Reservations are required unless you're lucky .... Vegas style . The service from the hostess , to the servers were amazing . They are very down to earth and we had great conversations with all our servers. The smell of Korean bbq ..... there is and was none ! The vents are right in the grill , so no smoke , no smell. The great thing was that the servers do everything and they checked up on us constantly. The duration of the meal took about two hours .... No rush , no need to cook our food ... they cooked the meat and served it to us .... Loved that for us a chance to talk and enjoy our meal. The meat was delicious! The sides were amazing and refillable throughout. We got free dessert ice cream with the meal and a bowl of exotic fruit. Prices are reasonable for a Vegas restaurant ...we were very pleasantly pleased with the price and the amount of food we got . Note there is a love DJ and it's like a low volume club with Korean bbq.... Families are welcomed.

After a long day and drive from LA I appreciated the club feel of COTE. No better way to get you into the Vegas mood. Cocktail game here is strong. Almost a little strange how they herd you to the bar before they herd you to a table that was empty when you walked in. It is a considerable amount of food if you order the butcher's feast. The amount of food is significant. The steamed egg here is the streamed egg of my dreams where it was like a runny scrambled egg while also soufflé-y. Banchan and jiggaes were all solid. I think I enjoyed the soybean stew the most. The servers here are a well-oiled machine. Shout out to Brenda for taking care of us. They are on point and can remember how every person at the table likes their proteins cooked while chatting with you the entire time. More impressive when it's a table of 8 and each person likes it cooked a different way. We added on the Caesar salad, Chilean sea bass and the Japanese tennderloin (which ate like beef butter). Ventilation is tremendous here. It does not smell like a traditional KBBQ at all and you don't leave smelling like eau de beouf. Solid meal and would be happy to return.

Overall? What separates this place from most Korean BBQ spots is simple. The meat. It's that good and worth the visit on its own. No heavy marinades, no sauce crutches, just high-quality cuts with real, distinct flavor. The grill work was precise, the banchan supported without getting in the way, and the whole experience moved smoothly from start to finish. Add in attentive service and a dark, moody interior that leans fully into Vegas, and it all feels intentional. This is Korean BBQ focused on what actually matters, done at a high level Parking? Garage (paid, no validation from restaurant) We got: Butcher's Feast (5/5): If you go, this is the order. It's not just a meal, it's the experience. Your server acts as your guide, walking you through each cut and handling the cooking so everything lands exactly where it should. No guesswork, no overcooking, just consistent, dialed in execution The meat is the centerpiece, and it delivers. Clean, high quality cuts with nothing to hide behind, paired with banchan that builds the meal without distracting from it. Each course flows naturally and keeps you engaged We added the Japanese A5 Wagyu. Worth trying once. It's incredibly delicate, almost too light and airy for my taste, but still one of those things you try to understand what the hype is about

This is an amazing dining experience. But even by Vegas standards, it's expensive. Our service team was phenomenal and did a great job of guiding us through the mountains of food. If you can afford to bite the bullet, you just might have the best piece of meat you've ever tasted. I did.

Finally got to try this place after years of trying to get into their NYC location. Booked a reservation about a week in advance and was able to snag a 5:15pm dinner spot. Upon checking in we were routed to the bar where the bartender took drink orders as we waited for them to set up the table. We were shown to the table after about 5 minutes, you can tell the staff here is incredibly well trained and professional. Food There was four of us so we ordered the butchers feast which came with USDA Prime Dry-aged ribeye, hanger steak, Cote Galbi and American Wagyu flatiron. All the meat options were very good quality and juicy. The server cooked all the meat to the perfect temperature. The butchers feast comes with a bunch of banchans and unlimited soups, since we had 4 people I ordered 2 of each soup. All the sides/soups were pretty good and paired really well with the meal. Service Cote's service is what really separates fancy restaurants from being in the same tier as them. Our server was knowledgeable and paired our meats according to our palates. The team cooked all the meat for us and made sure it was to the perfect temperature. Water refills and empty plate clearing were on point the whole night. Our sommelier Austin gave us great recommendations for 2 bottles of wine that paired really well with the meal. At the end of our meal he gave us a tour of the wine cellar and what an awesome experience.

