Super inconsistent. It seems like majority of the time you get the food from here it is either burnt or under cooked. They need to become consistent. Only had 1 occasion where the food was good. You would think I would stop ordering from here, but the convenience of this place is that it's open till 3 am everyday. I wish they would become more focused on quality and make the food right. I've tried their indian rolls and it's basically a frozen paratha you get at the supermarket filled with mayo and very little meat and lots of lettuce. Biscuits are burnt 90 percent of the time. Buns on whatever you get it almost always burnt as well. If you're really craving Mr. Broast you're better off going to the Lombard location on Roosevelt. Ate at this place for a late night meal. From Cali so we don't have these around from where we are. Had the zinger burger which was pretty good but definitely was not the healthiest option. Also tried buffalo chicken wrap (not as good and couldn't even find the buffalo sauce). Stick to the burgers here. this is newly opened location right near the all state arena. Much smaller than yet a lot tidier than their other locations. So if your coming with large groups, make they have seating available! The cashier Mohammad is very helpful, patient knowledgeable and a lot more pleasant than the staff at the other locations. I observed him deal with picky and pesky customers with ease answering all their questions confidently. The food here is very good and made to order. Do not let the pictures mislead you!! The zinger burger looked amazing to me in the picture. But only to be 100% disappointed. Overpriced, absolutely NO flavor and the breading was just drenched in oil and DISGUSTING. I am writing this as I have my half eaten sandwich sitting here. My son also was disgusted by his "chicken nuggets". Little round fried chicken nuggets - same situation NO flavor in the breading. Save yourself $15 and go to Popeyes! Decided to check this place out since my hotel is nearby. I think this place is very overpriced. a burger is about $10. It's another $2 for the meal. The burger had no taste whatsoever. I don't think they seasoned the burgers at all. I spent $40 for two burgers and one chicken sandwich. That's outrageous! I asked for hot sauce and they guy only handed me one small cup of hot sauce, and it wasn't filled to the top. The food is good but not great I go to Mr. Broast frequently. The customer service is pretty good they are always very nice but the food is not consistent some days it taste very good but other days its taste awful. Example the chicken briyani taste like its suppose to then the next week it's completely different like the rice is a different texture. I know they do their best everyone works could not be nicer. Also please turn down your music it's too loud. Music is good to have but loud techno music where I can't hear the other person talking to me it's too loud. read more

I just recently ate at Mr. Broast and had the zinger chicken sandwich with French fries. The food was fresh, delicious and large in portion. The owner took great pride in the food prep and was very kind and took time to speak with me about his restaurant which was extremely clean. I highly recommend eating here. This place is very good. Yes you can get a cheeseburger but they serve Indo-asian food. Briyani, to Bihari and ovened Naan bread. I haven't tried the fried foods but they brag about how good they make fried chicken. read more

I was a bit hesitant at first to try this place but i figured why not. Am I glad to say that I did. For a small hole in the wall, Mr Broast has some of the best genuine food available and great service. I will def be going back to try different things on the menu. Highly recommended!! read more

I ordered a burger, fries, and salad. After waiting about 15 minutes for the food which I ordered to-go, I was given the food. I looked inside and noticed there was no burger. They forgot it. They apologized and said they would make it right away. Well about 15 minutes later I got a burger. Of course by now the fries were cold, but my wife wouldn't let me ask for new fries because, according to her, "it'll probably be another 15 minutes." It was a fair enough statement because they were really slow. Then, we get home and the burger which cost $6 was about the size of a cheap fast food burger from McDonalds or Wendy's. Honestly a 99 cent Wendy's value burger is better than the burger they gave me. It was TINY, couldn't have even been 4 oz. It was laughable. One small piece of lettuce and small tomato. Absolutely pathetic burger. Note that this was not the "Zinger Burger" but was still $6 and seemed like something that should have cost $2 or less. Absurd, and I won't be back. The only reason they get 2 stars is because my wife's salad was below average but wasn't absolutely terrible like the burger and fries. Also I'll note that the fries might have been good if they were fresh, but because they forgot my burger I had to wait an extra 15 minutes and consequently the fries weren't as good as they could have been. Good luck if you decide to try the other food items. Just go to a chain restaurant instead, which I ordinarily wouldn't recommend to anyone, but in this case you'll do much better at Wendy's or McDonalds or Burger King, unfortunately. read more

Well, I've eaten here many times but today was the last. After a poor experience I read the reviews and can agree the quality has varied during the course of my patronage but today I had a different problem. I ordered wings and was told they'd be ready in 15 minutes, after 25 minutes and seeing folks being served that ordered after me, the owner said mine would be out soon - ok, no problem. After 35 minutes and many more being served that ordered after me I approached the owner to find out what was talking so long. He didn't even know what I'd ordered!!!? So how could it be almost ready 10 minutes earlier? He went in the back and immediately came out with my order but knew I wasn't pleased. Great food. We happened across this place by accident. We were in town for the ELO concert and were wandering aimlessly looking for a place to eat. My husband ordered the peri peri wrap and I ordered the zinger burger. Both were great. The peri peri wrap was spicy with a complex flavor profile. The wrap was grilled and this was a great compliment to the contents of the wrap. The light breading on the zinger burger complimented the moist chicken breast it covered. I did not distinctly taste the ginger in this sandwich but overall it was very good. The food was very fresh. Both our dishes had unique flavors (I am drawn to unique). This restaurant does not have a very impressive store front which may turn you away, but I found it to be a pleasant surprise and highly recommend giving it a try. read more
