Decent pizza for the price. Good Service.

This is my favorite mm's. Chill place to grab a slice of excellent pie. The tv's aren't too loud and the customers keep to themselves. My office always chooses this place when we order pizza for lunch. The Garlic Tuscan has been my favorite for years. Never disappoints. read more

I saw they had a buy one get one free (of equal or lesser value) coupon so I ordered 1 large and 1 medium pizza. I figured I would get the cheaper one free because that's what the coupon says. I arrive to pick up my pizza and the guy tells me that the coupon is only valid for large pizzas only. so I told him to just cancel the medium and I'll just take only 1 pizza.. when I get home I got the emailed receipt and he applied the coupon to the order which made the medium pizza free. . basically, he just got himself a free pizza. read more

This is our go to pizza place.. They're pizza is always good and they usually always have coupons available for use, which make their prices competitive.. They once messed up our oder when we ordered a delivery.. But we called them and after speaking to the manager he was able to fix the problem and we were satisfied with the outcome. I've never had a bad experience. Always order the same thing: gluten free pepperoni pizza. It's always hot, cooked perfectly, balanced and tastes really good. This is one pizza chain that is truly hit-and-miss with food and service. Sometimes fair, other timrs not. The last time I went there, on a Tuesday night, and the place was packed. The pizza was good and service was friendly, but i cannot count the number of times people bumped into my chair, or i was force to listen to parents fighting with their kids, next to my table while I was eatibg. Since I've first came here I was always treated like a friend. This place has an awesome lunch buffet for $6.44 after tax. They have your standard pizzas as well as all their specialty pizzas and if something that you want is not there you can request them to make it. The buffet also has cheesy bread sticks and a nice fresh salad bar with lots of choices. Of course this is all topped off with a soda fountain. They seem keep on top of things all the time as far as refilling and cleaning the salad bar, keeping a fresh rotation of pizzas, and cleaning up tables. I say this is a great place to go for lunch when you're hungry and low on cash. read more

It's really hard to find something wrong with this place. The pizza is great, the service is great, they take requests during the buffet, and there's always something interesting on one of the TVs. If I was forced to complain about something the only thing would be the people who take 5+ slices of pizza during the buffets and leave nothing for anyone else, but that's hardly the restaurants fault. This place has been doing it right for years. Keep it up! read more

Bewarned - This place is expensive!!! It looks like a Pizza Hut and when I went in, I expected prices to be a bit more than Pizza Hut, but $27 for a large pizza??? You've gotta be kidding me! No wonder they have 50% off days - they can make money even at half the price and stay profitable! To add insult to injury, the veggie pizza I had was really bad! The pizza came in about the time the computer told me it would (~60 minutes). It was not my favorite. I did like the sauce and that they do not pour the stuff on like there is no tomorrow (some places do). The cheese was good, nothing special. The veggies on the pizza again were fine, nothing special. However, it tasted like so much dough compared to toppings and sauce. Not bad really, but not amazing. read more

Food is decent but the service is terrible. If you are hungry I do not recommend ordering delivery. They have currently taken almost 2 hours to deliver my food. They have been contacted twice and have lied both times saying the driver is on his way. They are lucky there aren't more delivery options in the area. read more

Today we celebrated my son's birthday. They were nice enough to open the doors a little early for us & happily welcomed us in. The entire staff was kind and so accommodating to our needs. The lunch buffet is by far the best deal in town plus it includes a drink! Hands down I would recommend this place. In all seriousness this place exceeded my expectations! The worst pizza ever!!! It arrived within the expected time. The pizza was like warm, the toppings were cold, there was minimal tomato sauce and very little cheese. The sampler that included breaded onion rings, mozzarella sticks and chicken strips were were not crispy at all. I will not order from this establishment again. read more

We had an event where we needed to feed a bunch of people and ordered 20 pizzas. They were all delicious, perfectly cooked (a little crunch on the crust, just the way I like it) and the ingredients were all fresh. There was plenty of toppings on every pizza and the veggie was exceptional. We will definitely use these guys again. read more

