails were crafted keeping the cultural aspect of Hong Kong. Which is really neat! Memorable on every level. Walking into this immaculately designed space, I was just hoping the food would match the sexy vibe and it absolutely did. Our recent bougie lunch was so good I'm still thinking about it days later. A few bites that nearly sent me into orbit: the signature crispy sugar-coated pork buns and the Iberico pork Shanghainese soup dumplings. Honestly, order your own and don't share. The Yeung Chow-style fried rice with prawns, pork, and asparagus also solid, and the extra sticky General Tso's chicken with perfectly cooked white rice hit all the right notes. Very aesthetically pleasing but food was kinda mid and not worth the price. The service was really bad and we were just hungry the whole time but we weren't the only ones in the restaurant so maybe its just a flow issue rn. We came for the AYCE brunch and while the some food itself was very good some not that special the service here was very bad. Everything came out extremely slow. I had actually read another Yelp review where someone said they didn't see their waiter for about 15 minutes, and I honestly felt the same way. It was really hard to order more food when our waiter was never around and she never really checked in on us. At one point we were so hungry that we had to ask a random waiter just to place another order. The timing of the dishes was also pretty frustrating. The steamed items took about 30 to 40 minutes to come out, which feels pretty crazy for dim sum style service. We ordered the crab and corn soup and that alone took around 30 minutes. Our snow pea dish took almost an hour, and when it finally arrived the edges were cold, which made it feel like it had just been sitting out for a while. Another weird situation happened with the BBQ pork buns. We ordered them in our very first round of dishes, but after an hour and a half they still never came out. When we finally asked about it, our server said they were out. I'm not sure if she never put the order in and they ran out later, or if they were out the whole time and she just didn't tell us, but it felt really strange to find out that late. We also ordered the pork ribs at the beginning of the meal and those never came out either. After about an hour and a half we asked our waiter about them and she said the chef was working on it and that it would come out shortly. Another 30 minutes passed and at that point we were honestly just tired of being at the restaurant, so we asked if we could cancel it so we could just get dessert and leave. She asked us if the chef had already made it would we still want it, and of course we said yes. Then she came back and let us know it was never made in the first place. It was just kind of crazy. I've honestly never really experienced service this bad before. It's unfortunate because the food itself was good, but the slow service and long waits really took away from the experience. Mott 32 serves some of the best elevated Chinese food I've had in the States. My friends and I made a reservation three weeks in advance, during which we also reserved their famous apple wood, 42-day aged, smoked Peking duck ($138). If you order the duck, I would highly recommend adding on one of their second duck courses (for an added charge). We opted for the "Peking style spicy crispy duck rack" ($22), where they cleave apart the remaining carcass of the duck, deep fry the pieces, and then season the dish with chili crisp. While its true that you can get Peking duck elsewhere for cheaper (i.e. Chinatown), I can understand the pricing. The quality of the duck here is definitely a huge step above what you can get elsewhere, and the long process of aging the duck really shines. The table side service where they carefully and neatly butcher pieces of the duck onto a plate is also quite a show. Additionally, the duck itself had the perfect ratio of fat to lean meat. The included pancakes were as thin as they come, and there's plenty of garnishes provided, so everyone was able to make as many duck wraps as they wanted without having to hold back. I can certainly see why almost every table around us ordered the duck. Between the five of us, we also shared the jelly fish with black fungus appetizer ($32), sesame prawn toast ($22, adding a piece for $5 more), salt and pepper sea bass ($32), sugar-coated pork buns ($16), crab fried rice ($38), cabbage ($28), salty egg yolk coated prawns ($44), and Iberico pork soup dumplings ($16, adding a piece for $4). From the items we ordered, my favorite was a toss up between the salty egg yolk coated prawns and the shrimp toast. The prawns used for the the salty egg yolk coated prawns dish were some of the largest prawns I've seen at a restaurant. Oftentimes when dishes integrate salted egg yolk, the dish can end up being too oily or too decadent. I felt like this dish had just the right amount of richness, didn't taste overly oily, and the juicy, plump shrimps were fried perfectly. The amount of shrimp that they set atop of the shrimp toast is extremely generous. The shrimp is nicely diced, and the toast has a wonderful crunch to it and tastes relatively light, despite being deep fried. One dish that caught me by complete surprise was the cabbage. Ordering $28 cabbage at a restaurant felt a bit silly: why would one order a vegetable dish when you could order a protein for even cheaper? That said, after trying out the dish, I'm glad we took a chance and ordered it. The cabbage here had a nice sweetness to it, just the right amount of crunch in each bite, and the XO sauce was present without feeling overpowering. I would strongly urge you to give the humble cabbage a try. Definitely one of those "don't knock it til you try it" type of a dish. For an even $500 after tax and tip ($100 per person), our group felt like Mott 32 was really good value for the quality of the food and service we received. When making reservations here, you will be offered to pre-order Peking Duck or Iberico Pork. It's $68 per adult and $38 per child ages 4-11. However, there is no mention of cost whether it is included in the endless all-you-eat price or what the extra charge will be in order to decide if you actually want it or not. Come to find out it's not included and will be an extra charge, so we canceled it. The Ambiance is top. It's inside the Venetian Palazzo. Parking can be free with a local Nevada ID inside the self parking garage. After pulling a ticket to enter, scan the back of your local NV id upon exit usually within 3 hours to get free parking. Inside the restaurant is gorgeous. Service was perfect. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. read more

