I've used this location many times over the years as it's so convenient on Spanish River Blvd. They answered the phone immediately and said to come right over. All of the guys were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They found the unreparable hole in my tire, and I have to say I'm now educated about "silent tires", and where repairs can be done/not done. Came in to replace a wss sensor (wheel speed sensor). Gave them the code and location. They quoted me a price and I agreed. They replaced the TPS sensor. Then they blamed me for giving them the wrong information. Then they wanted me to pay $450 to fix the wss. Do not recommend avoid this place! read more

I brought my car in for a tire rotation and I was told by Kaylee that the tires were worn and that all 4 tires should be replaced. Really? I personally checked the tire wear indicators before going there and the tread depth was within the safe zone. I was being lied to and told Kaylee "No Thanks get my car back to me ". I was not interested in having a debate about the issue with an employee that was knowingly lying to me . This was an obvious attempt to blatantly rip me off... I went to another tire shop the next day and had the tire rotation done without any issues. Unfortunately some people are just unaware of the tactics salespeople use to make a sale. Hands down one of the worst experiences I've had working with the mechanic. Seven months ago I spent almost $1500 and brand new tires alignment and all the bells and whistles 7000 miles and seven months later my two front tires were completely gone down to the wire only on the exterior of the tire, clearly stating that the alignment was never performed properly. When asked for the alignment report, I was told that I should have it and they do not keep them on file. The tires have a 45,000 mile warranty on them but after 7000 miles they are completely fried, they told me because I am 2000 miles past my tire rotation that they can do absolutely nothing for me so I then seven months later had to pay $550 for two new tires plus $180 for another alignment bringing my grand total with taxes to almost $3000 in the past seven months in tires on a 2023 truck. This place has a three star rating for a reason stay far away from it. read more

scammers. brought tires to be put on, alignment and all. after i left the car was feeling like i was riding on ice, brought It back and guy tried to bullshit me saying he tried aligning again and couldn't do it, saying that last time I had it done somewhere else they messed it up, but my car was driving fine before going there, then he said he only did my front tires even though I paid to be fully aligned. WARNING !!!! Tire Kingdom Boca Raton . Recently our 18 year old attending college at FAU took his car into Tire Kingdom for a tire repair...... left there with a $95.00 bill. He was up sold on a oil change also. He was also given a survey of everything else "they" felt he needed to repair or replace. This totaled $954.00. Knowing nothing about cars and driving 4 hrs to return home to Clearwater occasionally ,he was coerced into returning to have everything listed replaced to be safe. I don't feel changing your power steering fluid or brake fluid for several hundred dollars necessary along with several other items . Especially when he is paying for school, apt, gas and food himself. This was his first car and purchased from an elderly friend only 3 months ago, who always maintained the vehicle. I will never use another Tire Kingdom for servicing my commercial or personal vehicles and will actively let everyone know . read more

I was driving along 95 north on my way back from Miami. I needed to stop by my veterinarian to pick up some itching pills for my dog and they were closing in 45 minutes. I got off on my exit and suddenly a warning flashed on my dash. My right rear tire had lost several pounds of air pressure. It was down to 19 lbs. I immediately pulled into a gas station and checked the tire. I didn't see anything wrong with it, such as a nail or any other damage. I filled the tire up to 40 lbs of pressure. The other tires were at 35 lbs. I continued on to the vet. When I arrived at my destination, I checked the pressure. The right rear tire was down to 14 lbs. UH-OH!!! I quickly got my dog's prescription and arranged to have the car towed into the closest Tire Kingdom. I've used the chain in the past with mixed results, but I didn't have a huge choice of close places to go. At Tire Kingdom, I was met by a man named Vito who immediately checked out my car. It was after 5:00 and they close at 7:00. Vito told me that the tire was not repairable and the other 3 also needed replacing. This was no doubt true, due to the fact that these were the original tires and they had over 40,000 miles on them. I do a lot of driving. Luckily, Diane was with me and was able to persuade the staff at Tire Kingdom to reduce the price of the 4 tires to basically match what they would have cost me at Costco even though Costco didn't have the tires in stock. Tire Kingdom didn't have them in stock either, but Vito arranged to have them sent over and installed, balanced and aligned. They are Michelin Pilot Sport tires. My car is a Mercedes E350 and it takes a special size tire. Vito was able to accomplish all of this in less than an hour for a tremendous price. We were out of there before Tire Kingdom closed. I was very impressed with Vito's professionalism and expertise. I love my new tires and I'm just glad that I didn't have a blowout on 95. The manager was very pleasant, and the other attendant too. The place is clean and has a waiting room, but I decided not to wait because it would take about an hour because of current staffing shortage due to the pandemic. Not a problem. They called me exactly within the time promised. Next time I need an oil change I'm coming back to this Tire Kingdom on Spanish River Blvd, next to the train tracks and Dixie Hwy in Boca. Had 4 tires installed a year ago and needed to rotate them so I called to see when I could bring it in. I was referred to this location to see Michael Marts that he was the man of many mechanical talents. So I spoke with Yovany to see when I could come out. I wasn't able to stay and would need a ride home and they accommodated me with all I needed. New driver in the house got a used Mercedes and we needed it to be looked over cause I wanted to make sure she would be safe. 4 tires later and all fluids and filters replaced she is off and running. So they were so efficient and helpful I took in one car after the other until all 4 vehicles had new oil, filters and anything else they thought was needed. They offered me some advice to things that needed done but were not a priority and gave me the option of doing it or not. Some I did and some I held off. But during the whole thing Yovany was very kind and respectful to what I decided to do. No pressure. The over all experience I had over the two days they worked on the cars was pleasant and I will surely be recommending them and going back to do what's needed for my cars again. read more

