So glad Bento Downtown Orlando is open late! Quick service, a clean and calm atmosphere, and friendly staff made it an easy, stress-free meal. Great food too!!

The food was decent, the egg rolls were hot I do wish the main meal (orange chicken) was a bit hotter. Plus side the food came out fairly quick! And since I was by work it was a plus. I do have to say the service it self like to order was very slow. My party and I were standing at the counter for quite some time before being helped. I could tell they were not staffed which I totally understand but just putting it out there. And with that being said there were a few tables that still had plates and not cleaned from previous parties. The bathroom was not cleaned at all. So I would recommend order and take out. I feel like if they had more staff this wouldn't really be an issue.

Bento Downtown was great nice lunch spot. I have the chicken bowl. It was good. Service was nice and fast. We sat down and at there. Restaurant was clean. The young lady that bought out the food was a bit brief and fast but it was overall great service. I will return

I eat here when I'm downtown pretty often. It's also my go-to for delivery sushi, mainly because they seem to get the order right more often than not. The sushi is quick service level sushi. It is just above super market, however that is reflected in the price. $8-$10 for a classic 8 piece roll in Orlando is a steal. Their bowls are all pretty good, and I actually think they are better reheated. You order at the counter and then have a seat. After a night of fun downtown it's simple, easy, and quick. Tip: always get the crab Rangoon, they are great here

I have been going to bento for years but recently my last experience will make me want to come back to the DT location more often . We sat at the sushi bar and the sushi chef was more than accommodating . I told him my bf was not a sushi lover and he took it as a challenge and made us a sushi type sandwhich to try it was amazing and my bf loved it . The other food came out so fast and the servers were quick and happy to any of our other requests . We also used the app and got to take home a friend rice for free . Love this place for fast service Asian fusion !! I got the pad Thai which you can never go wrong with .

A great spot for sushi. It has a casual vibe to it and is perfect if you're looking for a quick bite to eat before going downtown. They offer sushi, poke bowls, stir fry and noodles dishes. My go-to is the sushi however I've tried the poke bowls and the teriyaki chicken dish. All were a hit. The food is pretty consistent among all of the bento locations. The fish is fresh. The servers are nice and helpful. They are knowledgeable of the menu and a happy to make recommendations. I went with a couple friends and they didn't really know what to get the server at the front was very helpful with making selections. It is a small location so I'm sure it does get busy at times. We went at around 8:00 p.m. so there wasn't many people there. We had about a 15 minute wait for our food. When we went the women's restroom was closed so they were down to one toilet. Pro tip come on the weekdays for their happy hour special of buy two classic rolls get one free.

First time here did not disappoint! I came with my dad for lunch, and we decided on ordering the sesame chicken stir fry and the pad thai. Both dishes dishes were absolutely delicious we kept taking bites of each others! The staff was very friendly, and our food came out quickly. Everything was so yummy! Would recommend this place and can't wait to come back!

I will say two things about this Bento location. 1. Their takeout is about the worse thing I have ever seen. I waited a full 30 minutes longer than I was told it would be for my takeout order. But, that actually holds true for all three Bento locations I've ever done takeout at. So, a word of advice, if you're ordering takeout from a Bento, tell them you want to pick up the food 30 minutes before you actually want it. I'm not kidding. 2. Once you finally get your food, Bento has the best quick service sushi in the entire Central Florida area. I do not remember what rolls I got that day, but you can check the picture to see how bright and vibrant they look. All of the seafood tasted fresh and had a good texture. The sauces and herbs they used were not too much, and complemented flavors well. And the little crunchy things they put on that one roll were genius. Sushi roll's biggest lacking sometimes is texture, so these flavorless little balls of crunch were perfect. Overall, four stars is the perfect way to describe this place. Not perfect, but still amazingly delicious.

I'm a noodle gal and have ordered from Bento at another location before. My previous order was too saucy and unbalanced but this location really met the mark! The Shanghai Lo Mein with chicken was delicious and made just right. I went at the beginning of the downtown lunch rush, so there was an understandable wait. The staff I interacted with was very friendly.

I'm going to start by saying I will never patron at any bento again. I don't remember what time we arrived but it took about 20 mins to get our food. There were other ppl waiting for their orders so it could've been a bit longer. By 10:30 they had turned off the lights in the entire place. We were still eating. The food was decent, the only reason I'm giving more than one star. They also offer beer, seltzers, & wine. I enjoyed the garlic string beans & miso soup. The rice & noodles didn't have much flavor. The spring rolls were greasy but I am glad they were veggie ones. The wontons could've been better. We asked for no avocado in our sushi roll. We sent it back but didn't want to wait for a remake. A bit pricey for the portions. The place seemed clean but overall not a good experience.

Food is consistent every time I go. Sushi can take some time to come out but the ambiance is nice to pass the time. Staff is friendly. No lunch specials so that can run pretty pricey as there's not much under $15

Does this place not UberEats/Postmates boba anymore along with food?

Hi Isabella, the Bento location in Downtown does not have Boba tea at all unfortunately! Our other Bento locations in Sandlake, UCF, and Winter Park do have them available and they should be available via third party delivery if available!

    Do they use MSG?

You know it matters, if you're spending hard earned money you shouldn't have to eat on picnic table like furniture. Well, at least I think so... The food selections allow for budget conscious people like me, plus there are other items on the menu if you're looking to splurge, which I bet are amazing. We had a mix of appetizers, shrimp tempura and sushi rolls -everything was great! The place is located in East Orlando at the end of 408, just off E. colonial. There is usually only minimal traffic in this area, and Nomi had plenty of parking out front. We all agreed, Nomi will be our go to place for casual Japanese dinners.
