We had a wonderful time here this afternoon. We love going to the west side location and have been trying to get over here for months. We had originally been planning on going to Bubba's but there were WAY too many people waiting outside for our comfort level. We had planned on watching the Packers game there with the kids but decided, maybe another time. M'Tucci 25 was much less crowded and we were seated right away. We were very impressed with their seating spacing AND they broadcast local football games in the bar area. Our family had a lovely server, Liz, who was the cat's pajamas! She was friendly with the littles, super knowledgeable of the menu and attentive! The food was phenomenal and our son begged for a secret me serving of the Duck Duck. He did get the garlic mashed potatoes in lieu of the zucchini and ate everything on his plate. My husband got the seafood risotto and inhaled it all. I had the house salad with shrimp and begrudgingly shared the calamari with the fam. Needless to say, no one left hungry! Their local beer menu is on point and the music had the twins bouncing. The only snag was the high chair we had started to come apart but the manager quickly apologies and replaced it before anything was an issue. If you are planning on going out with the family for a meal that you can count on, seriously look into M'Tucci's. Any of the three locations are brilliant and they each carry a unique menu. I'm one of those rare people who doesn't love M'Tucci on the west side. However, M'Tucci 25 blew me away. The decor is warm and inviting, and our server, Sean, was top notch. The food, well that's the best Italian I've had in Albuquerque. We started with a few appetizers. The bread, mmmmm, with perfectly seasoned olive oil. Mini meatballs and arancini, yummy. The meatballs were even the right texture. Plus, the calamari was great, which is not an easy feat. The came the entrees. No one at my table was disappointed! Sadly, we had no room for dessert. But I checked the menu and each item looked enticing. I'm looking forward to going back. read more

Went here for the 1st time on an Anniversary date and was disappointed. We arrived late at about 830p but that shouldn't be an excuse. We ordered calamari as an app and it was overcooked and under seasoned. My girlfriend ordered the salmon which she liked but the portion was tiny. I ordered the pork bolognese pasta dish. It was way too salty, the pasta wasn't even al dente but undercooked and the meat was chewy for a bolongnese that supposedly was cooked all day which means I probably got tomorrow's version not yet ready. They charge 3 dollars for bread and the portions are horribly short from what you would expect from an Italian restaurant. The manager did come by and hear my concerns for the food and didn't charge me for my meal or the calamari but this being a special occasion and the fact that this place was so hyped up just ended up being a big disappointment. Won't be going to any MTuccis again and will be sticking to our usual local Italian restaurants. read more

We've eaten at the M'tucci's in Rio Rancho a few times and the meals have been always been delicious and the service stellar. We were very disappointed in the sauce yesterday at this location. It was pretty bad, almost inedible. Maybe they were just having an "off" sauce day, but it really tasted terrible. Our server, Joseph, was fabulous. (We didn't mention it to him, as it wasn't his fault) We will try the Rio Rancho location the next time we want to try M'tucci's, but there are other Italian Restaurants in town that we love the red sauces, so I imagine our first choice will be to head to them the next time we're in the Italian mood! read more

Very disappointed. Requested a creamy sauce for my pasta with a lemon flavor, I was told it could be done. My dish was dry had no flavor and my shrimp was way over cooked! Looks like my food was sitting for hours! read more

The food was really good, and their shrub cocktails are some of the best tasting cocktails I've had. I recommended the blackberry shrub, of the four they offer it is my favorite. The charcuterie board doesn't disappoint and the beef and porcini ravioli was fantastic. The porcini papardelle was very heavy, and garlic forward. I probably wouldn't order that again. We also tried the pineapple upside down cake for dessert, and it was a new experience. They blend savory elements with the dessert. It was a unique, but good flavor combination. The only draw back was the wait to get a server once seated. They took a little longer to get a waiter to the table than I prefer. Not a huge deal, but it you are in a hurry, it may be a deal breaker. read more

We had take out from here, trying to support local during the pandemic. The pasta was okay, overpriced and small portioned. The duck was terrible. It was overcooked and the sauce they served with it was so disgustingly sweet and overbearing I couldn't even eat the duck, what a shame. read more

