This place is such a great find, especially for the price. The lunch special being all-you-can-eat is already a win, but what really stood out was the variety. There were so many different kinds of pizza, and new ones kept coming out while we were eating, which made it fun to keep trying different slices. All the pizzas tasted amazing, and they definitely don't hold back on toppings. The fact that salad and drinks are included is another bonus. The restaurant itself was very clean, which deserves extra points, and the owner was incredibly kind and welcoming. In this economy, it's honestly hard to find a spot this affordable with this much value. The only downside, and this is more funny than serious, was that my short arms couldn't quite reach all the way into the salad bar. Overall, definitely worth visiting if you're looking for good variety, great value, and a clean, friendly spot.

Stopped in to check out this new spot and had a solid experience overall. The pizza is made with fresh dough and you can tell the ingredients are prepped in house. The curly pepperoni is worth mentioning since it crisps up nicely and adds good texture without being greasy. Cheese coverage was even and the crust held up well, not floppy in the middle. The space is casual and family friendly, with TVs and a few arcade games, so it works well for groups or kids.

This location is within a plaza with plenty of lot parking. It's clean, with decent amount of seating, and they have an arcade game. They have two tv screens for sports. It's a chill vibe. You order then get a metallic number and staff will bring the pizza to you. The staff are really nice and friendly. The pizza arrived at a good time. They have lots of specialty pizzas but I got the classic pepperoni to try out. You can get the regular crust or thin crust. I got the regular crust. And it's pretty good. Not too bready or filling so you can keep eating more slices. The slices are quite small. Which I appreciate since I can eat the right amount without debating. "Just one more small slice!". The pepperoni was good and crispy along the edges. The cheese was gooey enough to stretch as you grab a slice. Overall, pretty decent. I'd likely return for more.

Background On Visit: Stopped at the shop after returning couple of items at UPS Visitation Rights: 1 time Restroom: They do have a restroom located towards the back of the shop. Credit Cards: They're accepted. Promotion: $14.99 Weekday lunch buffet from 11am - 2pm. All you can eat pizza, make your own salad bar, and drink sounds like a great deal to me. Haven't had the chance to partake, but hopefully I can in the future. Location/Parking: Located in the Rosemead Plaza off the Rosemead exit on the 10 freeway. The shop is sandwiched between UPS and Rolling Rice. Rose City Pizza use to be located here.. Ambiance/Decor: Small shop with modern furnishings. 2 flat screen tv's for your viewing pleasure. They also have a arcade section that has a claw game and a ms pacman/galaga. Service: Service was good. Ash was friendly, attentive, and informational about the shop. He checked up on me couple of times when patronized the shop. Took about 15 minutes for my mini 2 topping pizza to be ready. Pizza Of Choice: Since they didn't offer pizza by the slice, I decided on a 2 topping (pineapple and mushroom) mini pizza ($9.99 +.75 for each topping). The ingredients were fresh and didn't fall apart after picking up/taking a bite. Much appreciated. Mountain Mike's For Thought: Wouldn't mind coming back to try their lunch buffet and other items on their menu.

Recently stumbled upon this restaurant and seems like they're on a soft opening. Their opening date is on December 22. Love the energy of the staffs. Love that since its our first time, they explained their background and their uniqueness among other pizza chains. They gave recommendations and explained how they create their food. Which is everything is made fresh, from dough to shredding of cheese! We ordered Pineapple Chicken Luau, which is like a Hawaiian but with crispy bacon, bbq sauce for the smokiness and sweet and tangy flavour. One bite and we definitely loved it! This will not be a one time dining, we will be back and get our fresh pizza when we are in the area!

I was glad to see that a new pizza place opened in the Rosemead Plaza! The inside is fine, a little corporate-y and bland, but nothing to complain about. The staff were great as well, super pleasant and able to make recommendations. Unfortunately, I thought the pizza was expensive but tasted pretty cheap. A medium pepperoni pizza was $27.60 after tax and tip. It was just enough for two moderately hungry people. They skimped on the cheese which was also that weird rubbery cafeteria texture. The sauce was sweet. The pepperoni was the star, it was flavorful and crispy and had minimal grease.

Amazing pizza, I've ordered all meats combo with 12" inches size. Tasty n delicious enough!!the services were excellent n very explanatory all details. Plus they cut the pizza into a smaller portions liked 12 pieces!!! More likely finger food portion!! The only thing I've not given 5-stars review that their pricing is a little higher than other pizza shops... I would suggest them to adjust the pricing structure for specialty pizza catalog.... It's pricy for the neighborhood... Other then that, everything is delicious and tasteful!!

