The first time we ordered from here it was for pick up and nowhere in the confirmation email did it really specify how to get here. I follow GPS and it leads me to the middle of Town Center in Virginia Beach. I was puzzled because there was no sign or anything. After driving around in circles I asked the valet and he then informed me that it's inside Bravo! Well, I wish I would have known that. After finally getting our meal and going home the experience was way better. Although the menu is not very big, the burgers are pretty good. I got a MrBeast Burger, the Chicken Sandwich, and the Beast Style Fries. Their pictures show delicious, moist, gooey food. What I got was the opposite. The burger & chicken sandwich were both dry and overcooked, and didn't have enough condiments. The Beast Style Fries are definitely the worst case of "that's not what's in the picture" I've ever seen with fast food. Yeah, we all know the pictures are better than what they're gonna serve. It is amazing that this opened during Covid. I love the creativity behind it. The unique stickers on the bag, the "special sauce". My son was dying to try this place!!!! So I caved and allowed him to choose this for his "honor roll dinner", kinda regretted doing so. It was $50 for 3 burgers, 1 chicken sandwich, 3 fries. They didn't come with any napkins, ketchup, mustard, salt/pepper. It cost an extra 50 cents to have lettuce added to my $6.99 burger (Beast style burger) Only to have it delivered with NO LETTUCE. The crispy chicken sandwich wasn't cooked all the way. The middle off it was pink and slimy looking, had to throw that away. Pretty much put me off the rest of the meal. My son ordered the chandler burger, he thought it was "okay". I didn't love the fact that I would have to pay 25 cents if he wanted to add ketchup or anything at all. Fries were a larger portion than expected. Yay. Spicy! I liked them, but I like spicy, one of my sons can't handle spicy, so he didn't really eat his. I didn't see an option to have them non-spicy. I didn't even know they would be spicy. Burgers were all doubles or triples. Great if you love meat! No singles offered. The Ruby Tuesday at 7725 Tidewater Dr Norfolk VA is operating as a Mr Beast Burger kitchen. They have made THE BIGGEST MISTAKE allowing those people to sell their burgers. We ordered the Karl, Chris, regular crinkle fries and signature crinkle fries. 1. the fries were NOT crinkle and there WAS NO SIGNATURE SEASONING. 2. Neither of the burgers were smash burgers. They were regular ruby Tuesday burgers. If I wanted that trash I would have ordered from RUBY TUESDAY!!!! 3. The Karl had RAW ONION and no caramelized onions. It was not a patty melt by any means, just a Ruby Tuesday's burger with the bun upside down. 4. The Chris DID NOT have crinkle fries on it and the bacon was repulsive. The $14 combo is excessively high, it included a DRY burger with NO CONDIMENTS, a child size 1/2 handful of what appeared to be store brand seasoned fries and a HOT bottle of soda. You will see a sticker on the door saying MrBeast Burger pick up here. We ordered the Chris Style burger that came with cheese, fries in the sandwich, and we added bacon. Not bad it may have a small kick of spice if you're not used to it make sure you have a beverage if you decide to eat in your vehicle. I also, ordered the seasoned fries which you can also get it without salt. My son got the Beast fries that came with cheese, bacon, chill, and pickles. I read other review about the burger being raw. I didn't have the problem but I also asked for well done burgers in the special instruction when I order it. Overall it was good experience beside not knowing the correct location lol. I ordered through Ubereats... two beaststyle burgers for my two sons. When the food arrived both burgers were RAW I mean completely raw on the inside. This place apparently is supposed to be amazing! This was trash I can't believe it. This is not the only time we ordered from them and had issues we ordered burgers before and added toppings and they weren't on the burgers and you pay extra for toppings. They've got good food but whoever does their online orders can't read because I ordered mine all add bacon there was no bacon on any of them and then one that was supposed to come with bacon and I asked for an extra crispy literally put damn near burnt and it was not even barely cooked cooked And when you call to correct it you have to call an 877 number because they don't have a for real number and then all they'll do is refund you one dollar per sandwich that had the bacon on it Shit service all around read more

I'm wondering how this was set up so fast and who they have running these locations. It seems like whoever is running it in Virginia Beach doesn't care at all. I got the beast burger combo with beast fries. There's no options to remove pickles so I wrote it in the special instructions which was completely ignored. I hate pickles and by the time I got them off the juice had completely permeated the burger. The canned soda had clearly never been in a fridge. It was completely room temp and had no condensation on it. Just seems lazy and sloppy. The food was pretty cold which I could see for a little bit of drive time but if you advertise yourself as delivery only I'd expect you to somewhat figure out how to get your food to people in the best condition possible. With the lack of modifications and everything I'm wondering if they just pump a bunch out and have these sitting much longer than they should be. The flavors seemed to be there in the fries and the burger could have been good but clearly just poor, lazy execution by whoever is running this location. read more
