My friends have been coming to this place for a while now and they've always recommended it. I recently started to go to the gym and watch what I eat so I decided to give it a try. Aside form the fact that the food is catered to those "looking for gains" or just eating healthier the food is actually delicious and filling, you almost forget you're there for the health factor. Very good place if you want to eat healthy but with some flair. I tried a few dishes and worked out and it gives you a great balance of nutrients and fullness without the agony of "what did I just eat". I moved out of Antioch a couple years ago, this was my first time back to Muscle Makers since 2019 and I'd make the 30 minute drive back again just to come back to town to eat here. I LOVE their wraps! The Vegas wrap is my personal favorite! Their chicken ones are also very tasty. I always ask for extra of their special sauce. Their pastas are a bit bland so I would not recommend that. Their rice and gravies so have good flavoring and taste- so I would highly recommend all of their rice and gravy plates as well! The BBQ chicken flatbread was DELICIOUS. But we also got the "Diggler Wrap" which I was excited about. It was supposed to come in a jalapeño wrap, but it was just a regular tortilla which was disappointing. It was really bad and I genuinely couldn't eat it. There was no flavor and it felt like I was biting into a tortilla filled with warm sour cream and chunks of meat. The wrap absolutely sucked, but I think I would eat there again and hope that whatever we try next is as good as the flatbread! read more

First time ever in this place!! It did not disappoint!!! The owner and staff go above & beyond! He is so personable and makes you just want to smile. He made me his famous secret Green Smoothie!! I asked him all the ingredients and he showed me... it was extremely good! I also tried there mushroom burger it was outstanding and full I've flavor ... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place!! If I had to say one thing bad is that I wish it opens earlier ... I hike a lot at contra Loma and would come there every-time after for that green smoothie ... but I believe they don't open till 11am...
