I used the too good to go app and I understand the items should have a second life and it's food that hasn't sold but I got a pizza half cheese half pepperoni and it was rock hard it has no cheese and seemed like it was days old in this case they should just dispose this food instead of selling it it hurts their reputation which used to be better but I see why it's 3 stars recently I don't think it's worth it to use the app just buy fresh pizza or buy it elsewhere. Order called in and the worker said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I went in to get it. The restaurant is very nice! Open! TVs up. Bar tables, short tables, booths and tables with 1/2 booths. They have pizza by the slice and a salad bar. Greeted by nice worker. Gave name of order and it wasn't ready yet. Came early. Sat at a chair to wait. Music playing and holiday decor. The order was ready shortly later and the worker was kind. Paid for the order and left. Lunchtime! I got everything set up. Sandwich cut in half. It comes with chips and crushed peppers along with Parmesan cheese. One order is pretty large! Easy to split. My half was really good. Better with the crushed peppers. For only 3 tippingsvallowed, there should definitely be more chicken and veggies in it. Mother said her half was good. She felt the same on the amount of ingredients. She liked the chips included too. Good service and pretty good baked sandwich. Needs more chicken and veggies for for the price though. We love the salad buffet and call ahead to see if the Mc Kinley pizza is available for it, and they have always accommodated us. The salad is fresh and the pizza amazing! It's so good and full of toppings, 2 slices is my max! The restaurant is clean and has nice booths. If I had any suggestions, it would be to use actual flatware and not plastic and to add soda water to the drink station. Sorry but I think I have ordered my last pizza from Mountain Mikes. I ordered and was promised a time of approximate delivery and received 45 min later than the expected time of delivery. I called and they said driver on their way. Driver finally came and dropped off the coldest pizza I have ever eaten from Mountain Mike's. I called them back because obviously I wasn't a happy customer about the cold pizza and late delivery to see what they could do to alleviate this. I literally was given a future discount of 25% from the manager. I'm sorry but that wasn't enough. I paid $34 for a large pizza with a few different toppings and when I opened the box I realized I paid $34 for a pizza with a 'few' different toppings. The pizza looked like it was a cheese pizza with a small handful of toppings. There was literally a slice of pizza with zero pepperoni and 3 pieces of pineapple.. I ordered 4 different toppings. There wasn't any slices that had more than 3 pepperonis on them. I'm so disappointed that I have to cross this location off my list. Do not come here for lunch buffet. I tried this place earlier this year for lunch. My coworker and I decided to do the lunch buffet. We literally had to wait for about 20 minutes for one pizza and another 10 for a veggie option to come out as their pizza buffet area was empty. This would be understandable if the place was packed but there weren't too many people. Salad bar seemed alright that time. Workers seemed annoyed that they were being asked to put more pizza out. We decided to try this place again today to see if time helped them to improve, but we were sadly mistaken. The coworker found a rotten cherry tomato at the salad bar and decided to stick strictly with the pizza. Well this time there were a little bit more people and about 3 slices of pizza left at the buffet. It took about 15 minutes for a pizza to come out. And another 15 for a veggie option.
