All the poor guy wanted in front of us was mayo and mustard on his sandwich and they had to remake it twice! Once we ordered, I asked for avocado on my sandwich and she informed me that it would be a three dollar up charge so I agreed. My husband ordered a sandwich that was $18, and when he received it not only was there hardly any meat on it, but the meat that was on it was mostly fat and he proceeded to pull a very long female hair out of the middle of his sandwich. Then when I opened my sandwich, there wasn't any avocado on it at all. Yet she had still charged me. When I showed the hair to the employee, she asked me if I wanted her to remake the sandwich and I refused because I had already waited for a full 30 minutes. I had to request a refund on my sandwich (which she tried to nickel and dime me on, and wasn't about to give me the $3 back for the avocado) and my husband left hungry.