Food, service, and cleanliness were all 5-star! Prushela was so sweet from the moment we walked in. It was our first time here, and she took the time to explain all of our options. We decided on the Garlic Parm McKinley pizza, and it was absolutely delicious--full of flavor and made fresh. We also ordered the sweet chili wings, and those were amazing too! Everything tasted fresh, and the customer service made the experience even better. 10/10, definitely recommend!

A little pricey for pizza and salad . Quality wise, the pizza was kind of tough to eat but it tasted good. The cut of the slices were very small. Ordered online and it was ready by time we arrived. Friendly service.

Decided to give this new place a try! After Rose City Pizza closed down, Mountain Mike's Pizza took over. From their amazing service, Jesus and Prashila were very helpful and patient when it comes to explaining the menu for first timers. With their grand opening coming soon on 12/22/25, I would say to stop by and give it a try. This place used high quality products and you can taste it in every bites. However I think the price itself is a little steep. A small size of peak pike costed a little over $24. Prashila did mentioned there is a lunch special from 11am-2pm on which includes access to the salad bar. Interior was nice and clean. Since it's located in the Rosemead Target plaza, there is plenty of parking.

Small half/half pikes peak and McKinley
    Tommy H.

Got a small just to try it out and went half Pike's Peak / half McKinley on thin crust -- honestly, it surprised me in the best way. The thin crust had that perfect balance: crisp on the outside, still sturdy enough to hold all the toppings without flopping. The Pike's Peak side was loaded and savory, with bold, meaty flavors that didn't feel greasy or overdone. The McKinley half brought a great contrast -- fresh, well-balanced, and super satisfying with every bite. You can tell the ingredients are solid, and the bake was on point. For a small "just testing it" order, it totally delivered. Definitely one of those pizzas where you keep going back for one more slice Would 100% order again.

If you like Round Table pizza, you'll like this pizza. And I love Round Table, so this pizza was right up my alley. They are generous with the toppings, and the pepperoni is fire. Its a little more on the pricey side, I paid $60 for these 2 pies. I still think Pizza Cart up the street is better, and has better deals. But overall it's some pretty good pizza.

    Here is the receipt!

If you look on Yelp and get prices they are not the same when you order pizzas! We ordered a large Everest on line it was $26.83, but it was $31.99 when I went to pick it up. Ordered a small pineapple and it was $17.99 and a small veggie was $21.99! Don't think we will be going back anytime soon. Unfortunately on Yelp it doesn't give you a break down for a SMALL pizza but $17.99 for a small pineapple is very costly! I guess we will stay home and make our own pizzas!

We were greeted by the host and waited about 2-3 minutes to be seated. There were around 4 or 5 tables that were already seated and/or eating. Setting: typical western restaurant with booths and tables. Quite dark inside. We were sat at a booth but the seats had a bunch of residual bread crumbs on them. We had to ask a waiter/busboy to clean off the seats for us. Food: This restaurant is known for their pizza so we ordered their signature pizza to share. We also ordered the fried zucchini appetizer and the spaghetti bolognese which came with a side (Minestrone soup) There was complimentary bread and butter for the table - it was soft and fluffy on the inside and had a nice crust. But it came out cold. Would have been better if it was warmed up. Fried zucchini: well breaded, came with ranch. Portion size was ok, not too big but not too little either. But quite expensive at $11 for an appetizer that did not WOW the table. Minestrone Soup: average, quite salty, given it is early in the evening, the soup should not be this salty whereas the end of the day usually means the soup has been reduced and concentrated by warming/simmering. Spaghetti Bolognese: plenty of meat in the sauce and pretty tasty as well; but the biggest flaw was that the spaghetti was way overcooked. Huge negative for an Italian restaurant - the base/pasta of your dishes should be perfect and this was far from Al dente. Petrillo Signature Pizza: loaded with toppings, they did not cheap out with the toppings and pretty tasty as well; however, another big flaw was that the dough was dry and dense - the dough did not rise. The yeast in the dough was either non-existent or was not given enough time to rise and create the fluffy dough and crust texture of a typical pizza. We basically got dense flatbread. As this was the signature pizza, it was quite disappointing. Service: Average, nothing great. The servers came by a couple times only after the food came out. Could have really stopped by a couple more time to check in. Rating: 2 stars Review summary is based on mainly food quality as the quality of the food, attention to detail, and execution all was very subpar. Given the kitchen was not super busy on a Saturday evening, the poor quality leaves much to desire.

