It was sure nice having a competent crew of professionals complete this project. 5 guys, all working their magic in separate areas in the home. We had one estimate of $42,000 to do the same job, same materials and chances are they wouldn't have been as efficient. Would totally recommend these guys!!! I had a water leak at my house and had gone a couple of days looking for someone who could re-pipe the house since the whole neighborhood had cheap type-m copper. Mike of Mr. Repipe impressed me with his knowledge and suggestions to simplify my somewhat complicated Repipe job. He was very knowledgeable, and worked to minimize the number of holes required in the house. Mike even showed up himself to direct the crew. The repipe crew was incredibly efficient, they split up and worked together, finishing the entire house by 3:pm. The patching crew was equally talented and efficient, the interior (drywall) patches were clean and textured to match the walls, ready for paint. The outside stucco patches were done with the proper wire and paper and again were finished to match the outside walls. Mike's provided a fair estimate and delivered on everything he promised with no extra charges. Both the repipe and patching crews laid down tarps and plastic and cleaned up very well. Mr. Repipe was recommended to me from a friend, and thank God for that! I spoke to Mike on the phone and he came out to see my home and give me an estimate within two days. He had his guys out the next day to start the job! There were on time and so professional. I have a two bathroom home, and they were done with the repipe and had my water back on by the early afternoon! They cleaned up everything and didn't leave any mess! After having called at least 5 different companies, I came across Mr. Repipe advertisement in the Home Improvement mailer that gets sent to the house every month. The advertisement showed $4999 for our size home. Being that all other quotes I received were at least $1k -$2k more expensive, I thought for sure there would be additional hidden fees. I schedule and appointment for Mike to survey the home, and told me it will be $4999 as advertised. We ended up choosing to go with Mr. Repipe, and could be happier with the decision. Mr. Re-pipe showed his knowledge and did the job at a fair price to bi-pass all the galvanize piping and replaced it with copper throughout the house. Both the re-piping team and drywall patching team arrived on time. They covered the floor, furniture and walls, and cleaned all the trash after them. The re-piping team finished re-piping one day and the drywall patching team patched drywalls and stucco on the following day. I was especially surprised that the drywall results looked great. Both teams were very efficient, well organized and did excellent job after my wife painted all the affected walls. I haven't been up in the attic to inspect their work since it's so hot, but as of now, I have no complaints. read more

I am another satisfied customer. Two nice crews, the guys who punch holes in your wall and then the second crew that does the patchwork. Professional workmanship and the guys were clean, putting down tarps. They worked hard, but it was a two day job, and I am very pleased. The pex they use is top of the line. I even hot a new pressure regulator and several ball valves, plus all the new 1/4 turn valves and supply lines. I read this pex could last up to 100 years. All attic lines insulated. This review is way overdue on a property that I own in the City of Diamond Bar. Mr. Repipe was not originally my first choice. I did my home work and research within one week due to a pin hole pipe leak, and collected 4 different quotes. I contacted companies seemed to have all the bells and whistles to the one that is just just down to earth and do as promised. That, was Mike from Mr. Repipe. All and all, it took 1 day to repipe, 2 hours for the electrician to repair a sliced line, one day to patch dry walls, 1 day for repipe inspection and 1 day for drywall inspection from the city. Mike from Mr. Repipe was direct with no BS. He will either take your call or calls you right back. He came over to do a walk through and gave me the quote on the spot covering everything from re-piping (pex or copper), new pressure regulator, new hose bibs for the garden hoses, bathroom valves, refrigerator line valves and patching dry wall all with city inspection and permits without cutting any corners. We went with PEX. I needed to have this done immediately after July 4th due to that pin hole leak. Mike, without hesitation and knowing that I had an immediate need, arranged his crew the 4th of july weekend for the following Tuesday. What really impressed me was that other companies knew that I had a immediate need so they jacked up the prices and wouldn't budge, and they could not schedule me immediately. Mike, on the other hand, priced right and did NOT take advantage of my situation. He even went beyond his promises to help me replace a dishwasher water supply line which was just old and started to leak after repiping due to good water pressure. Though that was not in the contract, Mike still obliged and fixed it for me without charging extra!! That is what I call customer service beyond extra miles!! Remember folks, when you re-pipe, your water pressure now is stronger therefore, you need to make sure that all old water supply lines can handle the new water pressure even though a new regulator is installed. His crew did the job with all the necessary coverings and more. One of the members accidently sliced a electrical line while opening the drywall, but his electrician immediately came the next day and fixed it. All the after clean up was more than up to par at my request to not only vacuum the dust but also mopped the floor when needed. I have no hesitation when comes to recommending Mike/ Mr. Repipe. I would say that not just for repiping, all the contractors that I have worked with, so far, Mike has been one of the best if not THE BEST!! One more very satisfied customer here!! read more

