The restaurant is ran by a family and we met the dad on our first visit. He told us he opened the restaurant and his kids help out. Everyone we've met is super friendly, attentive, and welcoming. I do recommend dining in the first time because they have great food presentation BUT fair warning that it will be a bit of a wait. It's worth it though.
