Waiter was great!! Super kind. We ordered the shrimp bruschetta to start and it was delicious. I ordered the linguini with white clam sauce. The second that dish came out of the kitchen I could smell it. I took one bite and it tasted like the clams were bought 6 months ago. I explained this to the waiter. And was visibly sick. I asked for a different dish, because this was making me sick and he was happy to bring me one. We were still charged for the dish that made me sick. My boyfriend and I watched the waiter talk to the manager, pleading to take it off the bill, but she refused. Don't go here. The management does not care about your health. read more

While we very much enjoyed the food and our server Trevor was very good I have one complaint. I don't like when restaurants try to "nickel and dime" you with hidden charges. My wife and I ordered two appetizers to start, an Arugula and Pear salad and a Parmesan risotto. We were asked if we wanted the salad split into two plates. We said yes. We also brought a bottle of wine with us as the restaurant has no liquor license. We both had pasta as our main courses and it was quite good. However when we got the check I discovered that we were charged $3 extra for splitting the salad onto two plates and we were charged a $5 "liquor fee", both in my opinion ridiculous. When you add the tax and tip onto those "up charges" we ended up paying $10 more for the meal than we should have. We were never informed in advance and if it is on their menu somewhere it was not evident since we had to scan a QR code to get the menu and read it on our phones. As much as I enjoyed the food I would find it difficult to go back because of their business practices. read more

My husband and I went to try out Mozzarella. Elmer was a very attentive waiter, all the staff appeared friendly. The food was delicious. We had mozzarella sticks of course they aren't your average size mozzarella stick the were large and we have the stuffed mushrooms as appetizers. Came here on a Friday night. It was 5 of us and were sat right away outside. It was a nice chill night and the servers made sure he had two heat lamps to keep us warm. The layout of their outside is very homey and the service was top notch and quick. This place is byob (heavy liquor) and they have a store across the street very Convenient. We ordered the mozzarella sticks ( to die for and that cheese pull was crazy) and the wings and it was nice and crispy. For main entires we had pasta dishes and a pizza. The pizza was nice and soft with a crunch. Highly recommend this place. Good for date night or night out with friends. Will be coming back soon. read more

My brother took my mother and I for an early Mother's Day lunch to this place. It's a small pizzeria with a seating area. The esthetic is pretty awesome. I would describe it as industrial and rustic. The tables are small, that I didn't like. They are screwed to the floor, interesting. The bathroom is the prettiest I've ever seen in a restaurant. The floor tile was beautiful and the toilet was awesome looking. Service was fine. I have this thing with a waiter or waitress constantly coming to the table, removing plates or asking if anything is needed. It was a bit annoying. I digress. We did wait a while for our food but we figured it made as ordered. I had the penne alla vodka with chicken parmesan which was good. My mother had the chicken fettuccine alfredo which was so delicious. I wish I had gotten that. My brother had the short rib mozzarella sticks which were ok. It wasn't filled much and was expensive. The green sauce with it was delicious. He also had the penne alla vodka. We also had calamari which was good. For desert I had the creme brulee which was delicious. Overall, everything was great. We will definitely return. I highly recommend it. Social distancing seemed to be enforced, we were the 1st of three tables there so we were apart. Nice pizza options! Love the square grandma pizza, and like that they make smaller specialty pizzas like white pizza. If you're willing to pick it up, the prices on their website are considerably cheaper than Grubhub. Mozzarella sticks, Fried calamari, parmesan garlic wings. The entrees were huge you can definitely split between two people or have lunch for next day. Chicken parmigiana, fettuccine chicken Alfredo, shrimp scampi, all so yummy. Definitely a place to go to if you are hungry and looking for a great Italian meal. First time trying the new Mozzarella on Valley Street in So. Orange. Everything was delicious from the House & Caesar salads to the abundant wings! I decided to do take out and had passed Mozzarella a few times so I decided to check it out. I ordered the pesto pizza, the sea bass dinner and a side of risotto. First of all, they delivered sooner than estimated which was a huge plus. I had a slice of pizza as an appetizer, and it was so fresh and tasty. The sea bass was so delicious, as where the veggies. The portion was so large I had half one night and heated the leftovers for a second night. The fish and vegetables were so well seasoned and tasty. The risotto was also delicious and plentiful. I went here for my birthday on Sunday and I can not say enough good things about this place. My friends and I were seated right away. The waitress was very friendly and brought out some water and bread with marinara sauce which was delish. Was in the area looking for a quick lunch so I popped in. The place is spotless! Packed with high school kids (all well behaved). Bathroom, super clean! So why only 2 stars, I ordered a slice of margarita pizza and a bottle of water. Food came up very quick but as soon as I took a bite I realized why, it was ice cold!! Our server was Genese, and I felt like a guest eating in someone's home she took such good care of us. She was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. Everything was delicious. My dinner companion, who eats a plant-based diet and is not on Yelp, gave me permission to quote her and says it best: "Please let folks know that the cauliflower pizza crust is so good it doesn't even make sense. It's completely illogical that it can taste like some of the best thin crust pizza I've ever had, but it's mainly made of cruciferous vegetables. Like, what? You could trick people. You could just not tell them it's cauliflower and they'd call you a liar when you finally revealed the truth. Mind boggling. Good pizza was one of the many things I've missed since cutting out wheat. They had it only as a special that day, but I'm praying they add it to their regular menu so I can run up in there and slam cauliflower crust pizza on the regular. Pizza is excellent and so are the garlic knots. Its a BYOB place which means you can do a quick pit stop at the liquor store across the street and get your beer/wine/whatever. The place just went through a soft opening and they are little disorganized in terms of service. The food was also delayed by 30 minutes, and when they brought it out they forgot to put dressing in the ceasar salad.
