I've had a lot of pizza, but this was easily the worst takeout experience I've had in a long time. I ordered a large half-and-half.. The value is nonexistent-this was over a $40 pizza. The quality was completely unacceptable. The entire pizza was incredibly greasy-the box was literally soaking in grease. To make matters worse, the crust was paper-thin and had zero structural integrity. It couldn't hold any of the toppings, making it nearly impossible to actually eat a slice without everything sliding off into a soggy mess. You're paying premium prices for a product that failed at the most basic level of preparation. Definitely won't be back to this location. Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

I have ordered Mountain Mike's for well over three decades, it's an amazing pizza for the price. They're one of the few places that put toppings on their pizza. When the 49ers win special, which is a great deal if you're a 49ers fan. Several folks here in so the order took a little bit longer (my fault as a walk in), but they hooked me up with some free garlic knots which I truly appreciate. Again, it's one of the best pizzas in Livermore, the 49ers special, which is once a week hopefully every week of the season. SO WE HAVE AN UPDATE Per the bot/service rep in the comments I actually filled out the contact form on the site on the 22nd. Got an automated response that they'd reach out in 5 business days. Yesterday on the 30th I got the most milquetoast corporate response imaginable. (Photo attached) Not only did it address nothing about the rube behavior or THE MATTRESS IN THE STORE, but they "offered" a $25 mountain mikes gift card that id have to make an account to redeem. No refund, no apology, no follow up asking for more info. Just a go away gift card that was less than half of what I paid for the pizza that wouldn't even cover a medium. If I never hear anything more back, they've lost a costumer and not just at this location (which I was already never going back to). read more

Arcade games are broken. They take your quarters. You go to the register and they point to the "No Refunds" framed sign near the machines by the door. Also food is not good. They cooked the Large Specialty pizza with pepperoni that had a plastic casing still on it. It was so gross. Taking pieces if plastic that got cooked in the oven out of my mouth. Manager acts like he doesn't understand what you are saying if you talk to them. Place is just gross and dirty. Yuck! I am so grossed out and I feel nauseous. The buffet pizza is cold, old and stale. Not enough people come so you willl get cold pizza after 12. Crusty, dry cheese. It's crunchy but when something is cold and crunchy it's not really a good thing. I went one time at 12pm and once at 1pm. Same results on both times. Hate to kick a dying dog when it's down but jeez, 1 star all I can say. Customer service is trash as it gets. This was my last time coming. Worst experience with this establishment. I have been here since I was in my early twenties. The entire place reeked of grease. First of all, the pizza took 30-40 minutes. Normally, it is around 20 minutes or less. No one was there. I should have known why. I tried to communicate with the staff, but there was a language barrier. I asked for salt and pepper and the man said no. I had come here a week prior for a work meeting. There was salt at the meeting. My husband asked for the salt and pepper and they immediately gave salt to him. I asked the worker for pepper and he attempted to gaslight me into thinking that pepper didn't exist. When a worker brought the pizza, he ignored me thanking him but he responded to my husband. If you are a woman, DO NOT GO HERE. I also heard workers complaining about me speaking to them and making jokes about hurting me. 0/10 read more

This place is only good for take out. Do NOT dine in. We had been at Boomer's nearby and since their ovens were broken when we tried to order pizza, we went offsite to find pizza and happened to come across this place during our drive. Unfortunately we wanted a place to dine in at. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza, a medium sausage mushroom and 3 drinks. That came out to a whopping $73! My husband got me a cup of water from the soda machine and then asked if I wanted to buy a bottled water since the water from the machine had a different taste. I went to the bathroom and let me warn you to bring your own napkins in because the women's bathroom had zero toilet paper in either of the two stalls. It's not like they ran out either because I noticed that there weren't even toilet paper roll holders in either stall! All the toilet seat covers were missing too. Maybe they don't have female employees so they don't care whether the bathroom has toilet paper. The thing that turned me off more than the lack of toilet paper, was that the guy, who I assumed was the owner, brought the pizzas to our table, along with some paper plates and then seriously said "you can leave the tip on the table". I couldn't understand him at first and literally had to ask him to repeat himself 3 times. Since when did Mountain Mike's become a full service restaurant? Did he serve us drinks, refill our drinks, come by our table to take our order? Nope, none of that. My guilt, and the fear of him chasing after us while leaving, made us leave $4 on the table. No one should be told to leave a tip. The nerve! Am I expected to tip at Burger King or McDonald's now if I dine in??! The only reason I gave two stars was because the pizza was pretty good with lots of pepperoni. Of course I think that's the advantage of dining in vs taking to-go and having the pizza cool off on the ride home. Do not dine in here unless you bring your own napkins for the women's bathroom or don't mind tipping for a fast food experience. Or maybe you're able to be strong and not leave a tip despite the owner's ridiculous request. read more

Avoid at all cost! This was my first time visiting this location and definatly my last. I went in at 11:20 for the pizza buffet, their hours are 11 to 2. When I got there I had to locate an employee to take my order. I ordered 1 buffet and a beer. I went to the salad bar and there were not any plates. I had to ask the young man for a plate and I waited awhile for that. I then noticed that there were not any utensils for the salad. I kept asking for them and he didnt understand what I wanted. Finally after about 10 minutes the utensils came out. This was around 11:35 and the buffet opened at 11! All of this time there was not a pizza out. Another family came in after me and they had to ask for things. ONE pizza eventually came out and that was it. I am glad that pepperoni is a good one. I left at 12:10 and all of that time only one pizza came out and was gone. The other thing is, I walked through the door at 11:15 and I noticed that a few tables were dirty with trash and left over food. Since the just opened, I am assuming that this is from the night before. Filthy, bad service, and poor quality food. This makes for a great no go combination. read more

If I could put zero stars I would. Called this place to put in an order, they were very pushy that we pay with cash even though we said no and tried to pay with card. Didn't even take the order even though we had ordered 20 min prior and were expecting it to be ready. When we got there, they said it will be 5 min even though we had seen them just put the order in.