We were sat for all you can eat brunch, our server assistant came to fill our waters right away, but we didn't see our server for about 15 minutes. He seemed rushed, told us that he would order for us since it was all you can eat, then left again. We saw several tables around us getting food even though they were sat after us. It took about 25 more minutes until we got any food, out of our 2 hour time limit for brunch. This was a disappointing start to say the least. The food itself was overall good. I enjoyed the little bites and being able to try a lot of different things, though I would have preferred to order myself based on what I like. Some highlights included the Szechuan dumplings, hot & sour xiao long bao, stir fried choy sum, marinated cucumber and garlic, and the General Tso's chicken. Unfortunately we didn't get to try the lo mein noodles or the veggie fried rice. The restaurant itself is beautiful with a polished casual vibe for brunch. Tables are packed quite closely together though, so it may get loud when busy. Overall, even though the food was good, the experience was dampened by the slow service since we were on a time limit for brunch. read more

Came in on what seemed to be a very slow Sunday night and was seated quickly as a solo diner. I hate to start on a negative, but despite the elegant/fancy decor, the tables near the entrance and bar (where I was seated) are essentially right on the casino floor. You can hear the slot machines and occasionally catch a whiff of cigarette smoke (I'm very sensitive and it wasn't overpowering, but it was definitely there). This was paired with music piped in from the restaurant itself that really did not match the vibe. I had the soup dumplings, prawns with salted egg, and flat noodles with beef. The soup dumplings were excellent; I would say at least as good as your average dedicated Cantonese/HK style dim sum restaurant. The flat noodles were good, but a little bit flat. Definitely benefited from chili or an extra splash of vinegar or maybe just a bit more wok hei char. The real star was the prawns salted egg - these were RICH and HUGE. Big puffy crunchy batter on the outside, luscious salted egg on the inside wrapped around some monster size prawns. Dishes are definitely meant to be shared and I regret not being able to come with a larger group. The table next to me had ordered the special duck, which looked both delicious and fun (they were raving about it). They have a nice whiskey selection and my cocktail was very well balanced. For dessert I had this layered white chocolate thing that I don't see on the menu anymore. It was...bad. Not disgusting but very cloying, unbalanced, and definitely did not fit the Chinese mantra of "not too sweet." Service was very good. Not quite fine dining level, but the different members of the service staff were well coordinated and knowledgeable about the menu. Maybe I would feel differently (4* vs 3*)if I had attended with a group, but the value for dollar is a huge disconnect here for me, and I really hated being able to hear the casino from my table. Las Vegas is a city with epic and delicious Chinese restaurants literally 5 minutes away. This is a convenient and reliable option, but definitely not the best in the city. read more

