You may not agree with me on this review, but I have to hand it to my boys and gals at the local Mr. Jim's Pizza. They​ make a great thin and crispy pizza that rivals my all time old school pizza favorite Pizza Inn. These guys have taken away the hankering for my Pizza Inn fix and having to drive to other cities and counties to get it, Lol!! I don't order anything else other than the thin and crispy so I can't attest to anything else on the menu, but give them a try for one of the better thin and crispy pizzas around and it's 5 minutes away as oppose to driving out of town. I love this pizza parlor..lol. They are the only pizza chain that offers anchovies. Im sure somewhere else far far away does. But places like Dominos, papa johns, pizza hut don't. I love anchovies on my sticky fingers pizza. I had the chicken fajita pizza also.. It was fantastic with sricha drizzle. The manager is nice, he does business with my employer. Their pizza puts you to sleep in a good way. My biggest beef is their points system..you gotta get 460 pts to get a free pizza. But until then, i will just keep ordering till i make it there. The best part of the pizza is the crust, muy delicioso. The pizza is kind of pricey, but they have a pretty coupon on their website. Smh there are literally 10 crumbs of meat on there. Called in and was told by the guy who answered this was a budget pizza.... Ummm? My first time ordering pizza from this place. I had the pepperoni with pineapple with less sauce. I tell you this is the best delicious pizza I've ever had in a long time!! The crust was just right , not too thick and very crispy. I'm sure the other food in the menu is delicious, which I plan to order next time around. Not to mention their brownie bites. They're the best , not too sweet but delectable. They're 4 small squares of brownie topped with marshmallows and drizzled with chocolate and caramel syrup, sound too rich and sweet... not enough close. They're delicious!! And the the customer service is excellent. We ordered delivery so we didn't have to wait too long for our orderThe delivery guy practiced no contact delivery. He wore a facemask and practiced social distancing. He set our pizza by the door and rang the doorbell, backed up and waited until we answered the door and acknowledged my presence and then he left. I definitely recommend this pizza place to anyone craving for pizza and especially the brownie bites. We love Mr. Jims!! We've ordered from here a bunch of times and it's always excellent and delivered on time! We have a habit when Friday rolls around of looking at each other and saying "For dinner tonight do you want..... MR JIMS!?!?" We are goofy that way. Suffice to say, we love their stuff. The Mr Jim's Special Salad is excellent and we crave that first. We never finish it and it makes excellent lunch for the next day or two. It's just so good! Lettuce all finely diced - bits of bacon and mushrooms. Great, now I'm hungry. We always get a pizza too, of course, and it's usually either the Mr Jims Special Pizza which has all the stuff you really want on it, or the Meat Eaters which is also excellent. The pizza is so good - it's a thicker crust with an excellent bite to it. Loaded with toppings and cheese. Always arrives HOT and on time. I ordered 2 of their d'lish pizzas on the phone last night and it supposedly came with 5 toppings a piece...i didn't know they meant that literally, like one piece of pepperoni, one jalepeno ring, etc...i think you understand what i am saying here. I have never been more disappointed in a pizza that should have had a lot of toppings in my life...it was basically a cheese pizza and one of them was burnt. They told me that that is how they make them and if i were to have ordered online i would have known that, but i ordered over the phone (which is my prerogative) and someone could have told me about the insane lack of toppings so that I could have made a more appropriate choice for my dinner selection....I HATE CHEESE PIZZAS!!!...I WOULD RATHER NOT EVEN EAT PIZZA IF I AM ONLY GETTING CHEESE!!!....A GUY WHO ORDERS 5 TOPPINGS OBVIOUSLY WANTS A LOT OF TOPPINGS!!!....not to mention that the guy told me i called the wrong store when i called back to complain, but i guess he was unaware that my cell phone knows who i called, so he flat out lied to me, because when i called back again i got the same lady who took my order...I'm mad as hell still that I paid $26 for 2 cheese pizzas WHICH I HATE CHEESE PIZZAS!!!...They replaced the burnt one, but instead of trying to talk me off the cliff and delivering me a more acceptable 5 topping pizza, they just brought me an unburnt chees pizza under the guise of being "D'lish"...there's nothing "D'lish" about a boring ass cheese pizza....you failed royally with this decision MR. Problems with online ordering - ordered pizzas, my credit card was charged, called to pick up and they tell me even though my card has been charged, I had no order in their system so sorry - no pizza!! So now I have to spend time next week with the bank to get the charge removed. Their website is a pain, they charge you but don't deliver (fraudulent charge to my card). Sad you can't just order/pay/pick up a pizza. But the good news is there are many great pizza places out there. Just not this brand. read more

I placed an online order but once I received the confirmation email, I noticed a pizza was missing. I called the Grand Prairie location to get everything fixed. When I asked to have the order canceled because the Mr. Jim's employee didn't understand what I needed, she just hung up the phone in my face. I called back and spoke to the manager who was not the least bit concerned. Sorry, I'll get that canceled. Not one mention of her rude employee hanging up in my face. I became angry and she disconnected the phone. I contacted the corporate office and their response was, the order was canceled so it will drop off. There will be no refund. Still not addressing the rude girl that hung up when I simply asked her to cancel my order. Marcos Pizza is better anyway. They were just closed yesterday. read more

Do not order food from here. I ordered a Special salad for $8 and they sent me a box with lettuce, tomatoes and onions. I had to drive up there to show the salad, (mind you, I'd already paid for delivery so I didn't have to get out) and when I get there I explain what happened to the cashier and show her my receipt. She is trying to help me out when in walks the new manager and rudely says "what's the problem?" The girl explains "the problem" and the manager starts arguing with me about the receipt saying I choose to take all the toppings off. I had to read the receipt to her illiterate ass and show her that it did not say remove toppings, it said "ranch dressing". So she tells the girl "whatever, just go put toppings on it" while she scratches her nasty head and walks into the office not apologizing or anything. A month later, I got an e-coupon from Mr. Jim's it was a good deal so I decided to try again. This time my salad was only half way filled and missing half the toppings. The guy who made it wasn't wearing gloves. Probably a driver. The pizza tasted like rubber and was cold. Done with this place and it's new trash staff. Menu also needs updating, started ordering only to be told after that the menu item hasn't been offered for a while. I was trying to order a build your own sub.