Let's first start off by addressing the 1 star reviews. Someone talked about the non Korean staff members, so what if they're not Korean. My party served by Joey, white dude who was super fun and professional. Salty food? Not from what i experienced, I think everything was salted perfectly, from the meats to the side dishes, I especially enjoyed their cubed radish kimchi. We ordered the butchers feast and we DID get the egg soufflé and ice cream as part of the meal. Music was too loud? I didn't think so, it wasn't really soft but it definitely wasn't loud where you had to yell to communicate. Ok I'm done ranting and let's get to the real review. Cote in located right next to the escalators on the first floor as your walking from palazzo towards the Venetian, make sure you have reservations because I saw a couple of parties being turned away, and it was on a Tuesday. The restaurant itself, one of the nicest if not the nicest I've ever been to. It's modem and super clean. Even the restrooms looked amazing and clean. There's also a sink area where you can just wash your hands without going to the bathroom. Ok ok now the food, we ordered the butchers feast which included the hanger steak, aged ribeye, American wagyu and galbi. Best one was the hanger for me 10/10. Juicy tender so full of flavor. Sane with the galbi and American Wagyu. However, the aged ribeye didn't taste aged at all and was definitely the weakest out the bunch, it lacked flavor and was not as tender as the rest of the meats. With the butchers feast it came with plenty of sides like rice, kimchi, lettuce, this leaf looking thing I don't know what to call it but it was delicious. The egg soufflé was so fluffy and flavorful my one year old basically ate the whole thing. And you could ask for more sides if you wished. Our waters were consistently filled without asking. So was it worth it, I think so, for $88 the quality of meats and service you get without having to cook the meats yourself was worth it for me. So if you visit Vegas, love Korean BBQ and want to treat yourself, cone to Cote. TIL next time my fellow yelpers.

What an incredible experience! We were greeted by our head waiter Ronald (Ron) and assistant server Oscar. They were both very friendly and conversational as they continually checked on the grill. I was relieved we weren't in charge of cooking, they did a fantastic job. The manager also stopped by to check and make sure we had everything we needed. Ambiance was upscale but the service was personable, not at all stiff as some higher end places can be. We got the Butcher's Feast, which was the perfect option for Korean BBQ novices like us. We got to try everything including 4 cuts of meat and all the sides to go with it. Both Ron and Oscar had greats recs on what went well together. The scallion salad and ssam-jang with the marinated kalbi on a perilla leaf was one of my favorite combos! I cannot recommend this place enough, whether you are a Korean BBQ newbie or seasoned vet, this is an incredible experience. I will definitely be finding my way back here in the near future!

The food was fantastic --- especially the meat. I had only wish we picked the 2nd option for the meat tasting menu. Also, it's a little different in the sense your server cooks your meat at your table for you instead of you doing so, which is still nice.

My wife and I each had the Amex dining credit, so we decided to use it here. We ordered the $89.99 Butcher's Feast, which came with four selected cuts of beef, banchan, scallion salad, steamed egg soufflé, stews with rice, and accompaniments. We didn't order anything extra, and it was more than enough food for the two of us. The ambience was very nice, with a trendy upscale vibe that felt perfect for a night out on the Strip. Service was also solid throughout the meal. Was it worth it? I guess so if you don't care too much about the price and want to eat on the Strip, since everything on the strip is expensive. The quality was decent, and using the Amex dining credit helped justify the cost a bit more. That said, there are definitely better values off the Strip. You can find buffet style Korean BBQ spots that include A5 wagyu for less per person than what we paid here.

Made a rsvp during Mother's Day weekend. We got complimentary champagne which was nice. Cote means flower in Korean. This restaurant has one Michelin star. There's only a few cote in the US. This is not an AYCE buffet. It's Al a carte or you can choose the set menu butcher's feast. This is the one we opt in for so we can get a little bit of everything. For 4 people it seemed like it wasn't gonna be enough meat but we were all full in the end. We did add the Japanese a5 Wagyu for addition price. I think this was my favorite cuts. It melted in your mouth. For dessert you get fruits and ice cream. I love that they cook the meat for you. Each piece was so tender. This Korean bbq was definitely more on the elevated side. The ambiance was pretty loud and dark and there's a bar area if you're waiting for your table.

