Best pizza in town! I love pizza and their pizza tastes consistently fresh. It is a bit pricier, but the quality is worth it. I've warmed up their pizza the next day in my oven and it still tastes good. I've tried their chicken wings and those are good too.

Five stars. Hands down. Here's why: Not only did I screw up my order, the crew fixed it for me and provided outstanding, above and beyond customer service. Shout out to Jaime, young lady at the front of the house, and gentleman who was either management or a pizzaolo, you guys made my family's night. Thank you. The Pizza. It was absolutely delicious, straight savored my slices. Fortunately, I've had the opportunity to try other highly rated pizza joints. Apollonia's, Prince St., Bronx and all that jazz. This pie more than holds its own. Perfectly crispy on the bottom. SERIOUS cheese pulls. My kids ate the crust type. Though it was a takeout order, I noticed the cleanliness of the establishment; highlighting the nostalgia in this classic sport-themed American family pizza dive.

This is my "go-to" anytime a big game is on. Last night I wanted to watch the Ducks game and the staff was so accommodating and put the game on three TV's (with audio)! I love this place! And the pizza is better than all the "chain" competition.

Came here on a Monday for the buffet. It was very well kept and ran very smoothly! The food was hot, fresh and delicious! Caroline went above and beyond as far as customer service. She took requests for pizzas, cleared our plates, kept checking on all the tables and even brought my daughter a fresh, hot birthday cookie for my daughter after she noticed a birthday bag at our table. Great food, clean place, awesome service.

After three years away, we decided to give Mountain Mike's another try. We stopped in on the Thursday after Halloween. The place was empty, so we had a booth all to ourselves. In my previous review, I mentioned that the medium 13" pizza was good, but pricey. Nothing has really changed since then. They still make a good pie, but $31.99 seems a bit much, compared to any other pizza place nearby. I really want to like Mike's more than we do, but... with a fountain drink, our tab came to nearly forty dollars including taxes. The folks who work here are all very friendly and nice. They went out of their way and still had Halloween candy they were offering customers Nice. We haven't eaten in another Mike's, we don't know if the price is in line for the franchise or not. It's just not inline with other pizza places in Menifee. Three and Half Stars.

Well I'm 66 years old so I remember when you ordered a large pizza it was a large pizza and it arrived in a large pizza box and filled it up. I mean and then it only cost you like $20. I ordered a large pizza from them just recently with three toppings and a small order of buffalo wings and it cost me $112 for it to be delivered and it's not a large pizza it's it's in between a small and a medium .... If it was a large it wouldn't fit in my wheelchair but it's smaller than a medium size pizza that I grew up on and that's ridiculous, especially given that between delivery fees and the tip I paid over $112 for a single pizza and 10 barbecue wings.... The world's gone crazy!

I can't, for the life of me, believe what we paid for the quality of this food. I knew I should've just drove to stadium pizza and picked up but wanted delivery. How this place has 4 stars is beyond me. Everything was cold. The pizzas barely have any cheese (when we paid for extra), the wings are completely soggy, the mozzarella sticks were like biting into a cold string cheese, no cheese pull whatsoever. Please, save your money for something else or at least just save money by going to Pizza Hut or papa John's for terrible pizza.

Enjoyed a wonderful lunch buffet at Mountain Mike's Pizza today. One of the employees, Caroline, demonstrated the best customer service experience. The owner offered us the opportunity to try a new pizza, but we declined because we were so full. He then offered to box up the new pizza for us to try at home! We came for the weekday lunch buffet. Who does a pizza buffet worth going to anymore? This place does! The pizza selection was delicious. Quality ingredients and they are generous with the toppings. The salad bar was fresh and varied. Service was excellent. A sweet young lady managing the front all by herself greeted us, restocked the salad bar, checked on us regularly, and offered to make any pizza we requested. If you're looking for amazing pizza and top-notch service, this is the place to be! Chef Zach made the best pizza--the food was absolutely delicious!! What really stood out was the incredible customer service. We had a group of 16 athletes here for a Bible study. Matthew went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. The waitress then came over and, in a confrontational manner, announced that we would be charged a $25 cake-cutting fee. The fee may have previously been mentioned to my wife, but I was not aware of it when I began serving the cake. I understand that restaurants have policies, and a calm explanation would have been enough. Instead, the situation was turned into an unnecessary scene during our son's birthday celebration. Then another large male employee came over, stepped directly into my personal space, and angrily asked, "Would you bring beer into a bar?" He got right in my face without first asking what had happened or allowing me to explain. His tone and decision to get that close were aggressive, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. We ultimately paid the $25 fee even though the staff did not cut, plate, or serve the cake. The fee was frustrating, but the confrontational way the employees handled the situation was far worse. Families considering celebrating a child's birthday here should confirm every outside dessert policy beforehand. In our case, what should have been a joyful moment for our son became an upsetting experience. It did not leave us feeling as though families celebrating with children were welcomed or valued. A simple and respectful conversation could have resolved everything in seconds. Instead, their response changed the entire mood and ruined what should have been a special ending to our son's birthday dinner. The food may still be excellent, but a restaurant is remembered for more than its steaks. After years of loyalty, the aggressive and disrespectful way this was handled during our son's birthday has cost them our business. We will not be returning.

