Keep your cell phone close when using Grubhub. Delivery driver will call from car, not come to your door. I was sitting in my living room, 2 feet from my front door waiting for delivery. When the order was 20 minutes late, I went in another room to get my cell. Saw the missed called. Called the restaurant. The restaurant relayed that the driver said I wasn't home. No, the driver was too lazy to get out of the car. The restaurant did provide the number to get my money back from Grubhub and offered a free pizza. (However, they never asked for my contact information.) Won't be suing their delivery service any time soon. read more

We were told that they have raised their prices when trying to use a coupon which brought it down to $26. Online it is $26 without the coupon. This review is based off a recent delivery order. Taste: Pizza had a fair amount of toppings and the taste was good. Cost: Price for a Large 2-topping pizza seems high Customer Experience: I informed the person on the phone I'd be paying cash and so needed the driver to have change. They told me they would have change but when the driver arrived he said he didn't have any cash for change. After a minute he went to his car where his friend was in the passenger seat and got some cash but it still wasn't enough. I still decided to give him extra tip as it may not have been his fault. We've ordered from here several times and each time it is always fresh and tasty. We usually opt for delivery. Their delivery time is phenomenal! Never had to wait long at all. This last time ordering we chose pick up. I had ordered a salad but when my husband came back he had forgotten it. I called the restaurant back to let them know. My family and I visited this establishment on an September 4 at around 3 pm . The place was empty except for a couple waiting for their order. There was no cashier or employee visible as we walked in. What we did notice was the long table covered in someone else's mess. After a bit an employee walked out from the back and took our order. The long wait for our order gave me time to take pictures of the absolute mess this beautiful business was in . There was a hamper of dirty rags right outside the bathroom, the refreshment area had straw covers and soda spills along with more rags . I thought that maybe they were short staffed . I was wrong. After about 20 minutes, about 6 employees came out from the back . They stood around talking instead of tending to the mess that surrounded us and them. The place looks newly remodeled and very spacious, unfortunately , this will be the first and last time we patronize this establishment. Let me say this first, I live 350 miles away from lathrop. I wanted some pizza so I looked at any pizza joints near me, Mountain mikes was the first on the list. I looked at the reviews. Saw some negative ones so I was a bit skeptical.. but I placed an order anyways, I placed the order over the phone and got my pizza less than an hour after the call. Great delivery time and service. I open the pizza and I see a delicious looking pizza , though I placed an order for a pizza that was not on the menu ( pepperoni sun dried tomatoes and bacon) I was more than satisfied, the pizza was baked to perfection. Slow service and incompetent workers. Ordered a pepperoni pizza and a vegetarian pizza with no cheese. They put pepperoni all over the vegetarian pizza. Why the hell would you add meat to a vegetarian pizza when we took the cheese off? They did deliver a replacement pizza which was nice. I've gone inside for pick up before and told my order would be ready in five minutes. 10 minutes pass and no food. 20 minutes later we got the food with no apology for the wait. This is a nice pizza place, and the location in Lathrop is bright and clean. The pizzas are very generously sized. The XL is huge and feeds 8 people. We were visiting from out of town and looking for somewhere to take kids who have just been in the car for 7hours. We went in about 7pm and they were pretty busy.
