Two hours later and I still don't have my order.. would recommend going elsewhere. No point in ordering cold pizza.

I am so disappointed. Since they have changed staff, I can't get a decent salad. I would always come here for a salad and get it in a timely manner with friendly people aaa . This guy took my order and told me it will be right out. He went and made two more pizza. The phone rings, no gloves he answers the phone and takes the caller order. Returns back to fix my salad and did not wash his hands or put gloves on. I'm done. I through the salad away. I will go elsewhere from this day forth. read more

We ordered for delivery through Uber eats. The delivery driver was great! She did a fabulous job. However, when the pizza arrived, it was cold, uncut, and half of the toppings on my pizza had slid all the way over and the other half of my pizza was bare. After raiding the fridge for dinner ideas last night, my husband and I opted to order delivery pizza. We usually get the typical Papa Johns or Pizza Hut but find ourselves to be tired of the regular old commercial chain pizza places that we always order from. We have ordered from Mr. Jim's a few times so we thought we would try that again for something different. We ordered the Mr. Jim's Special which has Mushrooms, onions, pepperoni, ham, green peppers, cheese and sauce. I chose the thin crust and added garlic parmesan seasoning to the crust. I will say since I have had both that I should have stuck to the original crust. The thin crust here is flavorless and a little cardboard like but of course that didn't stop me from eating the entire medium pizza!!! It is still a doable option to cut out some of the breading/carbs. The parmesan and garlic addition to the crust is awesome! My husband ordered a medium Mr. Jimaterian which is cheese, sauce, black olives, green peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, and onions. He added jalapenos as well. His also added seasoned crust. The pizza looked delicious and he too ate the entire pie. His only complaint was that it was a little greasy but what pizza isn't. A plus is that you can place your order on-line. We tried that this time and it worked just fine. Our order came in approx. 40 mins. We got two 20oz sodas and actually received 2 2-liters which was a bonus since they forgot to add the jalapenos to my husbands pizza. :( All in all - I would recommend ordering from here if you are wanting to try a different delivery pizza instead of the regular old stuff. We will order again. Love eating pizza out of the box in my PJs - a guilty pleasure! ENJOY!! read more

Pizza is AMAZING first of all. That's why I give a high rating. This was our first time having Mr. Jim's pizza since moving to Saginaw a year ago from AZ, not sure how we missed this spot. The only issue was when we got home and opened the box the pepperoni on top were burnt black. Good thing it didnt ruin the whole pizza though. We just took the burnt peps off and enjoyed our pizza. Anyway, super satisfied with the food. My husband also said he had a good customer service experience too. (it was takeout)Definitely recommend Mr Jim's Pizza! read more

We ordered a meat lovers pizza and when I tell that pizza was PILED with toppings....definitely get your money's worth. I was very disappointed with my pizza and breadsticks this evening. The pizza had little flavor and the crust was just plain bad...not fresh but hard. Ordered a large pizza with pepperoni and ham and pineapple on half. Couldn't even tell the ham and pineapple were there. The bread sticks had lots of cheese but were extremely greasy on the bottom. It's sad to write a not so good review because I was so looking forward to my pizza pie after a hard day at work and cutting the grass when I got home. Pizza and beer would have really hit the spot but sadly not today :-( read more

Mr Jim's has really elevated their tastes in pizza over the last few years and I enjoy it more so than other super popular chains. I had ordered two large speciality pizzas last night and they were delicious and didn't make me feel ill like Pizza Hut does. I've had some really bad business with PH in the past and never will go back. Delivery times are spot on and at times faster than expected when ordering online. I have made a double order once from here and they called me immediately to make sure I had two orders being delivered to two different spots. I was thankful for that. I wanted to be sure things got handled fast and they took care of me awesomely. They have a delish pizza now that's light crust with lesser toppings at cheaper prices. Does help when you want to have the awesome taste of pizza without blowing your waist line. Last night they did forget to bring parmesan cheese and I wasn't too bummed about it. Do not order a Keto Pizza here! Not only did the desk attendant not know what I was talking about but the person making the Keto pizza knew nothing about how to make it. To say the least, the Keto pizza was not fit to eat; it was all tomato paste and a few veggies and fewer pepperoni. I was expecting a cauliflower crust but evidently they have no clue how to make a Keto Pizza. read more

We got food poisoning here on Christmas Eve nearly 16 years ago. I was 8 months pregnant and it was horrible. We refuse to ever eat here again or any Mr. Jim's. So many other options. If I could, I'd give them zero stars. read more

Really good delivery pizza. I prefer them to Dominos/Pizza Hut/etc. I like Dino's more but this is really good pizza too.
