Jeff and his chef not only saved us but the platters were, full, fresh, delicious and nicely presented. He didn't know us but treated us like longtime repeat clients, which we gladly will now become! Honestly 5-stars. We used Jeffrey Ardi for our wedding reception, and he and his team crushed it. We got so many compliments on the food for days and days after our event... Everyone loved it!! The brisket was a true show stopper (definitely recommend for meat eaters), with folks saying it exceeded those made by celebrity chefs. He also made a rosemary chicken that wowed all parties. Another show stopper was butternut squash ravioli cooked in a butter sage sauce. He also made an amazing salad with arugula, pears, and pom seeds. Plus-- out of this world roasted carrots. I tell you and it's true-- every course was amazing (as were the passed appetizers and hot beverages)!!! I also have to give him major points for process. Mr. Ardi really helped us plan our event, from timeline to flow. He just knows weddings (and probably other events) so well that he was able to advise in a really helpful way. Mr. Ardi can also help you figure out plates/flatware/etc. He is also incredibly flexible in terms of the menu-- he's happy to make whatever you want! And he's just a relaxed, fun guy that made the process easy and enjoyable. You just have to give him your final menu/headcount about a week before the event! Lastly, I gotta highly recommend using his games. Beyond the normal cornhole, giant connect four, and giant jenga, he also has a basketball game, putt putt, and ping pong. While I wanted games, I was a little skeptical at how popular they'd be. Well, lemme tell you, all six games were extremely popular with both kids and adults. An add-on that is very worth it, and it eliminates the need for another vendor. I also should add his staff was great. They cleaned up their workspaces, plated our champagne and desserts, passed out apps, and did the job very nicely. We basically didn't even know they were there (in a good way)! So, again, a TRUE 5-star review. If you want people raving about the food at your wedding and having tons of fun with games, Jeff Ardi is your guy. read more

The chicken and salmon recipes were not what I requested and they both had a peculiar odor along with the saffron rice. The chicken and fish did not appear to be fresh and looked like they may have been in the refrigerator for days. I was expecting the food to be hot but got mash potatoes and filet mignon that were barely warm. Jeff claimed that his food was restaurant quality. Apparently, this was not the case. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this company for any event. The food is poor quality, inedible, and not something I would serve to my dog. read more

I can't express how lucky I was to find Jeff (Mr. Ardi). With a weeks notice, a friend that was to cater my sisters backyard wedding cancelled due to potential exposure to someone with Covid. After I got off the phone with my friend, I did an extensive search and kept coming back to Mr.Ardi's. Knowing it was such short notice, I reached out expecting that they could not accommodate. Jeff (Mr. Ardi) called me back in 10 minutes and we secured his service within 24 hours. Jeff suggested a menu and we loved it (only switched out asparagus with green beans) Now for the wedding. I was recently at an event, exclusively catered by Mr. Ardi's Catering, and I cannot say enough great things about the food, staff and of course, the Chef! The event had over 150 people and started with appetizers - everything from meatballs, chicken skewers and more, to chicken and waffles tasted delicious. A fresh tossed green salad with any add ons you can think of started the meal. I needed a caterer to provide breakfast and lunch for 35 people for a 3 day workshop that was being held in our Northridge, CA office for quite a few of our executives and Sr. staff at HARMAN International. I am located in Stamford, CT and asked for recommendations from assistant's in Northridge who could not provide any local caterer's so my husband went on Yelp and found Mr. Ardi's and I'm so glad he did. In speaking with Jeff (owner) on the phone, he understood the requirements and needs of this audience. He came up with a menu that was very impressive for the 3 days and always answered the phone when I called. He came to the office the day before the event to get an idea of set up and was on time every morning and afternoon. His food and set us was amazing/pleasing and the executives were VERY happy with every meal! Flavor and love is put into every meal. Even his scrambled eggs are cooked to perfection!! His Mac & Cheese was soooo good as well as his mouth-watering brisket, just so much flavor. My wife and I asked Jeffery to cater at our wedding at Reptacular Ranch In Sylmar this past July. We met him pre-pandemic and was able to have a tasting within his personal kitchen. He was very down to earth, attentive, and reasonable. During the pandemic we heard that many business were closing or cancelling events which made us very fearful. Jeffery reassured us that he will still be able to cater at our wedding. Our wedding consisted of about 160 guest and sometimes when there are a large group to serve the quality of the food goes down; not Jeffery's!
