Best pizza in town! I love pizza and their pizza tastes consistently fresh. It is a bit pricier, but the quality is worth it. I've warmed up their pizza the next day in my oven and it still tastes good. I've tried their chicken wings and those are good too.

Five stars. Hands down. Here's why: Not only did I screw up my order, the crew fixed it for me and provided outstanding, above and beyond customer service. Shout out to Jaime, young lady at the front of the house, and gentleman who was either management or a pizzaolo, you guys made my family's night. Thank you. The Pizza. It was absolutely delicious, straight savored my slices. Fortunately, I've had the opportunity to try other highly rated pizza joints. Apollonia's, Prince St., Bronx and all that jazz. This pie more than holds its own. Perfectly crispy on the bottom. SERIOUS cheese pulls. My kids ate the crust type. Though it was a takeout order, I noticed the cleanliness of the establishment; highlighting the nostalgia in this classic sport-themed American family pizza dive.

This is my "go-to" anytime a big game is on. Last night I wanted to watch the Ducks game and the staff was so accommodating and put the game on three TV's (with audio)! I love this place! And the pizza is better than all the "chain" competition.

Came here on a Monday for the buffet. It was very well kept and ran very smoothly! The food was hot, fresh and delicious! Caroline went above and beyond as far as customer service. She took requests for pizzas, cleared our plates, kept checking on all the tables and even brought my daughter a fresh, hot birthday cookie for my daughter after she noticed a birthday bag at our table. Great food, clean place, awesome service.

After three years away, we decided to give Mountain Mike's another try. We stopped in on the Thursday after Halloween. The place was empty, so we had a booth all to ourselves. In my previous review, I mentioned that the medium 13" pizza was good, but pricey. Nothing has really changed since then. They still make a good pie, but $31.99 seems a bit much, compared to any other pizza place nearby. I really want to like Mike's more than we do, but... with a fountain drink, our tab came to nearly forty dollars including taxes. The folks who work here are all very friendly and nice. They went out of their way and still had Halloween candy they were offering customers Nice. We haven't eaten in another Mike's, we don't know if the price is in line for the franchise or not. It's just not inline with other pizza places in Menifee. Three and Half Stars.

Well I'm 66 years old so I remember when you ordered a large pizza it was a large pizza and it arrived in a large pizza box and filled it up. I mean and then it only cost you like $20. I ordered a large pizza from them just recently with three toppings and a small order of buffalo wings and it cost me $112 for it to be delivered and it's not a large pizza it's it's in between a small and a medium .... If it was a large it wouldn't fit in my wheelchair but it's smaller than a medium size pizza that I grew up on and that's ridiculous, especially given that between delivery fees and the tip I paid over $112 for a single pizza and 10 barbecue wings.... The world's gone crazy!

This place does not fail!!!! From the pizza to the cupped pepperoni, salad bar...etc. it's all so delicious. We love coming here after our volleyball or soccer games on the weekends. Staff is amazing and super friendly. Give it a try next time you're in the neighborhood

Came to Mountain Mikes after seeing the advertisement for the pizza de mayo. Pizza was delicious and the jalapeño Knotts were good. Wonderful service! We went in for the lunch buffet and had a great lunch. When we got there they even asked if there was any pizza we wanted to see on the buffet and made some for us. The food was amazing and so was the staff. This was our first time dining in and not only did we enjoy the food, we loved the ambiance with the big screen tv's along with the arcade games for the kiddos. My wife and I have been trying to find the best Pizza places, no more than 30 min drive, where we can take family/friends. We have tried several places: Toscany, Pizza Guys, Angelo's,Giovanni's, Stadium and Pappas Grotto, just to name the top contenders. Mike's in Menifee is a close second to Pappas Grotto in Temecula. Mikes has great variety, lots of toppings out to the edges, a crisp crust that does not collapse ...however there are issues that push it down the list. 1. Pizzas are way OVERPRICED, a 12" medium at $27 where others, like Pappas are $20-$22. 2. Place was not busy and floors were sticky!! Gross, and had 5-6 kids in the back talking. 3. They have 3-4 cheesy games for kids like a mini Chucky Cheese which kills the appeal. 4. We ordered 3 diff pizzas to compare. 1st one out was MT Veggiemore. Picture shows big slices of Tomato, all over it. Pizza comes out without any Tomato! I sent it back, pointed out what's missing, she brings it back out but still no Tomato slices, just a handful scattering of small DICED tomato's!! Oh how disappointing for a FIRST EXPERIENCE! read more

It was absolutely disgusting, and I immediately threw away the rest of my meal because I no longer felt comfortable eating any of it. I tried calling the store more than 10 times before someone finally answered. After explaining what happened, I was transferred to the kitchen manager. His response was, "Fosho, I'll put your name on a list and you'll get 10 wings on the house." How is that "on the house" when I had already paid for a meal that I had to throw away because of a food safety issue? There wasn't even a sincere apology or any acknowledgment of how unacceptable the situation was. This isn't an isolated issue. My family usually drives to the Murrieta location because we've consistently had poor experiences at the Menifee location. Orders are often incorrect, wait times are much longer than expected, and the restaurant always seems understaffed. I also contacted corporate to report the food safety issue. They assured me they take these complaints very seriously, but they offered no resolution. I asked for a refund or even a gift card so I could visit a different location, and I was told they couldn't do either and that the franchise owner would contact me. It's hard to believe these issues are taken seriously when customers are left without a meaningful solution. Based on my experience, this location has ongoing issues with food safety, customer service, and management. The work culture needs serious improvement through better employee training, stronger leadership, and higher standards for sanitation and customer care. The way this restaurant is being run is unacceptable, and until management takes real accountability instead of offering generic responses, I don't expect these issues to improve. Customers deserve safe food, respectful service, and management that stands behind its business when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, this experience and the way it was handled by both the store and corporate fell far below that standard. UPDATE: I received a voicemail from Reese after 6 p.m. Thursday four business days after reporting a hair in my food. Corporate told me the franchise owner would contact me, but after waiting that long, I had already handled the situation myself and disputed the transaction. I never even spoke with Reese. The lack of urgency over a serious food-safety complaint says enough. After seeing the ongoing negative reviews about this Menifee location, it's clear my experience isn't isolated. Customers deserve safe food, accountability, and timely customer service not generic apologies and four-day delays. I will not be returning to this location. Management needs to do better.