I had an amazing experience at Cote! We had a reservation for party of 9 on a Saturday night and were seated immediately. Their website only allows you to make reservations for up to a party of 7 so if you have a bigger party, it's best to call for a reservation. We ordered the butcher's feast for our whole party which came with four different cuts of meat, egg soufflé, spicy kimchi stew, scallion salad, and a variety of pickled ban-chans. Service was phenomenal! Each piece of meat was carefully cooked and served directly onto each person's plate, our ban-chans and salad were regularly refilled, and our water was always topped off. The amount of food is enough to leave you feeling satisfied and not too full. At the end, they give you vanilla soft serve which was perfect to help balance out the fattiness from the meat. The inside of the restaurant gives off a dark, sleek, and modern feel. It's perfect for date night or a fun night out with friends.

THIS WAS AN EXPERIENCE! I've been to the one in New York and so naturally, when one opened in Vegas, I had to try it out. The atmosphere of this location is much more open and has a modern bar-like atmosphere to it. We had a reservation and were immediately seated at one of the booths in the upper ring. From the moment we entered the door, the service was fantastic. Each table has their own cook for the meats and others do help to make sure the meats are cooked to your liking. We ordered the korean bacon, steak tartare, and the butcher's feast. Everything was soooo good and the portions were good too. We left feeling very very full. We will for sure come back!

The hospitality alone made the experience special, and every dish brought so much flavor and comfort. We enjoyed: Tuigin-mandu 튀김만두 Fried dumplings Matbogi Bossam 맛보기 보쌈.  Mini size steamed pork belly platter Tteokbokki: 떡볶이 Spicy rice cake with fish cake & boiled egg Haemuljeon 해물전 Seafood & green onion pancake Samgyetang: 삼계탕 Chicken soup w/ ginseng Mandujeongol 만두전골 Dumpling hot pot Everything tasted incredibly authentic and delicious.

Every dish we ordered was full of flavor and beautifully balanced. The soups were rich and deeply satisfying, the side dishes (banchan) were fresh and plentiful, and everything tasted authentic and thoughtfully prepared. You can tell they don't cut corners with ingredients or technique. What stood out most was the warmth--not just from the food, but from the atmosphere and service. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and made us feel right at home without being overbearing. If you're looking for genuine Korean comfort food that hits the spot, this is definitely a place worth coming back to. I'll absolutely be returning whenever I'm craving something hearty, nostalgic, and delicious.

Step inside, though, and suddenly you are transported somewhere that feels straight out of the Euljiro district in downtown Seoul. The welcome sets the tone. The mostly non-Korean staff greet you by shouting something in Korean. I had to ask my Chinese server what it meant. He laughed and said, "Hobak imnida" which translates to "We are Hobak." Kind of silly, but honestly part of the charm. What we did not realize is that Hobak is celebrating its tenth year in business. In Las Vegas, that is no small feat. Restaurants here disappear faster than a weekend bankroll, so a decade says a lot. Also worth noting, Hobak is not AYCE. They offer set menus and à la carte options. We went with the set menu for two, and it was more than enough food. That said, if you are strictly a meat-only person, this might not be your ideal spot. The seafood pancake and kimchi stew deserve just as much attention as the meat! The real surprise though: while it is not AYCE, they quietly rolled out AYCD all you can drink for $14 back in November. Yes, you read that right. So plan accordingly. Bring a DD or call a Lyft because things can escalate quickly. We ended up with two bottles of soju and two large Cass beers, which would have easily been double the AYCD price. Sodas are also included. One of the better deals you will find in this city. Service was excellent across the board. Tyler, who is half Japanese and half White, handled the brisket and short ribs like a pro. Our tattooed Chinese server, who looked intimidating at first glance, turned out to be incredibly friendly and grilled the pork jowl perfectly. Everyone else kept the banchan coming with a smile. By the time we finished, we had to walk laps around the shopping center just to recover. We left full, slightly buzzed, and, fittingly, feeling like a couple of very giant hobaks.
