Customer service has on point. Ordered the whole chicken, cold slaw and rice/beans. Chicken is VERY Flavourful and not over salted like most rotisserie chicken. We couldn't stay away for long. Delicious every time. The chicken is so good. Today my husband had red beans and rice mixed and Abuadito Soup which he loved. I absolutely love coming in here everyone is so polite and friendly, the food is amazing and it's a clean restaurant. The owner is so sweet. Another awesome meal, thank you.

Locally owned simple Charcoal chicken cafe. Quick & easy pickup to go or eat in the cute little bright dining area. There are many combos to choose from, we get the combo for 4 it's really good for 2 people. It comes with a whole chicken & 4 sides of your choice. We get the Mac & cheese it's very yummy white cheese. We each have to have our own. The pico salad is a must as we like to make tacos with our charcoal chicken. The side salad is also very fresh & yummy the dressing is a limey ranch style it's very good. Def try it. All the complimentary sauces are very good. We like all of them, the cilantro cream sauce, hot sauce & especially the onions in vinegar. They do have some cold beer in the cooler, bottled water, sodas & desserts are all grab & go. Recommend. Loved the chicken, well flavored and juicy and tender. Yuca was perfectly crisp and plantains were nice and ripe. Service was friendly. They don't offer water, only bottled. Place was busy as it is very popular. Prices are very reasonable and parking was easy. Great lunch spot!!!

Once you order a Mr. Pollo chicken, you'll never want to eat one from Publix or WD again. Super moist, seasoned perfectly, and served with a smile. I called in my order and it was being placed on the counter as I got there. I got the whole chicken and Two sides. Mac and cheese was delicious and the pasta wasn't overcooked and mushy. Cole slaw is mayo based which we like. I swear we ate from that order at least three times. I've also gone there with friends for lunch. The first time I went, I wasn't sure if we should stay because of the tight quarters and overall atmosphere. Once I got hooked on their food, I didn't care if they fed us on a backhoe in the back room. Their tostadas are amazing as well. Highly recommend.

Goodbye KFC, Popeyes, and Churchs! This is now my go to spot for chicken! Don't go here looking for fried chicken because this isn't where you'll find it. This Lebanese spot is easy to miss if you aren't looking for it. The chicken is cooked rotisserie style over charcoal, hence the name charcoal chicken and it is absolutely amazing! They have a few tables to sit and eat or you can take your food to go. We had the whole chicken with 2 sides and at $24.50 it's a steal! Everything we had was very good and we ran into some regulars who said everything on the menu is delicious. I'll definitely be returning and possibly trying other things, no promises because the chicken is just that good lol

Truly original. I've never tasted anything like it. Phenomenal, fresh ingredients. Professional, friendly staff always greet me and the prices are a steal for the portion size. I had this last night for dinner and was it spot on. It's hard to find great Peruvian food. Owners were super nice and learned from some of the best! This place makes the perfect chicken. Cooked perfect. Juicy and tender. Yuca was awesome. Now my favorite part the white and green sauces(sorry my apologies as I do not know the name). Just ask for the white and green sauce! Trust me. Amazing food all of it! In case you like to play it safe the chicken is simple and amazing! Their white meat is even juicy. And the sauces they serve are spectacular all in their own. Have been here twice. Once to eat there and another time to take home. They made sure I had all the condiments I needed for my take out order. The chicken is seasoned perfectly, and they have the best plantains and black beans in town. Everyone is very helpful and gave good details about each item I asked about. This is our favorite new place to eat in Pensacola. The we're trying out a new dish with fried plantains and offered our table some for free and it was delicious. They have since added it to the menu and I get it every time I go now. Everything is fresh and all the ingredients are quality. The desserts are even fantastic! I would recommend this to anyone that wants a new good experience. read more

Got a whole chicken for takeout but one tiny 2 teaspoon container of green sauce is ridiculously inadequate for a whole chicken though the whole chicken is tiny. With appropriate amounts of condiments would be 5 stars, despite size. read more

This place is gross. The older guy that cooks will touch anything with his gloved hand and continue to handle food. He does not change the gloves. I saw him clean off a table with trash on it, and he went right back behind the counter to prepare food. That is a health hazard. read more

Chicken was yummy! It had really great smoky flavor and the green sauce was super hot, but good. On the negative, the fries were bland plain unseasoned frozen fries and the side salad had old gross cucumbers in it. They don't have ranch dressing. The lettuce wasn't super fresh either. I wouldn't order those sides again if I decide to go back. Will update review if I decide to try again. read more

This place is fantastic. The hospitality of the family owners and the quality of the food is great. The staff are honest and helpful. The chicken is moist and tender, and the pieces are larger than at most other restaurants. The fruit juices are wonderful. There is no fountain soda, only bottled Coke products. OMG I am obsessed. Talk about a hidden gem. Chicken is so moist and everything is perfectly flavored. My family is in town for a month and I told my husband we need to eat here once a week. Delicious! We ordered the two of the 1/2 chicken and two sides. Tried the Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, plaintains, and rice and beans. The Mac and cheese was our least favorite but it was all so good. The chicken was very flavorful and juicy. Three condiments came with--the vinegar onions were amazing on my rice and beans. The creamy sauce was to die for, I couldn't get enough of it. The other one was maybe a jalepeno purée which I used sparingly because it was nice and spicy. I've had my eyes on this place for awhile. When I finally got to try it, it was okay. I set my expectations way too high, but I wasn't all the way disappointed. I ordered the Pollo bowl which came with, black beans and rice, Pico de Gallo, sweet plantains & shredded chicken. Sounds like a lot, but the portion was very little for the price. However, it was flavorful! I just wish I had more food. I understand it's a new & upcoming restaurant and they are slowly building & getting settled. I just hope that the food will be served on actually plates, instead of disposables & the portion of the food won't be a kids meal portion. Overall, 4 stars for flavor! read more

I was greeted instantly. The girl at the register explained most of the menu and the favorite menu items. The cooks were very nice. I got the 2pc chicken with black beans and rice and plantains. Everything was flavorful and very good. Chicken was tender and seasoned well, black beans were just right. I added the little chopped onions they give you to go in mine. Plantains were good. They have these 2 little green dipping sauces one jalapeño base (it was a little spicy) the other was like a mayonnaise base maybe.....but they were so good to dip the chicken in! Even though the outside is not the most attractive they have a cute little dine in area to sit and eat. Overall great flavorful food I'm glad we have a Latin food place on the northeast side of town! The chicken here is not only grilled deliciously, it also just tastes and looks like REAL chicken. Not those HUGE water-filled steroid chicken breasts.
