In fact Song told me he painted my house last time. The prep work was detailed and meticulous and they were on time at 8:30 am everyday. It was a hot week but they soldier on. I admire their work ethic. My neighbor grows a lot of edible plants on her lot and was concerned about the wind blowing some chemicals over her vegetables. We hired A1 painting because they're supposed to be the 'professionals' in this field and expected them to have the knowledge to deal with any type of situation/weather. If the heat was a problem for doing quality painting, I wish that was communicated to us from the beginning. Instead they went ahead with doing the job and then blamed external circumstances for their failure. Secondly, they gave us a quote and said they'd use the best quality paint for the job. However, I overheard them speaking to each other and mentioning they saved money on the materials. Two stars for the decent work Walter has done on the doors.

He was difficult to communicate with and overall very reluctant to help with anything beyond painting, such as removing smoke detectors and patch up the hole to paint the area. The paint job looked good upon first glance but because he freehanded the project and didn't tape out sections that should be left unpainted, there were paint droplets left all over the various surfaces of my place. He also completely forgot to paint the back of the closet doors, and did not respond to my texts and emails asking for them to be completed. If you don't care about having perfect quality, he'd be the person to go to, but otherwise find someone who is more meticulous.