Used to be our fave pizza--sauce was spicey and delicious. Now, not so much. We've been disappointed in the flavor, which is now bland and me-too. I like this pizza place. I have been here numerous times and the food is always good. I have been here for school fundraisers, pizza night, Monday night football and a pizza party. They do it all! The pizza was great, wings, salad all delicious. One of the best kids pizza parties were possible with the staff's help, the party was a big success and everyone had a great time. I've been a customer for many years and I do have to say the staff is always very friendly, down to earth, polite, and personable. I love how they always have deals going on throughout the week and plenty of televisions to watch the various sporting events going on. my review isnt based on the pizza at all. Everyone knows mountain mikes pizza kicks ass. Im giving 5 stars to a man named Jeff. I do not personally know Jeff or have i ever met him, but just from me ordering pizza and then calling to check on it, i can tell he is an awesome employee. This review has nothing to do with the pizza. If you dont like mountan mikes pizza you should just fall off the face of the earth. This review and these 5 stars go to Jeff, the man who answered the phone both times i called. Im not a very nice person and i have a horrible sense of humor... He rocked both calls, prime lunch time, busiest hour of the weekend. I can tell just from the the calls hes an awesome employee. I havent had awesome customer service like that in awhile. He was very friendly, semi funny (not as funny as me), and gave me all the information i needed. I have eaten here a few times, it is quite loud in the restaurant at times, but the staff is helpful and polite and the food is great. they have a good outside area you can sit and eat at if it's a nice night out. read more

Ordered my pizza probably 20 minutes before they closed on a Friday night. He told me it wouldn't be long because he had a driver ready to go! Awesome! I needed pizza! 40 minutes go by and I called and to check on it and he said he was there and had just lost the receipt with my number. After about five minutes of trying to find the driver he was already in the complex not out front like I told them. No biggie. Extra steps for my day! I'm giving these guys five starts even though he took a little longer because it was almost 45 minutes after they had closed and they were still trying to get me my pizza and we were super sincere and apologized it took so long. I've been going to this Mountain Mikes for several years (there is one closer to my home, but I always go to this one!). The pizza is excellent and always made exactly how I order it. The pizza is on the pricier side but I always have coupons to use (and they usually put additional coupons on the box!) and I take advantage of their Tuesday half-off special. It's things like customer service (or lack of) that leave a lasting impression with the public. I bought 2 large pizzas and then asked for a small container of dressing. The manager (or owner) told me that it would be $0.50. Really?? After purchasing two pizzas! I guess the $0.50 must have been really needed for the days profits. Awesome pizza and great customer service. I arrived and pizza was accidentally made into a half and half large instead of two larges. The manager walked over, apologized for the mistake, said he would have the right pizzas to me in 7 minutes and handed me any pint of beer on the house. Pathetic customer service. I called the Campbell location and placed an order for a pizza and was told it would be ready in "15 to 20 minutes." When I arrived at the Campbell location 20 minutes later, the person behind the counter looked for my pizza and didn't find anything. She then called across the restaurant to someone who was just sitting there and asked if he had taken an order over the phone. He then lazily stood and checked the computer and then looked in the back. He came out to tell me there had been a "technical error." I would say Pizza is good but the attitude of people working there, especially the owner is kinda weird. They have coupons on their website which would make it a bit cheaper. Their website really sucks which doesn't make sense for a company that has may franchises. read more

Pizza was fantastic, I mean really good! They were friendly and fun. My neice and nephew really enjoyed themselves.

Have ordered directly using Yelp several times which is very quick and convenient! The pizza is great. The appetizers not so much.

Had a pizza with a side of wings. Pizza was ok. But the wings were by far the worst thing ever. My son thought they were ok and ended up having a couple. I noticed that one looked a bit under cooked and just plain gross. I didn't let him eat anymore and just left the wings there. Well he spent the night vomiting and still woke up this morning complaining of stomach pains. Spoke with his Doctor said sounds like a typical case of food poisoning. I will not be ever returning there. I understand things like this can happen anywhere. But to serve under cooked pink/red meat is just really unacceptable. Their carelessness caused my son severe vomiting and pain. No establishment should ever be this careless. read more

I had a very bad experience at this Mountain Mikes. I ordered two large pizzas, having a coupon, to be delivered. I then decided I would be dropping my kids off in the area and called to change the order to be picked up. When I arrived I had left my coupon at home. The individual at the desk refused to give me the price of the coupon even though the pizza boxes had 2 coupons on top and could be easily removed. I had to drive home and get the coupon waisting 25 minutes of my time because he would not remove a coupon from the top of the box. I asked to speak with the manager. He told me they had to be very strict regarding the coupons. I informed him that we would not be buying any more pizzas from Mountain Mikes. The manager proceeded to be very rude to me and unprofessional. My family has been very loyal customers of Mountain Mikes. The manager and his staff member have a very short sided way of doing business. The food is decent but the service very poor even to loyal customers. I always would leave a tip even though I was picking up the pizza myself and this is the way I got treated. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Professionalism is in short supply it seems. read more
