I also asked for them to install a simple hair catcher to be installed because I did not have the proper tooling. WHAT??? Now it will be $$ to fix something that I didn't authorize to be put there in the first place. I called the company, the guy said he couldn't understand how hair could get through those holes. Really! Said it would be easy to remove that piece until he saw the picture of his own work. He said it might damage the bathtub to remove it. Ok, so why did you put it in...??? Do you know what a hair catcher is? I did not authorize this. Oh and I'm so stupid for trusting you and not watching you like a hawk while you worked. Again, my mistake. I'm the one that's stupid. Not what I asked for and they refuse to fix it without charge. My bathtub will get damaged if I get it removed. The guy says he showed this piece to me before he installed it which was absolutely not true.
