I really liked the steam shumai. Salmon Tempura roll was good. The topping of the volcano roll could be hotter in temperature wise. Usually when i order that roll in other places, by time it gets delivered, its warmed. When i received this, it was cold. Dude. Buy a party tray. I paid $22 for three rolls. I can normally finish five rolls, easy, and I was a little skeptic as if to this would be enough food after waking ten miles at Universal Studios with no stop for lunch, but these rolls were huge! I could barely finish the third roll and probably should have stopped halfway through the second. The quality of the food was far superior to the pricing. Loved all of the sushi but not a big fan of just one of the rolls that had raw salmon. Besides that one it was amazing. It's also affordable and great quality. I was a pro cook for ten years, I don't bash other fellows BUT this time : we got there around 9 pm and I ordered a stir fry and my friend a Yakissoba Bowl. We got coldly received by the attendant who barely looked at us, they served us using takeaway containers but allowed to eat in. My stir fry consisted in rice, three cherry tomatoes for a salad (?) and a mix of sprouts, carrots, some beef, one mini broccoli and a truckload of raw onions (one bite made my eyes watered) . As I fellow cook, I wouldn't serve that to my dog - it was the worst meal I had in Orlando so far. The same for the Yakissoba, a truckload of raw onions. There was no point arguing because they were cleaning the kitchen and the attendant never said a thank you as we left (we left the contêiners with the raw onions with hope they notice the pretty sh@tty meal they served us). When we got home the sushi and nigiri and the ramen were just low low low quality. You can seriously tell NO ONE have any sushi or Asian experience to prepare this type of cuisine. So sad to see the low overall rating when we had an amazing first experience. Although we did not visit this location, we ordered via UberEats after a long day in the sun. I appreciate all of the photos on the app of the food, it really helped guide our decision with what to order. The prices were extremely fair. I like that there are small, medium, and large. We ordered three rolls, the complimentary dumplings, and delicious teriyaki chicken! The presentation, even though in to go containers, was perfect. The chicken roll (forgot the real name) was a nice surprise to find on a sushi menu. The food and customer service was great, but as I was sitting down in one of the booths a nail or piece of metal punctured my skin deep enough to cause bleeding. I told the cashier what happened and she asked if I wanted to talk to the manager and I said yes. I spoke to Lorena the owner and told her that I was thinking about going to the doctor because I didnt know what had poked me and I was concerned about potential tetanus. She accused me of looking for money and said I was attempting to ruin her business and that those booths has been there for years and no one had complained about it. She then said that it was probably a mosquito that bit me and caused the bleeding. I told her to look at the cameras and she would see what happened and she did and described me while she was looking to confirm it was me. I went ahead and told her that five different booths had multiple holes due to the same thing. She kept arguing and accusing me that I was there to get something out of her business and at this point there was no point in continuing to talk about it. I told her " Lorena I am going to get off the phone and I don't want to be rude and simply hangup so thank you so much and bye". I would hope that the owner of a company would be more concerned for the safety of her clients. As she said, those booths had been there for years. How does she know whether the nails have rusted or not? I was not looking for money, just trying to look out for the next unfortunate customer. She called back and told the cashier to get my name and take pictures of us ( mind you she has cameras that showed me very clearly ) I am so upset about this whole situation that could've been addressed differently. The BBQ pork in the Ramin is not good. It is bit dry. And the egg is supposed ti be semi raw. But it is fully cooked.

Ordered a ramen noodle bowl, It had some metals from the metal scrubber they use. This has absolutely no flavor it tasted like plain water with noodles, overcooked hard boiled egg and dried pork tasted days old.
