The chili sauce is perfectly seasoned. The cheese is piled on generously, and the light onions on top finish it off just right. Pure perfection. I should've gone with the onion rings since they never disappoint here, but I was trying to be a little healthy and balanced things out with the sweet potato fries, which were genuinely delicious. And the cold beer on tap is the cherry on top. I'll always recommend the Cali Creamin', one of my favorites on their tap list. If you're chasing that LA chili dog feeling in the East Valley, Dog Haus Gilbert delivers. Highly recommend. And I'm not even going to get into their other hot dog options, which are an 11 out of 10.

After ten or fifteen minutes, I got my order. There were around 6 or 7 people ahead of me, so it was a reasonable wait. I took my order and went home. This is where my opinion was changed. There was a decent amount of filling in the tacos. I took a sip of the consome, and was pleasantly surprised by how flavorful it was! No grease layer on top (like so many others I have tried), just a well seasoned and savory broth. I dressed my tacos with lime and salsa, dipped into the consome, and took a bite. What a pleasure!