I tried calling the store more than 10 times before someone finally answered. After explaining what happened, I was transferred to the kitchen manager. His response was, "Fosho, I'll put your name on a list and you'll get 10 wings on the house." How is that "on the house" when I had already paid for a meal that I had to throw away because of a food safety issue? There wasn't even a sincere apology or any acknowledgment of how unacceptable the situation was. This isn't an isolated issue. My family usually drives to the Murrieta location because we've consistently had poor experiences at the Menifee location. Orders are often incorrect, wait times are much longer than expected, and the restaurant always seems understaffed. I also contacted corporate to report the food safety issue. They assured me they take these complaints very seriously, but they offered no resolution. I asked for a refund or even a gift card so I could visit a different location, and I was told they couldn't do either and that the franchise owner would contact me. It's hard to believe these issues are taken seriously when customers are left without a meaningful solution. Based on my experience, this location has ongoing issues with food safety, customer service, and management. The work culture needs serious improvement through better employee training, stronger leadership, and higher standards for sanitation and customer care. The way this restaurant is being run is unacceptable, and until management takes real accountability instead of offering generic responses, I don't expect these issues to improve. Customers deserve safe food, respectful service, and management that stands behind its business when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, this experience and the way it was handled by both the store and corporate fell far below that standard. UPDATE: I received a voicemail from Reese after 6 p.m. Thursday four business days after reporting a hair in my food. Corporate told me the franchise owner would contact me, but after waiting that long, I had already handled the situation myself and disputed the transaction. I never even spoke with Reese. The lack of urgency over a serious food-safety complaint says enough. After seeing the ongoing negative reviews about this Menifee location, it's clear my experience isn't isolated. Customers deserve safe food, accountability, and timely customer service not generic apologies and four-day delays. I will not be returning to this location. Management needs to do better.

Such a wonderful place to come with your family--or even by yourself! Everyone in our family loves this place. The food is delicious, the service is amazing, and there are games for the kids, which makes it such a fun family-friendly environment. One day, they were cleaning the ceiling fans, and I had stepped away from our table to play with my son in the game area. When I came back, the gentleman cleaning the fan noticed that our food was on the table. He wasn't sure if any dust or dirt might have fallen onto our pizza, so without me even saying anything or complaining, he brought us a brand-new pizza and apologized in case anything had gotten on our food. Honestly, we were almost finished eating it, and I personally didn't mind--but the fact that he noticed, cared, and took the initiative to make sure we had a fresh pizza really says a lot about how they treat their customers. That kind of customer service makes me want to recommend and support this place even more! We have been here many times, and it is always a great experience. We absolutely love Mountain Mikes. We normally get delivery our pizza delivered but we decided to come in after our daughter's softball game and we are glad we did. Our server was a very friendly young girl and she made sure we had everything we needed at all times. The salad bar was fresh and delicious and they even had feta cheese crumbles. We got a large peperroni pizza and we still have 8 slices left after feeding a family of 3. Leftovers for dinner, I suppose. If you want great pizza and a little down time from the kiddos, just come here and give them $5 to play the racing car game or bowling game. Much better than the other pizza places because the games actually last longer than 10 seconds each turn. There seems to be a new focus on service at Mountain Mike's, and it is appreciated. Firstly, they're overpriced. I don't know if they can do anything about that, but if the prices were a bit lower, or they offered family meals as most pizza places do, it wouldn't be an issue. Mountain Mike's serves the American style of pizza that isn't super refined, but packed with quality ingredients. It's tasty and worth a visit considering it's walkable distance from many of the neighborhoods in that section of Menifee. The attentive, cheerful nature of their floor staff makes a meal enjoyable in the restaurant. They are a boost to the general ambiance, giving it a restaurant feel. Leilani took our order, Caroline poured our beers and when Matthew delivered our pizza and saw us watching the Dodger game on our phone he said "let me put that on the TVs for you." Jaime delivered our garlic bread and was disappointed in his own cutting skills (he felt the pieces were crooked) so he offered us some wings as compensation. They have a nice salad bar selection, fried chicken, mac n cheese, spaghetti, fried mojos (potato slices) , mashed potatoes and more! Shakey's has a large seating area with tvs so you can watch sporting events or even have your sporting teams have their gatherings here at the end of the season! The staff is friendly, the food is pretty darn good, its well kept in the dining area as are the bathrooms. There's even a gaming area the kids can hang out at and play. There's plenty of parking and located on Ynez as the same shopping center where AtHome is, See's Candy and more. Prices are reasonable for the lunch buffet and food is good.

Instead of dropping it off and hoping for the best, Dawn gave us the pizza and informed us the pizza did not meet their standards and new pizza was in the oven for us. I find service like this is rare these days. I didn't even have a chance to complain as they made it right before I knew there was an issue. If you are looking for a place to eat with kids, the Temecula Shakey's is a great option.