I would like to thank the team at the TK at 121 NW Spanish River Blvd. After calling another TK in Boca to get a specific set of tires and them telling me to come down and they would install them, when I got there, they told me they only had one guy and couldn't install the tires. I bought the tires and called another TK on Hypoluxo and asked if the could install the tires. They flat out told me no and to make an appointment. I went to the Spanish River location and explained the situation. All I needed was the tires installed. They said, no problem. We'll stay open a little later but we'll get it done for you. So to start off, I called in ahead of time to ask how long The wait would be to have an oil change done and the gentleman on the phone told me one hour. So I drove 15 minutes to this location and when I walked in there was a woman named Danielle at the front counter. Not only did she not even greet me or acknowledge me standing there for 10 minutes, she continued to take several calls while putting other calls on hold and still didn't greet me after 10 minutes of standing there. Finally, she tells me to have a seat and wait so she can get to me because she is busy and I can see that so I completely understand and I took a seat. 15 to 20 minutes go by and a lot of people start coming in and out of the store, mostly people who are already waiting on their cars. About five minutes passes, a young lady comes in to tell Danielle that she drove all the way to the store on a doughnut and needs to have her original tire that's in her trunk plugged. Instead of helping me first because I was there before the young lady arrived, she proceeded to take the girl outside to go look at her flat tire. All the while I'm still here waiting... I always thought it was first come first serve. The customer Service here is terrible and I am just so disappointed and disgusted at how I was treated today. I will never be returning to this location again, and I will most certainly call corporate and complain about her. My girlfriend took her Lexus IS250 for an oil change. Unbeknownst they decided to rotate her tires without telling her. Ok...no biggie...right? Wrong!! They rotated the two front tires which are a different size than the 2 back tires therefore creating a scraping sound whenever she made a right or left turn. We didn't know what was wrong until we made it to a Pembroke Pines TK where the manager informed us of the significant screw up. Had a flat tire before closing time and he ordered in what I needed, didn't try to over sell since my lease was ending on my car and I needed a replacement, he told me to return at a certain time the following morning and sure enough, I was greeted by his big smile, and immediate service which took minutes! My son took his car into this location due to a squeal in the front driver side. Was told needed new rotors and pads for the front, brake flush, alignment and two new tires. Totally amount 923.00. Approved work, picked up vehicle the next day. Work was done in about two hours. At no time were any warning lights on. Not when I dropped the car off or picked it up. No warning lights reflected on invoice , no mention of issues with warning lights or sensors mentioned. That evening 6/8 tire pressure maintenance light came on. Took it back on 6/9, was advised only one person in shop could do a scan, but he was not there on Thursday. Took it back Friday. Spoke to manager Chris Kielbasa. Was advised sensor on front was missing, and battery on back two sensors were low. Stated warning light and check engine light were on when car came in. This is untrue. No lights were on, and if this is true why wasn't it mentioned on invoice . Called to talk to Chris Kielbasa, manager. He told my son , " Sorry bud it's 628.00 dollars to replace the sensor." Said if it was just the the sensor he would replace but light wouldn't go out. How can this be when no lights were on, notated, or mentioned by Tire Kingdom. Have the invoice to prove it! Do not do business with this location. When I told Chris he was being dishonest, he hung up on me. Do not deal with this location. Have escalated to corporate and we will not stop until the damage that occurred is fixed at no cost to us. read more

Quote for tires was $400 off, they also returned my vehicle to me with 2 different valve stem covers. I recovered one from them but the other one they lost. No attention to detail here. I would not recommend them to my brother. The manager also has a very poor attitude, not to me but to his team. He actually raised his voice to one of his team members while I was in. I do have new tires, and I like the tires. However, there are 100 places near by that are better. I have to replace my $30 valve stem covers as well. read more

This is the absolute WORST place to go for service. Staff (Peter) and manager Mike are RUDE and provide awful service. Purchased 4 tires with less than 2K miles and one leaking. Brought in for repair UNDER WARRANTY and told side wall ruptured. NO visible damage. Was tore removed and assessed? NO !!! When confronted Mike refused to service vehicle. They also noted WRONG mileage on vehicle as 156K when was 106K and accused me of rolling back odometer which did not happen. Conniving thieves. Do not go here. read more
