Been coming to Round Table since 2021 to reminisce about my Round Table experience in the 1980s in San Francisco. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Yes, it started as let me check it out and then it became a ritual on Tuesdays at 2pm because they had oldies music playing.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Soon it became twice a week because we felt at home due to outstanding customer service and very warm welcoming. Within a year we knew the workers by name and just really enjoyed their company. I'm giving this spot a 4 because of the service. The food was great especially for our large group. The salad bar had a lot of fresh options was so good, no wilted lettuce here. Food was great. Service was terrible. Had to wait 25 minutes once I got to the store for my take out order to be ready. (When I arrived the man at the counter told me my food was in the oven and would be ready in a few minutes. Clearly he lied) When the food was finally ready they called out my name. I went to the counter and the guy went into the back instead. He made eye contact and knew I was there to get the order he just called out, but he didn't care and just left me standing there.