Mike, Luis and the crew were very accommodating. On time, very efficient and thorough. When I first called Mike,he was out of town. I explained i had a broken drain pipe under my home and needed immediate attention. As soon as he returned to town he met with me instantly . Discussed my options and price quotes. Prices were very reasonable compared to others. They were quick to work. I was told by others that I had to dig up concrete on front patio and dig up the front lawn. Not true. Luis opened a small space in my living room approx 48inx12in. Removed concrete and hardwood floor in that area only. Went directly to the broken pipe, replaced it, tested it, filled the area back up with dirt, repoured the concrete and was able to salvage the planks of hardwood floor. Just needs a little touch up. The job was finished in less than one day. Mike is a very kind and knowledgeable man. His guys are awesome and very hard workers. Worse home improvement project contractor I had ever!! Mike & Jennifer quote were competitive as the others. I went with them since they were not pushy at the meeting sounded a good people. Work Appointment time were delayed and delayed due to worker not showing up. The problems were the work performed by their sub-contract out guys. I don't think the workers employed by Mr. Repipe. The reason I say that is one the worker was wearing Repipe Specialists T-Shirt and then later another worker told him then he change back to a Mr. Repipe shirt. These guys didn't remove my old cast-iron pipes next to copper pipes in the frames at my basement after the repipe job. Left cut pipes on the ground at the basement. See pictures what I found after I gone down to check. Not all Hot side pipes were insulated. 90 degree elbow and T's were left exposed as the cold side, which will shorten hot water temp time and waste energy. They also didn't remove water bolt and clear plastic after they finish the work. There is pipe hitting pipe souls when I quickly shut off the water. I didn't notice the pipe sound at the time I release the final payment to Mike until A week or two after job completed. Called him, he would told me the workers are busy and can't make it back out. I am going to report this company to BBB for poor and incomplete work done to my house. read more

We have a repiping project for our rental property that is under renovation and was looking for a reasonability priced company for the job. We found Mr. Repipe and decided to get an estimate. Mike called us back in a timely manner, was able to do an in person estimate and we got one of the most honest pricings amongst the bids. In addition, he gave us a lot of explanation on the process and the materials he will be using. The project started on schedule and Mike's team was able to complete the job in two days. Because cabinet was not yet installed, Mike's team was not able to install one of valve on the island. After the cabinet was put in days later, we called Mr. Repipe and Mike was able to help us even after the initial install job and sent Rafael to complete the installation of the one valve within days' notice. I was interested in getting a full repipe done in my rental property and contacted a few companies. The first guy I contacted basically tried to convince me that City of LA is hard to get a repipe permitted and to not even try? (??) And apologized for wasting my time. Next guy came through and didn't even look at anything and just scribbled some figures onto a random paper laying around. I'm a little confused at this point. I'm thinking what's the deal? Do these companies want business and to work?? I then called Mike at Mr Repipe. Mike came through, gave a proper look around my duplex and gave me a legitimate estimate on paper and via emailed pdf. When work commenced his guys where prompt and hard working. One of my tenants is super private and wasn't trying to have plumbers up in her place but she met Mike's workers and she thought they were nice. All good. For a little more he also ran a new bigger diameter pipe to the back workshop area. Communication was prompt and he answered all my questions. The inspector from the city of LA was impressed with the finished work and approved it right away. Now the water pressure is on point. Fixtures no longer starved for water and all is well! A long overdue review. Mike gave a fair bid for the Uponor PEX I wanted, without trying to upsell or start high and then offer some lame discounts to get the job. He showed up with a real crew with I think 6 guys who swamed the house and did a 3B2B one story house with 2' crawl space in a day. The drywall repair and paint was after and they did a grat job too. Years later a pinhole leak developed in the copper transition going outside and he was able to send one of his guys out the next day to fix it for free, because it was under warranty. Could not been more impressed. Without a doubt, the most effective and professional work crew we've had in our home. Each member of the crew was polite courteous and professional. If you're unfamiliar with it, repiping involves cutting holes in the wall so that piping can be routed directly. from the water source to the faucets and showers. Because this involves cutting open walls in several areas in the house it can be a little intimidating. However, Mr Repipe's drywall team was so professional and did such an amazing job that we could not even tell the walls had been cut open. In the process of choosing a contractor we got bids from five different companies. Not only was there's the lowest bid by $400, but the next closest bid did not include drywall repair, which mystery pipe includes in their price. It was also $4,000 less than the highest bid. The biggest benefit to the repipe in addition to great water pressure, is nearly instant hot water at every outlet. We used to have to wait a minute or two for the water to get hot in the kitchen or the master bedroom shower. Problem solved!
