The loaded carne asada fries were killer. Huge. Tasty. And hot fries. Yummy. The pollo milanesa was good. Too much lettuce but otherwise delish. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When we arrived the music was ear-splitting loud. We asked to turn it done and they did.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Overall a good, solid place for great food.

Ok! This place is the local dive bars dream! I see why it's open til 3am. As a result of late nite drinking, there is always late nite eating. Mucha Fruta serves so much more than fruit and so many more people than bar patrons. I came with my wife and son for an extra curricular school assignment to purchase and partake in a Raspado. This is akin to Hawaiian shave ice and a snow cone but the Spanish version. Assignment complete! However, we were all hungry and the menu included everything Mexican you could think of. The menu is so vast but everything we tried on an early Friday evening was so flavorful and distinct. I had two large carnitas tacos that a yelper recommended and it was legit. My wife had breakfast chilaquiles divorciados for dinner which I mopped up her uneaten portion. It was fire! My picky eater son had beef fajitas complete with salad, rice and beans on a separate plate from his sizzling marinated meat platter. I snagged a bite as he was so stuffed he could not eat another bite. It had mucho sabor (a lot of flavor). The place was very clean and the salsa bar very extensive and clean as well. The staff were super nice too but that food was the shining star! Five stars shining bright. So much better than anything you could order at an upscale Mexican restaurant for your dollar. Did I mention the menu is extensive. There is way too much to process. Just order anything and know you'll be back to try the rest. It's that good!

The name gives you clues and confusion... While they do have fruit cups with a mexican flair, they have so much more. And by more, I mean a full Mexican food menu. When I say FULL Mexican menu - I am serious as it includes menudo, birria, ceveche, and whole fried fish. Super casual. Super authentic. Super small parking lot. Average pricing. Neighborhood crowd. Interior and patio tables for eating there. Long hours include 8 am to way past my bedtime.

They have a good variety of items included treats and taco shop. The food is good just not my favorite salsa options. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Environmental is good and music.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service is great and didn't take too long.

Cash only!!! I have a pretty strong obsession with anything loco... so after perusing their menus, I definitely wanted to try out their Mango Loco... and gotta say, I was definitely satisfied! Honestly, I think about that chamoy encrusted mango pretty often. The pickled pig and cucumbers were the perfect textures with the perfect crunch. The Michelada was a little overwhelming; there were gummy candies and other accoutrements inside the drink, but it was still good, but I'm all about the basics done well.

WOW... rarely do I try new things that leave me speechless. After months of drooling over Birria taco tik toks, I finally had the opportunity to try some! These tacos are insanely delicious! One "taco" costs around ~ $4.50. I got 2 because I was pretty hungry but 1 wouldve been sufficient. They are bigger than normal tacos (see attached pictures). Inside is juicy shredded beef and cheese. The outside is crunchy and just perfect. We also ordered the soup to dip it in. Each plate comes with onions and cilantro, radish and pickled onions. Just put everything inside the taco you cant go wrong! We also ordered some aqua frescas. This spot is known for their fruit concoction and juices! The cucumber lime aqua fresca was amazing as well. We got a horchata too and definitely better than 99% of the horchatas ive had in my life time. Parking is very limited but the struggle is well worth it when considering how incredible the food is!! I would 10,000% come back for those Birria tacos..

I'm forever looking for a good birria place that's close to home and soooo thats how I found out about this place! They serve birria on Friday-sundays. I ordered 7 birria tacos w/ a side of consome and my total came out to $27 and some change. I wanted the quesabirria but there was abit of language barrier but nonetheless, tacos were still good and quite larger than other places I've been to! They pack the onion, cilantro,lime,radish on the side so you can put as much or little as you want in your taco!! Not only do they sell tacos here, they have a wide variety of smoothies, burritos, soups,drinks, snacks as well! I will definitely be coming back to this place next time I'm in the mood for some Mexican food! ***CASH ONLY ESTABLISHMENT***

Their popsicles are the best! No labels so flavors are a guessing game. Everything I've had has been delicious. Last time I got a guava one this time a coffee. On the weekends there is a taco stand with birria tacos. That's pronounced beer-ia. I haven't tried it yet but looks and smells yummy.

My coworker went here yesterday. I have been craving birria since I saw this amazing food truck promoted in FB that was all the way in LA! Some things you should know! 1 - CASH only 2 - Birria is only available FRI-SUN 3 - Parking isn't the easiest but it definitely is doable, there a tons of street parking and everything, they even have a dedicated lot across the street 4 - Menu is INSANELY large, so be patient Not all the staff is bilingual so be patient and respectful. I know this is something many individuals don't understand but you don't have to be a jerk because there are language barriers. The staff is so kind and they cook their food with skill! That's pretty rare considering the rushed style of food today. They have a huge assortment of ice creams, smoothies, fruits and cream! Tostilocos and other treats too, there's really something for everyone!