Mott 32 serves elevated Hong Kong style Chinese food at its finest. This is a treat/splurge meal, and it's totally worth it! The barbecue iberico pork and peking duck need to be ordered in advance. If you make your reservation online (they currently use Seven Rooms), it gives these options when you book your table. These dishes were both amongst the best I've had. The barbecue iberico pork char siu is perfectly cooked. It's delicious, thick and juicy. This was the highlight for me. Regular char siu is already delicious; this is next level. The duck skin is crispy, the meat is tender, and it's flavorful. The duck is carved tableside, and comes with 16 very thin pancakes, cucumbers and spring onions, hoisin sauce (including one mixed with peanut sauce and sesame oil), and brown sugar for the skin. Everything was truly delicious and felt just a little bit decadent in the best way. We added the minced duck fried rice of the second course add-on options. For small dishes, we had the traditional Iberico pork Shanghainese soup dumplings, and the signature crispy sugar-coated pork buns. Our chosen vegetable was the sautéed string beans with diced Australian wagyu beef. For dessert, I had the sweetened mango soup, tofu pudding, pomelo, sago. My friend got the almond & chocolate, oolong tea "xiao long bao." The restaurant also gifted us each a bite-size scoop of tangerine ice cream. The ambiance is cool and Vegas-fied. It feels modern, trendy and fun, but not fancy in an intimidating or snobby way. The service is solid. The staff are friendly, attentive and not overbearing. Our table was an oval booth, which was spacious and comfortable but added a slight challenge to eating family style. I do like a round table with a spinning tray! That's probably the one thing I would say could stick to tradition. With all of the above plus drinks for 4 people, we averaged about $140 per person including tip. the food here was absolutely amazing! you have to order the peking duck 48 hours in advance and it's absolutely worth it. they cut the duck table side for you and serve the skin before the rest of the meat. the skin with the brown sugar was divine. the vegetables and soup came out so quickly after ordering and were so yummy. perfect seasoning and cook on everything. the crepes were so soft and delicious to eat with the peking duck. the servers were all so kind. we came here for a birthday and they all greeted the birthday girl. we also got a sorbet for a small birthday treat. they were also very good at checking in for allergies and overall great service. the restaurant itself is so moody. a great place to have celebratory dinners or a date night. the restaurant was big but the room we were put in a very moody, sultry room with comfy benches and neon lights. loved the vibe. this is definitely a pricey place but so worth the money! read more

Chinese cuisine that definitely lives up to Vegas's standard for good food--and they also have some really amazing cocktails. The interior is dimly lit but stylish, creating a nice upscale atmosphere, and the service was solid throughout our meal. They're well known for their Peking duck, which runs a few hundred dollars, so we opted for other shareable dishes instead. Portions are well suited for family-style dining. My favorite dish was the black cod--it really stood out. The General Tso's chicken was just okay, the broccoli beef was fine, and the noodles were great. Overall, this is a good spot and I wouldn't mind coming back if I were staying at The Palazzo. That said, at around $100-$150 per person, there are plenty of other incredible dining options in Vegas that I'd still love to explore. read more

Make sure you reserve the duck or check whether they have the duck because you can't come here and not have the duck right? It's a 42 day roasted duck and it's very fatty and juicy. Is it the best duck I've had? Yeah probably, but when you've had a lot of duck in Asia, it's all pretty comparable. You get the option to have your duck prepared in 1, 2, or 3 ways (with an extra fee or course). You can just have the duck, or have it made into a fried rice, or a cabbage tofu soup. We opted for the fried rice and it was really good! The duck is presented to you whole and then cut table side. We also got the bbq iberic charsui pork and it was delicious. Still a good chew but also melt in your mouth when you chew on it lightly. We start off with the fried squid and the jellyfish. The fried squid with the fried onions was so fresh and delicious. With the crispy batter and perfect chewiness of the squid, this was definitely the best I've had. We ordered the fish maw soup and just a PSA, make sure you check whether or not the menu prices are PER PERSON. we ordered the $68 soup thinking it was a shared family style soup and they ended up giving us 5 bowls ($68x5) without even confirming or checking with us. Was it our fault for not reading? Yes. But they also did not ask how many bowls we wanted. From the vegetable section we got the braised tofu morel mushrooms and it was delicious. Very clean and it tasted like there was a layer of tapioca flour or something on the outside. It had a very pleasant chew. We also got another carb, the wok fried flat rice noodles with US black angus beef and bean sprouts. It was probably one of the best beef flat rice noodle dishes I've had. The service was excellent and the inside decor was very nice. The tables were a bit long / far apart though. So it's a lot of space but will require a lot of pass plates around if you're doing family style. read more
