Our trailer hitch wiring was the wrong one, so their boat service people actually took 2 and spliced them together for us! They plugged it in, and everything worked immediately and we were on our way. We couldn't ask for better service. They were so helpful. It's been over a month and the boat is perfect. We feel like we were treated like royalty! I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

They allowed us to do so by putting down a refundable deposit. We did so and they got the boat prepped for our purchase and we were able to pick it up a few days later. Everyone we worked with was helpful and friendly. They walked us through the boat and made sure we felt completely comfortable with everything before taking the boat away. The store itself is brimming with outdoor goodness. Everything was neat and in order and help is readily offered. No complaints! Get to it!

Since Gander RV took over from Camper World we decided to give them a try. We had decided to not let our poor experiences with Camper World carry over to Gander.
