On the moving day, Oleg & his team arrived on time, were very friendly and courteous, wrapped everything well, moved quickly, and reassembled everything once it was unpacked. These are very hard working guys. They did a great job on 1-2 BR worth of furniture, boxes, king bed, and an upright piano. Oleg was great, by far the most professional I've had from a mover. He even came out the day before to scout out how many boxes I had. His crew was hard working and self-driven - they wouldn't just sit around if no-one told them what to do like my other movers. They packed my upack truck incredibly well and saved me from needing a second, which saved me a ton of money. Packing boxes, bikes, and furniture into an 8'x8' truck space is an art and they did it well. I boxed things and they handled disassembly and wrapping of furniture with blankets and plastic wrap. 99% of my things arrived with no problems at all, which I consider a strong success. Their rates were decently better than competitors. He also mentioned they could have done a one-way move with me, renting the truck and driving it there, also for a good price, which would have also been more convenient than waiting 9 days for the truck to get here. These guys are professionals. Oleg was prompt in replying to my quote request and responded quickly to any questions or amendments I needed to make to my move. He was easy to get in contact with, stayed in touch along the way and made it easy to work with him. Plus, we used the $50 coupon from Yelp, so, yat for saving money. The two men who moved us (Igor and Michael) were wonderful. They arrived a few minutes early, worked hard in the rain and had a great attitude the whole time. This ensures no stretches in the wall and appliance. Oleg and his team were exceptional. We had a tough move with a lot of tricky elements (300+ lb planters up 3 flights of stairs) and they made it happen with no complaints. Professional, hardworking, careful and polite -- when they dropped off the plastic crates for the move (at 9am the day after thanksgiving, no less) they brought us Starbucks coffee and treats. Oleg even dropped off more wardrobe boxes a couple days later when I asked. I've moved a few times in the Bay Area and wish we could've found these guys sooner. After contacting a few moving companies we decided to go with Move My Bed because their quote was the lowest and they were one of the most responsive. What a great decision! First off, they were flexible and able to change the date when we needed to change it. Second, Oleg brought all the boxes and packing materials we needed (including a box of cookies!) and dropped them off at our house. Such a nice touch and it helped relieve some of the stress of moving. On the day of the move, they were on time and went right to work. They knew exactly what they were doing and were very friendly and professional. They could not have been more efficient! They treated our items and boxes with care and took the time to wrap all of our furniture. When we got to our destination, they unpacked just as efficiently and with the same level of care and positive attitudes. They even set the furniture up in the rooms, took some items for donation, and hauled away the empty boxes. At the end of the day, I was sad to see them go. It was truly an enjoyable experience and so worth the very reasonable price. While I hope there is no more moving in my future, I will be sure to call Move My Bed if there is. This review is not about the moving because it didn't happen. One person from this company came to my place to see what I was going to move and we went to my storage so he could see if he could fit my stuff in there and organize my storage. I understand that probably I was not a good business for them because my move will take probably 3 hours or so but this guy told me that he already sent me the email with the information of the moving, I chose a day and I also asked him to let me know how much it will cost to move my storage to south California. When I arrived home to my surprise the email didn't arrive not matter he said he already sent it. So I wrote to him again through Yelp and not answer, then I sent a text message to the cell phone number we used to communicate and not answer. I expect that if my business are not enough for them to have an honest answer and that is it. I already found a mover but I feel like I need to share this experience. This guy sounded very professional that he knew what he is doing and I don't doubt it but I am sure he is only for better clients. Oleg is very responsive and willing to work with you to get the move done. His team is strong and hard-working. They were right on time, not a minute earlier or later than slated, to start the move. They also provide good value for money. Fill out the move details and the inventory of what all needs to be moved to the best extent possible. They were quick in their job of wrapping all the furniture up in blankets. They provided a couple of tall boxes to stuff all the small things in, which inevitably show up at the last minute even if you've packed all your stuff completely. They also were quick to dissassemble and reassemble a big recliner sofa we had, much faster than it took me to initially set up.