They use the same parking lot as Summerfield so it can get busy at some times. I called in to place an order for dinner and it was super easy and convenient. I ordered their Di Pilla Special pizza and a medium Parpadelle special pasta. The total for these dishes came out to be $62. Their portions are quite large since they're a family style restaurant. They also gave us complimentary bread which tasted amazing! I will say that I felt really heavy and full after this meal so this is definitely a cheat meal type of food. Food: Parpadelle Special Pasta (9/10): The noodles are huge and thick and the sauce gets absorbed perfectly. There's mushrooms, spinach, chicken with a white sauce base. They loaded this dish up with sauce which was heavenly. I even dipped my complimentary bread in the sauce because it just tasted that good. The chicken was so soft and wasn't overcooked at all. Between a family of three, there was a perfect amount and didn't have any leftovers. Di Pilla Special Pizza (9/10): Wow, the amount of toppings? Insane. We ordered the medium size which is a 14 inch. There was pepperoni, green peppers, mushrooms, onions, hamburger, and bacon. I had to go back to their menu to see what toppings there were because wow was there a load full. I thought that the mushroom and bell pepper did overpower most of the slice. We had so many slices left over because of how full each slice makes you. I had it the day after and It was still tasty. I need to come back and try their other menu options. They have so many options to choose from which gets overwhelming because everything sounds amazing!

The cozy and relaxing, dimly lit ambiance and its traditional neighborhood trattoria style and decor, featuring grape clustered garlands and twinkle lights, artfully placed around old-fashioned murals of Italian scenery, as if you're sitting in an open air courtyard of a countryside villa, instill feelings of nostalgia and comfort. That being said, while I'm so happy to finally come back to sit and dine in after like 5+ years post pandemic, and I don't know what all has happened w the owner and her family since then, it really does pain me to say that both the Gnocchi Pesto and the Pesto Pasta w chicken that my husband and I ordered yesterday were terribly sub par. It was the sauce...just bland, bland...bland as all get out. Seriously just no flavor I was so disappointed as their Pesto dishes are a favorite of mine. Definitely not how I remembered it. Maybe the cook forgot to season it and then also forgot to taste test the sauce, or something... I don't know. I know I couldn't finish it. Even after adding a little salt It was just...Uck no flavor. But I did pack it up and bring it home. And I fixed it up good... all it needed was some garlic powder and salt. Yes! Just how I remember it! I believe in second chances...and third chances I will return...even if for nothing but the ambience.

We were seated right away, and the place already had quite a few people dining inside. The experience started a little off for me when ordering. I asked for the spaghetti carbonara with added chicken, and was told no because it already came with bacon. I understood that, but I still wanted to add chicken. I then asked if I could order the penne pasta dish with chicken but substitute a different pasta since I'm not a fan of penne, and again was told no. I've been to plenty of restaurants that don't allow certain substitutions, but simply adding chicken seemed like a reasonable request, especially since I didn't mind paying extra for it. It just felt a little strange being told no to every option. That said, the other staff members were attentive and provided good service throughout the meal. The restaurant itself is casual and had a steady crowd while we were there. I also noticed the entire staff working that night appeared to be male, just an observation. The food itself was really good. The baby greens salad, pasta dish, and chicken portobello were all very flavorful and enjoyable. Overall, I left with mixed feelings because the food was solid, but the ordering experience could have been more accommodating. Still, I would recommend giving this place a try because the food definitely delivers.

The sauce was perfectly tangy. The cheese was oozy and had the pull we all love on a pizza. We enjoyed the meal to the last bite. The shop was small and hidden but was soooo busy. There was a consistent flow of foot traffic's for being on the 2nd floor. Friday night to go orders were many and a few diners. The place does not have a restroom so maybe others knew better. It was a great place for a quick yummy bite. The service was delightful and sweet. It only took 15 minutes for a 4 squared pizza. We will definitely be back for more!

If you're visiting with a stroller, I'd recommend leaving it behind if possible. There are no elevators and while ADA-accessible ramps are available, they were somewhat out of the way. The walkways are also very narrow, with tables from neighboring eateries further limiting the space. The restaurant itself is quite small, with only three indoor tables that seat four people each, no outdoor seating available. Since all the tables were occupied, we opted for takeout. When we arrived, no one was at the counter so we had to ring the bell to get assistance. The Detroit-style pizza was delicious and definitely lived up to expectations. The crust was perfectly crispy, and the pizza had great flavor overall. My only major complaint was the temperature inside the restaurant. The thermostat was showing 87 degrees, and it felt very warm. Standing inside for just a few minutes while ordering was uncomfortable so I can't imagine dining in and enjoying a hot pizza in those conditions. Despite the heat and limited seating, the pizza itself was delicious and worth trying if you're in the area.
