This place for the second time has gave me and my son diarrhea. Sad thing is I love the food from here but my last visits here have not been impressive. The customer service here is indescribable in a really good way!! I feel like I'm at home at this place considering how good the food is! The food is relatively healthy(macros) but the calorie count is wild!! I'm a person who can eat a lot and eating healthy was always a problem for me, but this place mimics anything that could be unhealthy and makes them into good-ass food that have a surprisingly low amount of calorie counts!! Their portions are really good and I get full off of 1/4 of the Arizona bowl! The manager Sammy has an enthusiastic attitude and is always a great guy to see when you enter the restaurant. The owner Sammi here is great. He took over about 3 years ago and you can tell he really cares about the business, customers and the quality of his food. The smoothies are made with all fresh, real fruit and veggies and you can tell the difference. I also got a Las Vegas wrap this time while I was in for lunch. The wraps are so good I've never tried anything else but I keep telling Sammi I will try one of the entrees. I suppose it wasn't too bad. I was out visiting my parents in Oakley, when I decided to take a drive to get something to eat. I am usually on my health kick during the week, so I wanted to find a more healthy alternative. For some reason this place came to mind, and after reflecting on hearing some pretty decent things about this chain and their additional locations, I decided it was worth a little drive to check em out. Located right off Lone Tree Dr and Golf Course rd, this place is somewhat hidden all nestled within a little handful of shops, though not to hard to find. The interior is bright and cheerful, with a bright Red and Black color scheme throughout. The restaurant also appeared extremely well kept and clean. They really have an impressive menu with plenty of healthy options to choose from. I was in a toss between what to get, but I ended up going with a low carb dish called " The God Father". It was described as Grilled Chicken laid upon a bed of Broccoli, with portobello mushrooms, red peppers, Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese drizzled with a low fat balsamic vinaigrette. I just opted out on the Vinaigrette. Total $10. something with tax. I had a seat and waited for my food. It was then brought to me looking quite deliciously appealing. It ended up just tasting ok. The chicken was immensely dry unfortunately, and the broccoli was slightly undercooked, with absolutely no apparent flavor what so ever. Thanks to the mozzarella cheese, portabello mushrooms and red peppers, for it truly saved the dish. Now I ate it knowing it was more healthy, however, if it wasn't supposed to be a healthier dish, I probably would had said something. At least the service was quite friendly and accommodating. Overall, cute place. Clean. Definitely great for a healthy alternative, with some pretty reasonable prices. I certainly found my dish a little bland in flavor, though it could had just been that dish, or the cook, and I still would be open to coming back and trying something else. read more

I came to this grill with my family. I had heard of this place that has a huge following in Jersey and was looking forward to seeing it in Cali. I ordered the teriyaki grilled chicken stir fry and my son got the caesar salad wrap. The portions are out of this world, the calorie count is great, the place is clean and welcoming. I felt healthy just being in there. I really enjoyed the option of having a protein shake with different flavors. My son who is hard to please left there really satisfied and i felt guilt free for getting something that was not fried and dipped in grease. This place is a great choice and refreshing change from the other places that have one healthy option on their menu that tastes awful! Im hoping to see one of these closer to me soon. read more