Such a wonderful place to come with your family--or even by yourself! Everyone in our family loves this place. The food is delicious, the service is amazing, and there are games for the kids, which makes it such a fun family-friendly environment. One day, they were cleaning the ceiling fans, and I had stepped away from our table to play with my son in the game area. When I came back, the gentleman cleaning the fan noticed that our food was on the table. He wasn't sure if any dust or dirt might have fallen onto our pizza, so without me even saying anything or complaining, he brought us a brand-new pizza and apologized in case anything had gotten on our food. Honestly, we were almost finished eating it, and I personally didn't mind--but the fact that he noticed, cared, and took the initiative to make sure we had a fresh pizza really says a lot about how they treat their customers. That kind of customer service makes me want to recommend and support this place even more! We have been here many times, and it is always a great experience. We absolutely love Mountain Mikes. We normally get delivery our pizza delivered but we decided to come in after our daughter's softball game and we are glad we did. Our server was a very friendly young girl and she made sure we had everything we needed at all times. The salad bar was fresh and delicious and they even had feta cheese crumbles. We got a large peperroni pizza and we still have 8 slices left after feeding a family of 3. Leftovers for dinner, I suppose. If you want great pizza and a little down time from the kiddos, just come here and give them $5 to play the racing car game or bowling game. Much better than the other pizza places because the games actually last longer than 10 seconds each turn. There seems to be a new focus on service at Mountain Mike's, and it is appreciated. Firstly, they're overpriced. I don't know if they can do anything about that, but if the prices were a bit lower, or they offered family meals as most pizza places do, it wouldn't be an issue. Mountain Mike's serves the American style of pizza that isn't super refined, but packed with quality ingredients. It's tasty and worth a visit considering it's walkable distance from many of the neighborhoods in that section of Menifee. The attentive, cheerful nature of their floor staff makes a meal enjoyable in the restaurant. They are a boost to the general ambiance, giving it a restaurant feel. Leilani took our order, Caroline poured our beers and when Matthew delivered our pizza and saw us watching the Dodger game on our phone he said "let me put that on the TVs for you." Customer service needs to be improved. I spoke to the manager about it. She seemed to didn't care about it either so I will not be buying from your establishment ever again and I live around the corner. We have ordered. We have a delivery. This is just unacceptable and I am very upset about it.

They have a nice salad bar selection, fried chicken, mac n cheese, spaghetti, fried mojos (potato slices) , mashed potatoes and more! Shakey's has a large seating area with tvs so you can watch sporting events or even have your sporting teams have their gatherings here at the end of the season! The staff is friendly, the food is pretty darn good, its well kept in the dining area as are the bathrooms. There's even a gaming area the kids can hang out at and play. There's plenty of parking and located on Ynez as the same shopping center where AtHome is, See's Candy and more. Prices are reasonable for the lunch buffet and food is good.

The pizza is not the greatest on the planet, but it is better than I have had at other locations. To my surprise, the salad bar was also cleaner than most salad bars at similar establishments. Usually, you find toppings mixed, or a messy counter, but not here. Their service far exceeded my expectations. The attendant in the arcade assisted my nephew with choosing his prizes, thoroughly explaining his options. I know this took patience. Dawn was extremely helpful throughout the entire visit. Our pizza came out of the oven overcooked, but I definitely would not have complained. Instead of dropping it off and hoping for the best, Dawn gave us the pizza and informed us the pizza did not meet their standards and new pizza was in the oven for us. I find service like this is rare these days. I didn't even have a chance to complain as they made it right before I knew there was an issue. If you are looking for a place to eat with kids, the Temecula Shakey's is a great option.

We've ordered several times for delivery, pick up and have eaten there on a few occasions. Tonight we placed a simple order online for delivery. When the driver dropped the food off it was missing the salad, we ordered 3 items, pizza, bread knots and salad(which was an expensive $18.95, plus tax, salad). Instead of attempting to make it easy on the customer the owner decided to argue whose fault it was, delivery guy said all pieces of the order are usually bundled together and the salad wasn't there, the owner said it was on the counter for pick up. Who pays here? The customer. Instead, let's offer to help with getting the salad delivered, no, I had to go on and re-order as they told me to do and they'd refund it. So I re-order and call back and the owner says she'd refund the cost of the salad, to which I stated I just had to pay salad, tax, and delivery again. The customer shouldn't have to resolve this, the owner should. I'm totally disappointed in how I was spoken to and treated and based on tonight would hesitate to order from Bella's again. Hopefully they will follow through and credit back my loss since it certainly wasn't my error. Bummer.
