We visited this place Saturday and for the first time and was shocked how CLEAN this place was! I just had a feeling it was going to be like Uncle Bears dirty and greasy but no the tables where clean and the menus where clean also! The best part it did not have a heavy Smokey / grill smell like dirty Uncle Bears. The food, atmosphere, and servers were great! The atmosphere was exactly what we like. Music is not too loud to where you cannot talk, the bar is relaxed rather than a party. It's not too dark inside. We started out with Pub Grub Fries. They were a perfect appetizer and left you wanting more. The flights were very decently priced. They have local selections as well as some from other states. We all ordered burgers. The California Burger, The Rajun Cajun, and a create your own. We stopped in on a Monday afternoon during happy hour. I chose a sour and he chose a hazy IPA. We shared a pretzel which was hard on the outside and extra soft on the inside. It was served with a house made beer cheese, which I enjoyed very much. The bartenders were excellent! It felt very much like a neighborhood bar. Bartender was friendly and very helpful in helping us narrow down our flight choices, and all were good. Food is great and normally the service is good. But a little concerned when you see the customer service begin to decline. Last week we came in and the bartender was obviously having a bad day and cranky. Tonight a couple came in and wanted to order food, drinks and very politely asked if the bartender could please put a game on they came in to see. They were told, I'm really busy and it may be a while! After 45 minutes, they got frustrated and left to go somewhere else to eat and watch the game. These things happen but it's also sometimes a start of a customer service decline that an owner is unaware of until it's too late and they're left wondering why business is declining. Hope it changes and isn't a pattern. We like the place. read more

Great burgers, cheese curds and selection of beers! We have been here several times now and it is getting better and better. We really like the selection of drafts here, there is always something new we want to try, they are cold, several size options, and our go to local beer place. Food seems to be getting steadily better. My first visit, which was right after they opened, I would have given the food a 2 or 3. But seems like that was first week jitters and the last two times it has been solid and something I actually want to go back for. Service as well. Keeps getting better. Andrew loves the cheese curds and I love the fried pickles. The jalapeno popper burger is my favorite. It has actually become something I crave! Unique and a great burger with just a little heat. Thick cut Bacon could have been a bit crispier. Fat was still a bit squishy but still good. Burger was a bit dry, would have preferred med and not well. California burger: all was great. Lots of avocado. Well def order again. Kids 2 slider meal. 1 slider was completely missing the meat. Was just bread. Other than that, kiddo liked the 1 slider they did Get. We went Friday night of opening week. We figured there'd be some wait and even potential issues so no strong expectations going in except for some delicious brews and burgers while catching up with some friends. The place was packed full and busy when we got there, but was able to get a table for four after not too long. Service excellent and efficient, even given the issues experienced prior to our arrival causing delays which we were informed prior to sitting down. It seems they made up great time as our food came out sooner than we thought it would. There was also never a dry glass of beer, which we appreciated. Food was delicious! My only regret is not getting the fries to be fresh cut with garlic parmesean because it's exactly how I like them, powdered (finely grated) vs shredded parmesean (tried it from a friend's plate). We'll definitely be back and can't wait for the patio to be open so we can bring our pups. read more

Ordered sweet potato fries (basket) and wings. For the price, I thought I would have got my money's worth, but it was the contrary. $10 for wings and I got 6 skimpy wings. The basket of fries I thought would have filled the to-go container, but it was only half and the container had the dividers. This is a nice and fun spot. Full bar, pool tables, seemingly fun people of all ages. We were driving from Globe to San Diego and decided to stop in here for a bite. My husband and I got burgers and they were very good. I got the Whiskey burger which was so yummy! The home made chips were the best and I couldn't get enough of the beer cheese! Super cute spot.
