The first thing you notice about the pizza is the toppings go right to and over the edge of the crust. Everything is well-balanced and nothing overdoes anything else. Mountain Mike's is a pizza chain with over two hundred locations. The Las Vegas Locations offer a lunch buffet that includes a salad bar and several choices of pizza. I note that I wasn't expecting the best and would be happy with just OK. This place is close to home and the thought of trying a salad bar seemed appealing. This is casual. You order and pay at the counter. Grab your beverage and silverware and seat yourself. Then you help yourself to the salad bar and pizzas. We started with the salad bar. It was very average. Some things like the lettuce didn't seem so fresh (I saw a black piece of lettuce). and some things didn't taste so great (like the beets didn't seem rinsed and tasted like the can they came from). Potato salad and macaroni salad tasted like from a package. And the boiled eggs seemed packaged. I do note that what I tried was so horrible that it was just Beyond Belief and I know that Accidents will happen and I don't think that they could possibly be following any recipe correctly. I took the only two non-pork selections. Both were made of dry dense bread and both were topped with a very un-natural cheese that seemed like it was mixed with saw dust. One was horrible tasting and the other was the same but with the hottest jalapeños on it that nobody can eat unless you can digest fire. My husband eats pork so he tried several different pizzas. He didn't know why but said they all were horrible and asked me if instead of Hanging Around To Be Tortured if I wanted to just leave the food and eat someplace else. That was nice but I was done since this upset my stomach. The horror movie they were showing on one on the TVs seemed very fitting for this experience. It was like a Deep Dark Truthful Mirror of what might await for you. We Leave Discreetly and there were piles and piles of bird droppings that I didn't notice on our way in. She asked me if it's a pizza chain from Colorado - I honestly have no clue whatsoever and it doesn't really matter. Outside, they have a sign that says AYCE Lunch Buffet. In smaller print: Monday-Friday 11am-2pm. Well, I might not be able to try their buffet. It's a shame because it's only $12.99. Is it really though? I could only eat 3 slices + the salad bar so, it won't be worth it. We walked in and it's smaller than I thought it would be because of some arcade games taking up space. Lots of empty tables, a table that hasn't been cleared yet - maybe, the previous diners had just left. I'm glad it wasn't busy when we came here since I don't know what pizza to get and what not. We decided on getting mini pizzas so we each have our own pizza. The mini pizza is 6" and can only have 3 toppings. Apparently, their claim to fame is their pepperoni so, I had to get a pizza with pepperoni. The pizza was quite alright. Very greasy because of the pepperoni. The salad bar was quite a mess. They have lettuce, baby corn, beets, carrots, potato salad (I think), macaroni salad, broccoli, mushrooms,, tomatoes, pineapple, olives, chickpeas, celery, watermelon, cheese, peppers, onions, orange slices, different salad dressings. and a few unidentified and unlabeled items. You can top your salad with bacon bits or pine nuts. They have croutons in packets. For drinks, you can get bottled beverages or fountain drinks (Pepsi products which I'm not a fan of so, I got rootbeer, and switched to iced tea for my drink refill). Service was ok. Came here to try out their AYCE lunch buffet featuring both pizza and salad. The lunch buffet is offered Monday-Friday from 11am-2pm. Drinks, dessert, wings, or sides are not included in the price - have to order those separately. Water cups were provided and much appreciated. Overall the space is small especially as the lunch crowd was coming in. Thankfully, we managed to get one of the last booths. The area from the cashier to pizza buffet to drinks machine to the dining area is a small, kinda tight walkway that was a bit challenging for a motorized wheelchair that was there to maneuver around. Pizzas were coming out fairly regularly and hot. The cheese breadsticks were both plain and spicy with jalapeños. Pizzas that came out were their: Pepperoni Pizza, Pike's Peak (All Meat Combo), The McKinley (Traditional Combination), Pineapple Chicken Luau, from what I can tell as there were no signage on what kind of pizza they were. The salad bar followed the pizza counter. Greens options were a Lettuce mix or Spinach with Cucumbers, Olives, Cheese, Beets, Tomato, Broccoli, carrots, etc... I think there were 3-4 different dressing options and croutons were on a small packet near the salad plates. Overall it is a decent pizza & salad buffet lunch option. We do plan on trying out their other pizzas as having Mountain Mike's here on the Craig Road Restaurant Row in North Las Vegas is a welcome addition. On a side note, I was a bit disappointed that the Craig Road location did not have the Spicy Himalayan Pizza on their menu as I was looking forward to trying it out. read more

Amazing pizza and even better customer service! Everything tasted fresh and delicious. The owners Kamaljit and Deep were very professional and kind. The lady in the front who took our order was so kind and helpful. They have a gaming area for the kids and lots of TV's to watch sports on. The facility was very nice and clean, including the restrooms. It's rare to find both great food and great service, but this place definitely delivers. We are so glad that Mountain Mike's opened this location. When we lived in CA, we ate at the restaurants in Chico and Corona and hoped that the pizza here would be as good as we remembered. Checked out this new pizza place. When you walked in you will see that they have TVs and arcade games to enjoy. They have regular and booth tables. They do have AYCE pizza and salad check out their website. We ordered one large pizza and fries just to try it. The pizza was ok! I would go back and try other pizza flavors and chicken wings and their eat all you can deal. They just opened so they probably still figuring out the routine so we waited a while for our order. Flipped a coin between BJ's and a place we hadn't tried, and landed on MM Pizza. Nice, clean, attractive place. We went for the buffet special. At the register the cashier made zero eye contact and gave minimal interaction, just quoted the total, then fell silent while waiting for the tip, which is preselected during payment. She again avoided eye contact to complete the charge, and we proceeded to the buffet. If you care about flavor, as I do, this might not be your spot. The salad bar offers all dressings, but the salad itself lacked taste. Some pizzas were also flavorless. The pineapple and cinnamon pizzas were good, but the others were bland. Again pepperoni. It was quickly gone by three or four people also waiting to get more pizza. As my lunch break was ending they did put out a third pizza at 1:55 PM . Sausage. I walk up to the counter and the employees are talking amongst each other and they look at me awkwardly, so I greet them and say "hi welcome to mountain mikes how can I help you". They have no training at all. Once my transaction is taken they just stand there so I have to ask "am I good?" And he says "ya"... a simple, "thank you you're order will be out shortly" would have been appreciated. It's like you are bothering them to give them your money.
