The line to my sewer has never been cleaned and my laundry drain pipe was backing up. I am typically a do it yourself kind of girl but this was beyond me. I researched online for a trustworthy plumbing company and after reading reviews I settled on Mr. Rooter. I am so happy I did. Not only did Mr Jeremy (as he calls himself) give me a estimate for warrantied work, he told me what was needed in detail. Nothing I could do on my own would clean out the forty years worth of grease and buildup, especially from the kitchen to the main sewer line. He went in through the laundry pipe with a mechanical snake and then, again, through the kitchen with a.....I will call it a mini pressure washer snake to break up the jelly like substance growing thicker in the pipes each year. Mr. Jeremy didn't leave until we ran the water through the laundry drain for 15 minutes Yes I fully recommend this company, and Mr. Jeremy, for any plumbing job. We had an amazing experience with this company! I found myself calling at 8pm on a Tuesday night with the hopes someone would answer the phone due to it being so late in the evening. I was shocked when the lovely receptionist said that she could have one of her technicians, Jason out within the hour. Low and behold Jason was to the rescue within 30 minutes. Jason was very friendly and professional. He was able to speak to the different services they offered and offered educated solutions. Jason was able to get our bathtub train unclogged within 35 minutes. He also recommended additional services that Mr. Rooter could assist with in the future since our home is over 100 years old. We did not feel any sort of pressure from his recommendations, in fact we felt at ease and comforted knowing Mr. Rooter could help since this was clearly not our expertise. Thank you again, Jason! Called Mr. Rooter because the sink in the laundry room was backing up. They got a tech out within an hour of my call. He was polite did a quick assessment and gave me a quote. He worked on it for about an hour and unfortunately was unable to clear the clog. He advised me about the possible reasons for the blockage and the options moving forward. They also provided a quote if I wanted to go to the next step. I was frustrated that they were unable to clear my drain, and I believe the tech recognized that. A few days later I got a call from the district manager to discuss the issue. He went out of his way to provide great customer service. At the end of the day not all clogs can be cleared, but you can't ask for better customer service!! read more

Michael R came to check out a water heater issue. Turns out a leak in the hot water pipes was causing the problem. Another company had been out 3 times just replacing parts and leaving, we had no hot water and they could care less to check for leaks, just blamed our "shitty house" we felt pretty let down and like no one would help. When Michael came from Mr. Rooter, he was kind, professional, knowledgeable and found the issue in about 10 minutes and fixed it in no time at all, same day. I had Mike R. come out and replace my Garbage Disposal and parts of one of the toilets. He was fast, very friendly and provided lots of insights and tips on things to keep an eye on. Very knowledgeable guy, and very professional! Later in the day Chris E. came over to clear a clogged drain. Again, I saw nothing but professionalism! Chris was also very knowledgeable and walked me through everything he was doing. Mike and Chris exceeded all my expectations and added a great personal touch to their service. This is the second time Jason B. of Mr. Rooter has helped with problems at my home. (Note: two completely different issues on different systems -- toilet/sewer and exterior French drains.) He was respectful to both me and my home, answered all of my questions, did all of the work quickly, effectively, and cleanly, and fully explained everything to me--including showing me the video evidence of the problems he found. I should note that he also showed me what he did NOT find, things that someone lacking honesty could have said were problems to run up costs (something I have experienced in the past). We had our water heater replaced in 2013, its lifespan has ended. On late Friday I called in after finding the water heater leaking. Our service professional Atreyu arrived within an hour. We had a new water heater installed in about 3 hours total time from inspection to installation. We have been customers of Mr. Rooter for years. From the office personnel to the service professionals we have had a great experience. Atreyu explained everything and did exceptional work. Customer service is hard to come by but this company does one of the best jobs of keeping great customers service alive and well. read more

We had a problem with our Kitchen sinks. One plumber came out, couldn't see what the problem was. Called Mr. Rooter and they came out the same day. Had a clog that would back up the drain and flood the kitchen. Didn't know if we had a grease trap or not.
