I've had pizzas delivered from Mountain Mike's a couple of times, but this was the first time I visited the restaurant. I went for the pizza buffet. What a screaming deal! We were greeted by Andrew, who told us if we didn't see our preferred pizza, to let him know. I took him up on his offer and ten minutes later he added my favorite combo to the offerings. My husband and I come here at least once a month for the lunch buffet or take-out and always have incredible service and food! Today, Andrew in particular was so nice and helpful. He had multiple people asking for different things at once and he served them quickly while still being professional and kind. At this moment and this pizza, one of the best I have ever had in 63 years. I've had pizza in about 6 states and 9 countries, and I've had more disappointments than pleasant surprises. I get it, pizza is not brain surgery or rocket science but when those basic ingredients are combined in just the right way, with just the right sauce and just the right seasoned crust, and baked perfectly it makes me sing, or moan. This place gives me a Round Table pizza vibe. Good quality pizza unlike a lot of those cheap national chains. The cashier was friendly and greeted us as we walked in. We kept the order simple with a large sausage and pepperoni pizza. It was enough to feed four grown men. We sat under the tv so it was a little loud. We ordered from here for the first time a couple weeks ago and got the extra large thin crust half sausage half cheese (becuase we ordred thin crust it came as 2 pizzas). it fed 3 of us dinner and lunch the next day. This is a long, overdue review. My first time ordering MM was through Doordash. It was horrible, dry, and cold. I wrote a negative review about it on DD. I received an email from MM's management to give them another try on them. I talked to a manager named Paolo? He made sure that my next pizza was amazing. He was really friendly and very accommodating. I got a large pizza with chicken. I think it was called Roosters something... this pizza had a great crust, filled with toppings, hot, and flavorful. Mountain Mike's pizza delivered great food. We ordered online the speciality pizzas for our offices and the pizzas were absolutely outstanding. Not one person complained and we have some serious foodies in our office. We usually have some leftovers, not this time. It was all eaten up to the last slice. The meat pizzas had plenty of meat, veggies, and cheese. Even the vegetarian pizzas were A+, which does not happen that often. Their pizzas aren't inexpensive, but nothing is these days. Our family ordered a large pizza and a 12 count of wings as they were sponsoring a school fundraiser. We had never tried it before because of the prices, but sometimes higher priced pizza places really are a cut above. I am so sorry to say this place was on par with a Little Caesar's but 4 times the price! What a joke! The large advertises 14 slices but they're sliced about 2 and half inches wide. The cheese is thin and cheap as are the pepperoni. The biggest joke was the wings. We ordered a 12 piece and figured for 21 dollars these would be larger drumstick type wings. Instead I got the tiniest little wings at nearly $2 per wing! I will say the staff is friendly and the food was ready quickly, but never EVER would I spend $27 for their very basic pizza ever again. I am honestly amazed with their astronomical prices and meh food that they're still in business around here. My 5 year old thought the cheap Dominos pizza she had recently was better and we don't even like Dominos. read more

Ordered the mini pepperoni pizza with thin crust and one with the traditional crust. The mini was probably a little bigger than the diameter of my hand- its SMALL- I thought it would be like a personal size pizza but its smaller than that- it would be perfect for a child I had my pizza with the pesto sauce, thin crust. Their customer service team went out of their way to reach out to me and explain what had happened with my order and in addition, offered me an opportunity to give their pizza a try once more. Let me tell you that their service and pies live up to their reputable expectations. Their pizzas are fresh, well packed, and delicious. Not the best, like it was before. Came here for dinner hoping to get a fresh salad and some pizza, all I got was lots of disappointment. The salad in the salad bar was wet and soggy, veggies were dry like they had been in there all night/day, and at least half of the containers were empty or almost empty of dressings or toppings. We always come during buffet hours and the ONLY time to come is when Elysium is working (we ended up asking for her name since we loved her service so much) Any other time we've come and she isn't there, the salad bar is not great, but when she IS there, everything is PRISTINE. Pizza is pizza and is always good, but she makes sure the kitchen is on top of putting out new pizzas when they are running low on the buffet. Mountain Mike's has a good hustle. We don't "measure" the pizza, we're a "slice count" kinda joint. The best part of this is you can chop chop a round pizza into as many slices as you want...but a sad sad medium pizza chopped into baby slices is still a sad pizza. I have been going to Mountain Mike's since the day they opened several years ago. Still the same owners but boy have they lessened the quality and quantity of their pizza. Not to mention the crazy cost. They have always advertised BIG on how many slices of pepperoni are on their pizzas. Even a poster is on their window front stating "over 100 pieces of pepperoni on a large pizza". Which is a 14" pizza of 14 slices. So...I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza, which is a 12" pizza of 12 slices. So wouldn't you think it should have at least close to the amount of pepperoni as the large??? Ok maybe not as much but 24 !!! And it cost $28 . If you're going to advertise a pizza to look like this you should make it the way it shows and the way you advertise it. read more