We haven't been out much since onset of the pandemic and have mostly ordered takeout from our favorite locally owned restaurants. Even with limited indoor dining and patios open earlier in the year, we weren't comfortable eating out. That said and under normal circumstances, when eating Italian we eat M'tuccis's at at the Coors location (and at the deli when it was open). At the last minute tonight we decided to order carry out for New Years Eve. Thought we'd give the I25 location a try. We were not disappointed. Fully aware that integrity of food is often compromised from pick up to dinner table at home, our dinner tonight was excellent and still a nice temp once home. We placed our order online and selected a time for pick up of 7pm but meant 6pm. So while en route to pick up I realized my mistake and called the restaurant to see if they could bump to 6pm. The young lady placed me on a brief hold and quickly shared they would fire the order and have it ready at 6:10. What? I was shocked for the quick response and flexibility as they were really busy. They accommodated the request with ease. The curbside pick up was essentially contactless and the gentlemen that delivered to our car was very friendly and thanked us for the business. Back to the food! It was excellent and we ordered an Artisan Pizza, the Capicola Carbonara, Lobster & Prosciutto Ravioli, a Tomato Caprese and a Twinkie D'Italia for dessert. Wonderfully prepared, great flavors and ingredients. Kudos to the chef and his/her team as well as the crew front of house. We cannot wait to enjoy these and other favorites in their dining rooms again soon. We love supporting local restaurants and if eating Italian in ABQ, we highly recommend any of their three locations. Bring the deli back so we can get our muffuletta fix. Wow... I was super excited to eat here based on all the reviews so I'm really having a hard time posting this review based on everyone's positive comments. I genuinely can't say the same about my experience. My whole table was completely disappointed. We Started out with the Fried Brie which I cant understand what the big deal was... there was no flavor to it and coating was hard and over cooked. Strawberries were bitter and added nothing to this dish. My companion ordered the eggplant parm and it was just ok. There was not much sauce or cheese so like the fried brie it was just over cooked and bland. I had the Seafood Bisque. Its consistency was like Ragu tomato sauce and tasted nothing like any bisque I have ever had. The Caprese was just kind of boring. A nice fresh pesto and olive oil would have livened it up. I found the whole meal to be bland and lazy. I believe no restaurant that serves Italian food should ever rely on balsamic vinegar and bread crumbs to be the main flavor of their dishes. Service was great but food definitely missed the mark. read more

This was the worst restaurant ever the ceaser salad looked like it was off the floor I ordered a pizza with two toppings and it was falling apart when we got it. every slice of pizza broke apart when I tried to pick it up and it was soggy in the middle it was a bad experience I'll never go back !!!! We had a wonderful dinner here last night. Sat at a roomy outdoor booth with lots of social distance spacing. The cocktails were delicious, I had refreshing Berry Shrub, my husband had Penny Wise. My lady and I have been going to M'tuccis Italian almost every week for several years and we're completely hooked. By far my favorite restaurant in all of Albuquerque! We were so excited when this new location was opened up so I took her there for her birthday. The food was of course amazing! I highly recommend sitting at the bar and ordering some of their small shareable plates to start with! You get to watch them make the plates and it just adds another element of awesomeness to an already incredible business!!! I wish I could rate it 10*s!!! read more

I was greeted by friendly staff and found each dish to be of very good quality. We started off with cured meats which were delicious and were paired nicely with one of their wine selections. Mtuccis is such an incredible company. The staff here is just as welcoming as the other locations and the menu is spectacular! They have so many interesting items on their menu and you can see the Italian influence from their recent trip this summer. I cant wait to come back again to try more items. read more

People have been raving about M'tucci's so we went last night. It was very crowded. It was very noisy almost to much! I was very disappointed when I saw the bill and I had paid $15 for a 6oz glass of Josh Cab. The food was cold and my husbands pasta was not cooked. They were very nice about redoing it. We will try one more time since it was their first week open. read more

Made reservations on their website through open table... show up and was told they're not taking reservations on open table and they will not honor the reservation. How is it that you won't honor it when your website allows to make reservations. You have the capability to change your website and make a post saying you don't take reservations or you can remove open table, but to still allow making reservations and then not honor then is an absolute joke! I get there's things going on, but the fact that you let it happen, yet won't honor it makes me not want to come and eat at your restaurant. I was told you posted something on the Facebook page about reservations, but yet I can't find that post and also, why wouldn't you put that on your website, which people tend to come to as well?? So frustrating! Even more frustrated that the manager told us off and wouldn't honor it. Oh I you thought I was done... so did I! We told them we have 5 people and they just came up and said "oh wait we thought you have 4?" So they just put us back on the wait list and said it's going to be another 45 minute wait! I don't care anymore that there's covid going on, this is basic customer service and the fact they got the number of our group wrong and then don't do a DAMN thing to help us in any way! I'm done with restaurant and WILL NEVER COME BACK! Figure your ish out M'tucci's!! What a disgrace!! read more

Our waiter, Diego, was amazing. He did a great job at taking care of our party of 11 for a birthday. There was confusion about an extra drink that came to our table, which no one had ordered. However, after catching it on a tab that didn't consume the drink, it was very easily fixed and put on my tab, because I requested it. After we paid our tabs, we walked over to the bar and asked for the same drinks we had been ordering all night... the SideCar. I, personally, watched the female bartender mumble something to the male bartender and look over at us. At this moment I felt uneasy about ordering at the bar. When the female bartender came over and asked what we would like, we all asked for SideCars. She replied, "We don't have any more Brandy because you guys drank it all." So this was said in front of the entire bar and she definitely said it loud enough to where the entire bar heard. We replied, "Brandy? It takes Hennessy though." To which she stated, "Oh, well, all the courvoisier is gone." "Again, it takes Hennessy." She replied, "I told you man, we are all out of Hennessy." So, anyway, we walked out having paid for a drink which we thought were getting cognac and paid for it but got brandy instead????!!!! Because our tab clearly stated courvoisier. I will never return to this M'tussis location. Again, our waiter was great... the bar was SLOW and RUDE. We left having regretted going there because of how much we paid and how the night ended. read more
