They add flavor to whatever they are on instead of overpower the flavor of the protein. "The Happy Mix", takes a re-fabricated, eight inch, jumbo shrimp katsu tube coated in kabayaki sauce and pairs it with the orgasmic explosion, errrrr, I mean chicken explosion (chicken katsu topped with a semi spicy yum yum sauce cut with kewpie a drizzle of kabayaki and furikake for good measure). Lots of sauce but the flavor of the shrimp and extremely well made, crisp, juicy, chicken katsu still shine. "The Salmon Explosion", a very well cooked piece of previously frozen salmon topped with a good amount of imitation crab also generously covered in the dynamite, kewpie, kabayaki concoction. This flavor added enough spruce to liven up the potato. TATER TRAY: Yummy! It's deep fried potato chips pimped out with different toppings to choose from. The tater tray chips are crunchy.
