All the greens were crisp, and there was a wide variety of toppings on the salad bar. I didn't try the soup, but if you're a soup fan, there are four different types to dig into. They do regular crust and a super thin crust on the buffet. All the pizzas I tried were good, but I became a fan of the thin crust pepperoni and the regular crust Alfredo cheese pizzas. There is even soft serve ice cream, an "apple pie pizza," and brownies for dessert. Service here is great. Everyone was friendly and staff quickly removed used plates. I come here for their cauliflower crust pizza and it's just down the street from my house. Salad is fresh and good and the wings are pretty good. The pizza is thin crust and I love how crunchy it is except that the toppings usually falls off but it's a decent pizza place and my family and I enjoy coming here for our family pizza night. This place kicks Cicis butt!!!! This was our first time here and we were very impressed and we WILL be back. Family friendly environment! They have a small arcade and even a table set up for coloring for the little ones. They even take care of the big kids by offering margaritas and beer. I was surprised with their salad bar and choice of toppings. The pizza was good and they don't skimp out on the toppings! They were very stingy with the toppings as I had to really look for the mushrooms and onions on my Candian Bacon pizza. Then I really went on a limb and added an order of Cinna-Yums. They were OK at best. Just globs of pizza dough rolled in butter and cinnamon I'm guessing. A sprinkle of sugar would have given it a better flavor with the butte and cinnamon. My dissatisfaction was the pizza buffet bar. It wasn't well stocked. A lot of half over cooked pizza sitting. When we went, there was a large group of kids with three female adults. The kids were well behaved and not noisy but you would think having this little crowd plus the regular lunch crew that the bar would be well stocked with options. I ordered a supreme pizza at the register and I sat there for at least an hour and the pizza was never made. If it was, I wasn't notified nor was it delivered to the table. Maybe it vanished with the other eager pizza lovers who were waiting to have some fresh pizza placed on the serving line. On the other hand, the servers were kind. I will definitely give them another try. Nonetheless, I would love to have pizza with my salad. The pizza is really good. Exponentially better than any other pizza buffets I've ever tried. They also serve beer which is different than similar places. They have a couple on draft and many others in cans/bottles. They also deliver in the local area if you don't want to dine in which is a plus during these crazy times. I've been here awhile back for the buffet and nothing spectacular but decent. I just made my first delivery order with 2 large pizzas, 2 pastas, and a dessert. Oh my....where do I begin? Let's start with the pizza. Both pizzas were half cooked like you'd get on side of it a bit better cooked than the other side. The crust on bottom is paper thin and handles like paper. It's like they stretch the dough out to be as little as possible to cover for the size. Which is where I have a problem on the second pizza. There was a big hole right directly in front center. The dough was completely missing and was just held together by the cheese. The toppings were decent but it was just sub par. On the pastas, they come with a slide of garlic bread. For my spaghetti, it was good. Nothing wrong with the spaghetti. Nor the other pasta that I ordered. But wow....that's a slice of garlic bread? It was thin and cooked so well that it was buttery garlic crouton. Just a solid single crouton. Not good at all. Now for dessert, the large apple thingy. Taste is great I do like this. But I didn't like how it was only about halfway cut thru. There is a solid strip that is NOT cut at all. And I tipped the driver well for the delivery which happened to come home exactly on time. But wow....if this is the sort of thing that is expected, I won't be ordering again. There are a bunch of pizza places nearby that I'd rather order from than here. Mr. Jims, Jets Pizza, hell even MOD Pizza are super close and do a better job. I wanted to reach out and change up the pizza I ordered and I guess I'll stick to the ones I know that won't let me down. I had to edit my review. This is a review for the Bond's Ranch location. Pizza was good - but was overpriced for the size and number or toppings. Pizza: Got a cheese pizza with spinach and mushrooms. I was lucky if I got one baby spinach leaf and 1 slice of mushroom per slice (and was charged about $.75 per topping). The pepperoni slices were large but again they went light on the toppings. Crust a little chewy - don't know if that's because they are new and the dough got overworked or if it's meant to be that way. Wings: 6 bone in wings are $9 and the wings are on the small size (compared to say Marcos where you can get 6 wings for $8). Didn't get pictures of the wings. Overall: I'll get wings from Marcos. I might have considered getting pizza from Pizza Bistro again (it did have good flavor) if they would put more toppings on the pizza (consider that I can buy a whole container of mushrooms at the grocery store for less than $3 and probably get 10 or more mushrooms per container - I seriously doubt that an entire mushroom was on my pizza and a total of 6 baby spinach leaves) :( read more
