    Worst company in the area. The service was ineffective after four months. The techs were not knowledgeable and the management was rude and confrontational. They showed up for a deep treatment without notifying us that preparation was needed - causing a month delay. Treatment was still ineffective. They then made unauthorized charges on my credit card and even a cancelation fee. Would rate ZERO if I could. Wish I had time for a civil suit.

    100% agree with all the other reviews here... They came to our door at 7:35 PM, on Memorial Day... This company is a pain in the ass to all the neighborhoods in the Northern Virginia area... They blatantly ignore No Soliciting signs and continue to push their product after repeatedly being told NO. The company's pathetic attempts at an apology just will not do - They clearly don't learn the lesson, or don't care. You'd think multiple pages of reviews bashing them for these tactics would drive the point home. REPORT them to the BBB and your local Consumer Protection Division within the Office of the Commonwealth's Attorney who handles complaints about deceptive business practices and harassment. We had one named Jayden(?), today, who wouldnt stop pestering my elderly grandmother. They tried throwing the classic "I do work for your neighbor" bullshit. After telling him over and over in a gentle way that she didn't want the service, he just kept on and on.. I was listening thru the Ring camera and finally had enough and went downstairs and said in exact words "I've heard her tell you four times she doesn't want the service. Take a step back, and have a nice day." ..and they do this every year.. Despite the fact that there is a NO SOLICITING sign on the mailbox.. He also gets SUPER close to the door, unnecessarily so if you're making a sales pitch... You don't need to be right up on my door like you're about to come in... He also had to be told to leave multiple times. After we closed the door my grandmother thanked me and said "yeah, he's one of the more pushy ones" indicating that this has happened numerous times...

    In the beginning they were responsive and easy to make appointments. After a couple months they remember to take money every month out but doesn't not respond to texts or emails. Made an appointment to come and never showed then later said they will reschedule and never really heard back. Trying to cancel let's see how it goes... edit: can u message me because I don't know how to message you through this. Name is under Chang Y.

    These guys are the best in the business…read more I've been with Spring-Green for a few years and I never had a thought to leave a review. They surely deserve one. Before Spring-Green, my lawn was pretty shitty. I was researching a lot of lawn maintenance companies from the smallest ones to the biggest ones. A lot of them came by to look and gave quotes. There was no obvious way to pick a company. I could only eliminate the bad ones who didn't even give me any proper plans of action or schedule and just sent me claims that they'd take care of it. The problem with DIY online solutions like Sunday is that I'm not getting an adequate amount of stuff. Some weeks, there were more weeds. Some weeks, not. I wanted a flat rate price for this varying problem. Spring-Green is a perfect fix for this. Spring-Green has their lawn care schedule for the entire year. Depending on when you sign up, you'll hop onto that schedule with the rest of the customers. That kind of makes sense. They have optional aeration services in late fall or early spring along with grub control in the summer months. Their pricing was also really attractive and the good reviews made it an obvious choice for me. The first year, I signed up for everything - aeration, full-schedule lawn care, and grub control. It was a lot but my lawn needed the care. After two years with my lawn looking so much better, I cut it down to just the essentials plan with grub control and aeration every other year or more. Here's what I love about Spring-Green. Weed control is guaranteed. You don't have to pay extra if you're still seeing weed after they've had a chance to be killed off. They'll come back and eliminate them free of charge. Again, if it's already on their schedule, you don't need to ask. The weeds need time to die so don't be calling the next week. I also like how they have short explainers for you at every step so you understand what's happening. I have no pets or kids so the chemicals they use are not a concern for me. If that's your concern, you can ask them. I've recommended them to a family member and he's also loving the outcomes! His lawn used to be full of weeds like 80% weed and 20% grass. It's all grass now after Spring-Green worked on it (which takes some time! Be patient with it).

    Don't be fooled by their marketing campaign, the actual service quality is horrible and disastrous…read more I hired them for the first time, my beautiful green lawn was destroyed just after 2 services from them recently, with large strips of brown patches in the front & back yards. They denied responsibility when questioned and presented with evidence of pictures. They have neither service quality nor responsibility! Wronged customer Terry
