This past weekend we woke up to a flat tire right before heading out on our road trip. We are talking about 7am on a Saturday morning. After installing our spare we came to spot I used buy and patch my tires at. It was called Mexican Tires many years ago, I was surprised to see it got a face lift. When we showed up we were the second customer for the day. The man was friendly and super fast. We were in a rush so we didn't want to wait to see if the tire can be patched, we asked for a new tire and they had it in stock. Replaced it and aligned our truck in less than 40 mins. I am always cautious when trying out new places for my cars but since I had been a customer before I felt at ease. A little sloppy on throwing cords around new cars (like mine) but they didn't damage anything so I don't care) I had a nail in my tire and I consulted with them and provided a tool to take off my 19" rims and they discovered it and immediately repaired it and put it back on within 10 minutes , I promptly paid by card and realized they all do speak good English and they're all pretty friendly and you should come here if you need a fast tire patch or a used tire . I came here a few months ago to get some work done on one of my cars. A young man named Sergio helped me with my brakes and took a look under the hood for me. I originally thought I needed to get something worked on under the hood but upon inspection, Sergio informed me that I still had plenty more miles to go before having to get maintenance work done. Right there I knew I was dealing with a professional who was trustworthy and not out to take advantage. I meant to post a solid review for him and the shop when I got the service and only now remembered that I needed to because the time has come for a return visit! 5-Star service from Sergio who was well-versed in many types of vehicles (german, japanese, american - they were all there getting worked on as well), and the waiting area next door had a TV and air-conditioning to pass the time. Also, there is a cool little Sushi spot next door where you can grab a bite while you wait - cheap and good (that goes for the Sushi spot AND Mexican Tires & Services). Ask for Sergio!! read more

The manager, Alberto, is knowledgeable about his craft (auto repair), patient and he is willing to take the time with the customer to explain what is wrong with the vehicle in simple terms so the customer can be assured of what needs to be done to the vehicle exactly. Their prices, along with their work, in my opinion, rivals and even surpasses the dealership service centers. I am speaking from personal experience dealing with various dealerships. When I moved to the West Valley I was looking for a new mechanic closer to my current home. I have been using California Auto but they were on the other end of the valley. I discovered these guys when I needed a tire patched oh, and they told me they also did mechanical work. Well everything they've done for me over the last year and a half has been exceptional and the pricing is very fair. It's very easy in this day and age to check and see on the internet how much parts and repairs cost , and these guys are always at or a little below which is nice I would recommend them before I would recommend Pep Boys are Firestone which really basically are out to rip everyone off. read more
